    Abstract

The multi-layer multi-material foam mattresses of the present disclosure and related inventions provide novel combinations of multiple layer, multiple material foam layers or stacks which provide unexpected and improved support characteristics and pressure relief and distribution. By combining multiple layers of polyurethane foams from top to bottom structure of a mattress the conformance properties of polyurethane foam are achieved along with structural support from the underlying core. On the the top convoluted layer is applied throughout magnets and far infrared palettes.

    Claims

    1. Multi-layered mattresses comprising: 1) One convoluted foam layer; 2) Magnetic pallets on the convoluted foam layer; 3) Far infrared pallets on the convoluted foam layer; 4) Multi layered foams underneath the convoluted with magnets and far infrared pallets placed on it and; 5) Fabric all around with fire retardant protection.

    Description

[0003] The far infrared is known for having antioxidant properties helping to eliminate the toxins in the body and improve the immune system.

[0004] There are many conventional mattresses in the market but mattresses with the magnet and far infrared pallets have not been found. This invention will bring rest and well being in one product while the person is sleeping.

[0005] The mattress consists of multiple layers of polyurethane foams. It comprises of a convoluted top layer where the magnet and far infrared pallets are spread out throughout this layer. Underneath the convoluted foam comes a comfort foam layer followed by another layer of rebond, a foam that is firmer to promote stabilization. And finally comes the base foam underneath all the others to form the combination of a mattress.

[0006] The mattresses can be anywhere from 2 to 16 inches in height in all sizes, twin, full, queen and king.

[0007] The top layer which is the convoluted foam, Is graded 230 (density) over 50 (resilience).

[0008] The second layer underneath the convoluted is called the comfort layer comprising of a 230 graded for density over 30 graded for resilience.

[0009] THE SECOND LAYER DOWN, WHICH IS THE COMFORT LAYER IS 230 (DENSITY)/30 (RESILIENCE).

[0010] The third layer underneath the comfort layer comprises of a layer of a foam called rebond (6 pounds) for firmness and stability.

[0011] The forth layer which is called the base, comprises of a 180 (density) over 36 (resilience).

[0012] Bases can also receive regular or pocket coils.

[0013] The mattresses can have from 50 to 600 units of magnets and the same amount applies for the amount of far-infrared palettes.

[0014] The magnets are applied in combination with the far infrared palettes alternating on the convoluted top layer with latex glue throughout. Magnets are placed with the negative bio north side up.
