Abstract
The invention is a roof, floor and wall rigid foam insulating and supporting manufactured form that is placed on and between a rafter, joist, or on wall stud support members. Raised support ridges on either side of the rigid foam form are placed on the rafter, joist or stud, and has recessed sections that lie between the support ridges. Overlapping sections on the support ridges allow for uneven spaced support members. The rigid foam form has the flexural strength to hold concrete, cementous or other protective composition material applied upon the surface of the rigid foam form. Roof or floor sheathing or covering can be placed upon the ridge line and fastened into the rafter or joist. Alternatively, spacer studs, that give height adjustment and a solid placement surface, can be placed into the support ridge spacer stud slots before sheathing or covering is placed.
Claims
1. (canceled)
2. A roof, floor and wall insulating and support assembly according to claim 13, wherein roof, floor or wall sheathing or covering can be placed upon the support ridge and the sheathing or covering fastened through the support ridge into the rafter or joist.

4. A roof, floor and wall insulating and support assembly according to claim 2, wherein spacer studs are placed into the support ridge spacer stud slots before sheathing or covering is placed.
5. A roof, floor and wall insulating and support assembly according to claim 13, wherein concrete, cementitious or other protective composition material is poured or applied upon the upper or outer surface, of the rigid foam manufactured form.
6. A roof, floor and wall insulating and support assembly according to claim 5, wherein roof, floor or wall sheathing or covering can be placed upon the support ridge and the sheathing or covering fastened through the support ridge into the rafter or joist.
7. A roof, floor and wall insulating and support assembly according to claim 6, wherein roof, floor or wall sheathing or covering has a radiant barrier low emissivity surface adhered on the sheathing's or covering material's surface facing the concrete, cementitious or other protective composition material and there is at least an approximate 3/4 inch air space between the low emissivity radiant barrier outer surface and the concrete, cementitious or other protective composition material then affective none re-radiation of radiant heat can occur.
8. A roof, floor and wall insulating and support assembly according to claim 5, wherein there are open sections through the support ridge, or support ridge flow-throughs, that allow concrete, cementitious or other poured protective composition material to flow through or be applied.
9. A roof, floor and wall insulating and support assembly according to claim 5, wherein spacer studs are placed in spacer stud slots before any concrete, cementitious or other protective composition material is poured or applied upon the upper or outer surface of the rigid foam manufactured form.
10. A roof, floor and wall insulating and support assembly according to claim 9, wherein roof, floor or wall sheathing or covering can be placed upon the spacer studs and fastened into the rafter or joist.
11. A roof, floor and wall insulating and support assembly according to claim 10, wherein roof, floor or wall sheathing or covering has a radiant barrier low emissivity surface adhered on the sheathing's or covering material's surface facing the concrete, cementitious or other protective composition material and there is at least an approximate 3/4 inch air space between the low emissivity radiant barrier outer surface and the concrete, cementitious or other protective composition material then affective none re-radiation of radiant heat can occur.
12. A roof, floor and wall insulating and support assembly according to claim 5, wherein a vertical slot is formed, approximately 3 to 5 inches in height, near the center of the recessed section of the rigid foam manufactured form such that when the poured or applied concrete, cementitious material, or other composition protective material dries, in the upper recessed section and the vertical slot, a supporting T beam style support is formed.
13. A roof, floor or wall insulating and support assembly comprising: a. rigid foam manufactured form, wherein a rigid foam manufactured form is placed on and between a supporting member roof rafter, a floor joist or wall stud; and b. rigid foam insulation value, wherein the thickness of the rigid foam manufactured form, approximately 3 to 9 inches thick in height, has an approximate R-value of R16 to R40; and c. rigid foam flexural strength, wherein the rigid foam manufactured form has the flexural strength to hold a roof rafter or floor joist applied upper surface load of at least 0.17 psi (pounds per square inch); and d. support ridges, whereas the rigid foam manufactured form has raised end sections, or support ridges, where the rigid foam manufactured form is placed on the rafter, joist or stud; and e. center of the upper or middle section, wherein a roof rafter, floor joist or wall stud would have a fairly flat less elongated section on the squared shaped circumference of the rafter, joist or stud; and f. support ridge overlaps, wherein where the support ridge of the rigid foam manufactured form is placed upon the rafter, joist or stud there are sections of the support ridge that extend past or overlap the center of the upper or middle section of the rafter, joist or stud; and g. sides of the rafter, joist or stud, wherein a rafter, joist or stud would have fairly flat elongated sections of the squared shaped circumference of the rafter, joist or stud; and h. rigid foam squared sides, wherein where the rigid foam manufactured form section is placed between the rafter, joist or studs the rigid foam form has squared sides that run parallel and abut the sides of the rafter or joist, sealing out air flow between the squared sides of the rigid foam manufactured form and the sides of the rafter, joist or stud; and i. surface section of the rigid foam manufactured form, wherein the rigid foam would be manufactured to have primarily four surfaces, two surfaces of the foam form would be placed adjacent to a rafter, joist or stud and two surface of the rigid foam would be primarily perpendicular to the elongated sides of the rafter, joist or stud; and j. height of the support ridges, wherein the support ridges can be elevated above the surface section of the rigid foam manufactured form that is perpendicular to the elongated sides of the rafter, joist or stud and being adjacent to the support ridges; and k. recessed section, wherein the surface section of the rigid foam manufactured form lying between and adjacent to the support ridges is recessed inward at least approximately 5/8 to 1 inch from the height of the support ridge; and l. spacer studs and spacer stud slots, wherein the rafter, joist or stud support ridge of the rigid foam manufactured form can have spacer stud slots that spacer studs, approximately 3 to 6 inches in height, approximately 3 to 6 inches in length and approximately 1 to 2 inches in width, can be placed; and m. sheathing's or covering material's surface, wherein sheathing or other covering material have narrow edge surfaces and two flat elongated surfaces; and n. recessed section air space, wherein when sheathing or other covering material is placed upon the support ridge there is an open space, or air space, between a surface of the sheathing or other covering material and the surface of the recessed section of the rigid foam; and o. the upper or outer surface, wherein the rigid foam manufactured form has the foam surface of the recessed section and the foam surface of the support ridges that is not adjacent to the rafter, joist or stud; and p. the center of the recessed section, wherein the rigid foam form recessed section has a center section located approximately half way the distance between the support ridges.
