    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0027] FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are overall structural views of embodiments of the present invention. The container may be a rectangular container as shown in FIG. 1 or a round container as shown in FIG. 2. The container comprises a lid 100 and a base 200. The lid 100 and the base 200 are molded to mate with each other, forming a sealed containing chamber.

[0028] Specifically, the lid 100 has a lid top 110; the center of the top is a substantially flat plane; the central plane is provided with an annular slot 130. A lid sidewall 120 extends downwards from the outer circumference of the lid top 110, and a lid rim 103 horizontally extends outward from the lid sidewall 120. The lid rim 103 extends outward to form a lid sealing edge, and the lid sealing edge includes an upward bending section 1001, a transition section 1002 and a downward bending section 1003. Wherein, the upward bending section 1001 is shaped as an upward bending ring in connection with the lid rim 103; the lid sidewall 120, the lid rim 103 and the upward bending section 1001 of the lid sealing edge together form a structure with a V-shaped cross section. The transition section 1002 is a substantially flat ring, and the downward bending section 1003 is a ring bending downward. The two ends of the transition section 1002 in arc shape are respectively connected to the upward bending section 1001 and the downward bending section 1003; and, the upward bending section 1001, the transition section 1002 and the downward bending section 1003 of the lid sealing edge together form a structure with a reverse U-shaped cross section.

[0029] Wherein, the opposite side surfaces of the upward bending section 1001 and the downward bending section 1003 are the inner side surface of the upward bending section 1001 and the inner side surface of the downward bending section 1003; the surface of the transition section 1002 in connection with the inner side surface of the downward bending section 1003 is the lower surface of the transition section 1002, and the surface of the lid rim 103 in connection with the inner side surface of the upward bending section 1001 is the lower surface of the lid rim 103.

[0030] At the inner side surface of the downward bending section 1003 is provided with a barb 1004 protruding from the lid sealing edge. The lower surface of the transition section 1002 is provided with a first sealing flange 1005, and the first sealing flange 1005 and the transition section 1002 are concentric circles. The lower surface of the lid rim 103 is provided with a second sealing flange 1006, and the second sealing flange 1006 and the lid rim 103 are concentric circles.

[0031] The base 200 has a base bottom 210; the center of the base bottom is a substantially flat plane; the central plane is provided with an annular ledge 230; and the annular ledge 230 as the supporting leg of the base supports the base on a desk. A base sidewall 220 extends upward from the circumference of the base bottom, and the base sidewall 220 horizontally extends outward to form a base rim 203. The base rim 203 extends outward to form a base sealing edge, and the base sealing edge comprises an upward extending section 2001, a connecting section 2002 and a downward extending section 2003. Wherein, the upward extending section 2001 is shaped as an upward bending ring in connection with the base rim 203; the base sidewall 220, the base rim 203 and the upward extending section 2001 of the base sealing edge together form a structure with a V-shaped cross section. The connecting section 2002 is a substantially flat ring, and the downward extending section 2003 is a ring bending downward. The two ends of the connecting section 2002 in arc shape are respectively connected to the upward extending section 2001 and the downward extending section 2003. The upward extending section 2001, the connecting section 2002 and the downward extending section 2003 of the base sealing edge together form a structure with a reverse U-shaped cross section.

[0032] As shown in FIG. 4, the lid sealing edge and the base sealing edge are molded to mate with each other. Upon mating, the downward bending section 1003 of the lid sealing edge fits and attach to the downward extending section 2003 of the base sealing edge, and the barb 1004 of the base sealing edge locks and holds up the base sealing edge such that the base sealing edge attaches to the lid sealing edge tightly. The first sealing flange 1005 presses against the connecting section 2002 of the base sealing edge to form the first seal. The second sealing flange 1006 presses against the base rim 203 to form the second seal.

[0033] Moreover, the base sealing edge is provided with a corner between the barb 1004 and the first sealing flange 1005. When the lid and the base are joined together, a space is formed at the corner between the lid and the base forming a first sealed air pocket 301. Between the first sealing flange 1005 and the second sealing flange 1006 are provided with two corners; when the lid and the base are joined together, two gaps are formed at the two corners, forming a second air pocket 303 and a third air pocket 305.

[0034] Traditional sealing containers are sealed through wide rubber sealing rings which is effective in preventing granular solids from leaking or the entrance of air. However, they are not effective in isolation of liquid and usually, cannot prevent vegetable juices and soups from leaking. The prevent invention employs a sealing flange with a smaller width, and a barb is used to enable the lid and the base to clamp with each other in order to achieve a large pressure intensity during the jacking compression, thus the sealing effect is desirable, and liquid can be prevented from leaking. Moreover, the present invention employs two sealing flanges to form the first seal and the second seal, constructing two barrier lines, which can well isolate the contents in the sealing containers of the embodiments of the present invention from the outside. Furthermore, the annular slot 130 of the lid top 110 and the annular ledge 230 of the base bottom 210 have coinciding projections and are shaped to match with each other. When the base 200 is placed on the top of the lid 100, the annular ledge 230 is embedded into the annular slot 130. In this way, the lid 100 can be stably placed below the base 200 when opened, thus reducing space.

[0035] As shown in FIG. 3, it can be seen that, the lid sidewall 120 extends downward from the lid top 110 vertically or at an outward angle such that a plurality of lids 100 can be vertically stacked. The base sidewall 220 extends upward from the base bottom 210 vertically or at an outward angle such that a plurality of box bodies 200 can be vertically stacked. When the lid 100 and the base 200 are assembled as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of lids 100 can be stacked layer by layer on the lid 100, while a plurality of box bodies 200 can be stacked below the base 200, thus reducing space for storage when being sold or stored in families.

[0036] The base sidewall 220 of the base 200 extends upward in an increasingly widening way from the base bottom 210, and form two step surfaces. Thus, the base is not easy to deform by outer force.

[0037] The base 200 and the lid 100 are made of plastic or rubber materials, so that the base 200 and the lid 100 have certain plasticity.

[0038] The present invention is not limited in the above embodiment. All modifications and changes of the present invention made on the basis of the spirit or scope of the present invention shall fall within the protective scope of the claims of the present invention.
