    DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0016] FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional view of a brassiere of one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the brassiere 10 includes a brassiere body 11, and the brassiere body 11 includes an inner surface cloth layer 12, an outer surface cloth layer 14 and an intermediate cloth layer 16. The inner surface cloth layer 12 is knitted with superfine fiber yarn and stretch fiber yarn. Referring to FIG. 2 together, FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the outer surface cloth layer of the brassiere of one embodiment of the present invention. The outer surface cloth layer 14 includes a first knitting area 141 and a second knitting area 142 adjacent to the first knitting area 141.

[0017] Additionally, the first knitting area 141 is knitted with thermo-fusible yarn and stretch fiber yarn, and the second knitting area 142 is knitted with superfine fiber yarn and stretch fiber yarn. Furthermore, the intermediate cloth layer 16 is between the inner surface cloth layer 12 and the outer surface cloth layer 14. As shown in FIG. 1, the intermediate cloth layer 16 is constituted by a number of wavy polyester fiber yarn 161. The wavy polyester fiber yarn 161 is interknitted with the outer surface cloth layer 14 at the crests of the wavy polyester fiber yarn 161, and the wavy polyester fiber yarn 161 is interknitted with the inner surface cloth layer 12 at the troughs of the wavy polyester fiber yarn 161.

[0018] Moreover, a fineness of the superfine fiber yarn is between 30 deniers and 150 deniers, a material of the stretch fiber yarn is polyurethane (PU) fiber, and the thermo-fusible yarn is a core-spun yarn structure. In one embodiment, preferably, the thermo-fusible yarn is core-spun yarn in which polyester fiber is wrapped by thermo-fusible fiber. With the knitting of the thermo-fusible yarn and the stretch fiber yarn, the first knitting area 141 of the outer surface cloth layer 14 has the effect of better supporting, and with the knitting of the superfine fiber yarn and the stretch fiber yarn, the second knitting area 142 of the outer surface cloth layer 14 has the effect of being softer and more comfortable. In addition, knitting of the inner surface cloth layer 12 and the outer surface cloth layer 14 is selected from one of circular knitting and tricot knitting. On the other hand, the polyester fiber yarn for the intermediate cloth layer 16 may be selected from monofilament fiber or multifilament fiber, and the outer surface cloth layer 14, the intermediate cloth layer 16 and the inner surface cloth layer constitute a sandwich fabric (spacer fabric) with a 3D knitting method. The intermediate cloth layer 16 has the advantage of air permeability with a design of the wavy polyester fiber yarn.

[0019] FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the application of the brassiere of one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the brassiere body 11 has a lifting and supporting area 111 for lifting and supporting the breast and a close-fitting area 112 adjacent to the lifting and supporting area 111. In one embodiment, the outer surface cloth layer 14 of the lifting and supporting area 111 is the first knitting area 141, i.e., the outer surface cloth layer 14 of the lifting and supporting area 111 is knitted with the thermo-fusible yarn and the stretch fiber yarn, and the outer surface cloth layer 14 of the close-fitting area 112 is the second knitting area 142, i.e., the outer surface cloth layer 14 of the close-fitting area 112 is knitted with the superfine fiber yarn and the stretch fiber yarn. In one embodiment, the lifting and supporting area 111 of any pattern/design is positioned at an outer side of the brassiere body 11 and obliquely extended to a bottom edge of the brassiere body 11. Further, the present invention does not limit the pattern/design of the lifting and supporting area 111, the pattern/design of the lifting and supporting area 111 maybe varied. An area of the lifting and supporting area 111 is about 1% to 99% of an area of the brassiere body 11. In one embodiment, the area of the lifting and supporting area 111 is 20% to 40% of the area of the brassiere body 11, and preferably, 30% of an area of the brassiere body 11. As such, the underwear applying this brassiere body 11 may center the flesh outside the breast inwardly with the lifting and supporting area 111, and the close-fitting area 112 may wrap and be close-fitting to the breast, so that advantages, such as better lifting and supporting and being close-fitting and comfortable, may be obtained.

[0020] Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the first knitting area 141 knitted with the thermo-fusible yarn and the stretch fiber yarn may further be subdivided into a thermo-fusible yarn densely woven area 143 and a thermo-fusible yarn sparsely woven area 144 based on a knitting density of the thermo-fusible yarn. In one embodiment, the thermo-fusible yarn densely woven area 143 is located at the most outer side of the brassiere body 11 and obliquely extended to the bottom edge of the brassiere body 11, and the thermo-fusible yarn sparsely woven area 144 is located between the thermo-fusible yarn densely woven area 143 and the second knitting area 142. As such, with the design of the changing knitting of the thermo-fusible yarn, the effects of lifting and supporting and being close-fitting and comfortable of the brassiere body 11 may have more variability.

[0021] In the present invention, with the knitting of the thermo-fusible yarn and the stretch fiber yarn, the first knitting area of the outer surface cloth layer has the effect of better supporting, and with the knitting of the superfine fiber yarn and the stretch fiber yarn, the second knitting area of the outer surface cloth layer has the effect of being softer and more comfortable. As such, the underwear applying this brassiere body may center the flesh outside the breast inwardly with the lifting and supporting area having the first knitting area, and the close-fitting area having the second knitting area may wrap and be close-fitting to the breast, so that advantages, such as better lifting and supporting and being close-fitting and comfortable, may be obtained.

[0022] Although the present invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that other modifications and variation can be made without departing the spirit and scope of the invention as hereafter claimed.
