[0052]
[0053]
[0054] The present disclosure is proposed to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the related art, and referring to
[0055] According to the exemplary embodiment, the tube cutting device 1 includes: a body 11 fixedly located to transmit power therefrom; a tube-shaped rotary body 12 located on one side surface of the body 11 and having a horizontal rotary shaft S in such a manner as to rotate in a given direction; a plurality of clamps 13 located along the outer peripheral surface of the body side end portion of the rotary body 12 to fix the rotary body 12 to the tube to be cut; and the saw 14 located on the opposite end portion to the body side end portion of the rotary body 12 in such a manner as to rotate together with the rotary body 12 to cut the tube.
[0056] According to the exemplary embodiment, on the other hand, the tube cutting device 1 includes: the body 11 fixedly located to transmit power therefrom; the tube-shaped rotary body 12 located on one side surface of the body 11 and having a horizontal rotary shaft S in such a manner as to rotate in a given direction; the plurality of clamps 13 located along the outer peripheral surface of the body side end portion of the rotary body 12 to fix the rotary body 12 to the tube to be cut; the saw 14 located on the opposite end portion to the body side end portion of the rotary body 12 in such a manner as to rotate together with the rotary body 12 to cut the tube; and a fitting member 15 located on the opposite side to the body side of the saw 14 in such a manner as to be insertedly put into a hollow portion 141 formed on the center of the saw 14.
[0057] Referring to
[0058] So as to cut the tube of the waste steam generator, the cylindrical rotary body 12 is inserted into the tube, and accordingly, the diameter of the cylindrical rotary body 12 is desirably not larger than that of the tube.
[0059] Further, the fitting member 15 is conical and disposed on the opposite side to the body side of the saw 14, so that a peak portion 151 of the conical fitting member 15 is inserted into the hollow portion 141 formed on the center of the saw 14.
[0060] Furthermore, the plurality of clamps 13 is disposed along the outer periphery of the body side end portion of the rotary body 12 with given sizes so as to prevent the rotary body 12 inserted into the tube from being unnecessarily moved and to allow the center axis of the tube to correspond with the center axis of the rotary body 12.
[0061]
[0062] Referring to
[0063] The cylindrical rotary body 12 is rigidly fixed to the interior of the tube by means of the plurality of clamps 13, and next, the doughnut-shaped saw 14 and the plurality of saw blades 142 disposed on the opposite end portion of the rotary body 12 to the body side thereof are driven by means of a saw blade driving motor 115 disposed in the interior of the body 11.
[0064] In the step of cutting the tube through the rotation of the plurality of segmented saw blades 142, further, the fitting member 15 is driven forwardly and backwardly along a horizontal line by means of a ball screw 111 so that the plurality of saw blades 142 can be moved in the direction of the outside of the tube from the inside of the tube.
[0065] In the step before the plurality of segmented saw blades 142 rotates, the fitting member 15 is driven forwardly and backwardly on the horizontal line by means of the ball screw 111 so that the fixed position of the plurality of saw blades 142 can correspond with the point at which the tube is cut.
[0066] The saw 14 and the plurality of saw blades 142 rotate in a given direction to cut the tube in the direction of the outside of the tube from the inside of the tube.
[0067] So as to cut the tube in the direction of the outside of the tube from the inside of the tube in the cutting step, further, the saw 14 and the plurality of saw blades 142 just rotate by means of the saw blade driving motor 115 or a driving motor disposed in the body 11, and in addition, the plurality of saw blades 142 can be extended toward the tube.
[0068]
[0069] Referring to
[0070] So as to allow the tube to be cut in the direction of the outside of the tube from the inside of the tube in the cutting step, furthermore, the fitting member 15 is driven forwardly and backwardly on a horizontal line by means of the ball screw 111, so that the interval between the neighboring saw blades 142 of the saw 14 becomes increased along the sloping surface of the conical fitting member 15, thereby allowing the diameter of the saw 14 to be large.
[0071] Accordingly, the saw 14 and the plurality of saw blades 142 just rotate, and in addition, the plurality of segmented saw blades 142 is extendable toward the tube.
[0072] To do this, the body 11 includes the ball screw 111 adapted to allow the fitting member 15 to be driven forwardly and backwardly on the horizontal line toward and from the hollow portion 141 of the saw 14.
[0073]
[0074] As shown in
[0075] Further, the body 11 includes a plurality of spur gears 114 engaged with the clamp motor 112 to drive the plurality of clamps 13.
[0076] In addition, the saw 14 is entirely formed in a doughnut shape and desirably includes the hollow portion 141 formed on the center thereof and the plurality of saw blades 142 segmented with a given size and shape.
[0077] The body 11 includes the saw blade driving motor 115 adapted to move the plurality of segmented saw blades 142 to the inner peripheral wall of the tube.
[0078] In more detail, as shown in
[0079] Further, the body 11 includes the saw blade driving motor 115 adapted to drive the plurality of saw blades 142 in such a manner as to be extended from the inside of the tube toward the outside of the tube.
[0080] Furthermore, the tube cutting device 1 includes the fitting member 15 adapted to move the plurality of segmented saw blades 142 to the inner peripheral wall of the tube.
[0081] In more detail, as shown in
[0082] Further, the body 11 includes the fitting member 15 adapted to extend the plurality of saw blades 142 from the inside of the tube toward the outside of the tube.
[0083]
[0084] Referring to
[0085] The plurality of saw blades 142 is extended in every direction according to the forward and backward driving in the horizontal direction of the fitting member 15, thereby making it possible to cut the tube in the direction of the outside of the tube from the inside of the tube.
[0086]
[0087] Referring to
[0088] In this case, the support portion of each saw blade 142 is desirably concaved to a given depth on one side surface thereof so as to avoid the interference and friction with the cut surface of the tube.
[0089] In the process of cutting the tube by means of the plurality of saw blades 142, accordingly, the plurality of saw blades 42 can be accessed to the inner peripheral wall of the tube at a given angle through the tapered angle of the fitting member 15 disposed on the end portions thereof.
[0090] So as to prevent the plurality of saw blades 142 accessed to the inner peripheral wall of the tube at the given angle from being damaged or broken, one side surface of the support portion of each saw blade 142 is concaved to the given depth.
[0091] Further, the tube cutting device 1 is located in a work place having the danger of radioactive substances, and so as to allow a worker to drive the above-mentioned parts of the tube cutting device 1 from a long distance, accordingly, a controller is desirably mounted in the body 1.
[0092] The controller is provided wiredly or wirelessly, and desirably, the worker operates the controller at the outside of the work place.
[0093] In addition to the tube cutting device 1 according to an exemplary embodiment, a tube cutting method 2 according to the exemplary embodiment is proposed using the same principle as the above.
[0094]
[0095] In more detail, the tube cutting method 2 according to an exemplary embodiment includes the clamping step 21 of fixing the tube-shaped rotary body 12 in such a manner as to be separated from the tube to be cut by a given distance by means of the plurality of clamps 13 disposed along the outer peripheral surface of the body side end portion of the rotary body 12, the rotary body forward/backward driving step 22 of linearly driving the rotary body 12 on the horizontal axis in the interior of the tube to be cut by means of the ball screw 111, and the cutting step 23 of moving the plurality of saw blades 142 of the saw 14 to the inner peripheral wall of the tube to cut the tube.
[0096]
[0097]
[0098] As shown in
[0099] As shown in
[0100] As described above, the tube cutting device for cutting the tube of the waste steam generator is first conveyed to a place in which the waste steam generator is installed, is insertedly put into the tube of the waste steam generator, and then cuts the tube in the direction of the outside of the tube from the inside of the tube.
[0101] Further, the tube cutting device according to the exemplary embodiment is capable of conducting the cutting operation, while the waste steam generator is not being separated from a nuclear power plant, unlike the conventional practice, generating no dust and aerosol as secondary contamination substances therefrom, and safely protecting a worker from radioactive contamination substances not through labor force, but through mechanical work.
