DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0025] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a removable sanitary hat lining pack (1) of prior art shown from below. The sanitary lining pack (1) comprises of pluralities of paper layers (16) mounted on a ring or band (15). The paper layers (16) are preferably given a dome shape conforming most agreeably to the coiffure of ladies. FIG. 2 is a vertical cross sectional view of the removable sanitary hat lining pack (1) of the prior art engaged into a ladies hat (2). And FIG. 3 is the bottom view of the lining pack (1) of the prior art engaged into a ladies hat (2). The combined band (15) and the assembled lower edge of the paper layers (16) are perforated to form orifices (17), through which are usually passed retainers (18) of a hoof (19). The sanitary lining pack (1) are preferably split to form a lapping section (20). As taught by the prior art, this kind of removable sanitary lining pack (1) is useful for a ladies hat that has hoof (19) and retainers (18) to engage the lining pack (1). In addition to that fabricate layers of papers in dome shape causes another fabrication cost. It is one of the purpose of the current invention to provide a cheap and easy to make disposable sanitary lining for millinery.

[0026] As shown in the FIG. 1, all of sanitary hat linings protects the inner walls only because the linings are installed inside of the hat/cap wall. FIG. 4 is an enlarged schematic drawing that shows what happen when a disposable sanitary lining (21) for millinery is installed only inside (22) of a millinery (23) when a potential customer (24) tries on his/her head. Fore head of a human is not vertically straight up but a little bit sloped and protrudes forward as close to the eyebrows. So, when a customer (24) wear a millinery (23), the contact point (26) locates below of the lower end of the lining (21). Then the edge of the millinery (23), where the inner surface (22) of the millinery (23) and the brim (27) of the millinery (23) meets, contact with skin of the customer's (24) fore head directly. Then sweat, skin sebum, color make up or sometimes dye of the hair from the customer(24)'s fore head touches the bottom of the inner surface (22) and brim (27) of the millinery (23).

[0027] FIG. 5 is the bottom view of a millinery (23) soiled by the trial customer's sweat, skin sebum, color make ups, cosmetics, perfumes, etc. Even though the contact time is short for a trial, repeated contact with many other customers fore head skin leaves behind a soiled mark (25) on the brim (27) of the hat/cat or change the original color of the brim (27). Then this millinery (23) cannot be sold or demonstrated for another trial customer.

[0028] FIG. 6 is the plane view of the disposable sanitary lining (28) according to the current invention. The disposable sanitary lining (28) comprises of single piece of arc band shape sheet that is cut out of thin sheet of flexible material. The disposable sanitary lining (28) for millinery has arc band shape. One end of the arc band shape lining has narrowed portion (29) and pluralities of, preferably, three slits of (30), (31), (32) are developed on the opposite side of the narrowed portion thereof to receive the narrowed portion (29) of the lining (28) for fastening the lining to adjust the size of the lining to fit to the head size of the trial wearer (24). Length (L) of the center line of the arc band shape lining (28) is between 40 cm to 70 cm. Width (W) of non- narrowed portion of the arc band shape disposable sanitary lining (28) is about 5 cm. The disposable sanitary lining (28) for millinery according to current invention is made out of one thin sheet of flexible material, including but not limited to, plain paper, paper towel, PVC (polyvinylchloride) film, PE (polyethylene) film, and fabric, such as cotton fabric, etc. FIG. 7 is the side view of the assembled disposable sanitary lining (28) according to the current invention. Since the disposable sanitary lining (28) of the current invention has an arc shape plane view, the side view of the assembled lining (28) is trapezoid.

[0029] FIG. 8 is a schematic drawing how a potential customer (24) wears the sanitary lining (28) of the current invention. When a potential customer (24) comes into a millinery shop to buy a millinery (23), the customer is provided with the disposable sanitary lining (28). First, insert tip of the narrowed portion (29) of the lining (28) into the slit (32), which locates at the most inside position, from the inner side of the lining (28) and insert back to the next slit (31), which locates at the next position, from the outer side followed by inserting the tip of the narrowed portion (29) to the third slit (30) from inner side. Put the lining (28) on the customer (24)'s head like wearing a hair band. Then pull the tip of the narrowed portion (29) to adjust the size of the lining (28) to fit the customer (24)'s head. It will provide a tapered hair band on the top of the forehead of the customer (24). Then put on the millinery (23) over the lining (28). The edge of the millinery (23) will meet the lining (28) at a contact point (26). (This step may be done by dealer as customer service)

[0030] FIG. 9 is an enlarged schematic drawing that shows how the disposable sanitary lining (28) for millinery according to current invention prevents soiling of inside (22) and brim (27) of a millinery (23) at the same time from frequent trying by potential customers. When a customer (24) put on a millinery (23) over the lining (28) worn on his/her head, the lining (28) stretches down ward below the contact point (26) where the head skin of the customer (24) and the edge (33) of the millinery (23), where the inside (22) and the brim (27) of the millinery (23) meets, touches. Then, the disposable sanitary lining (28) for millinery according to current invention provides a temporary barrier between fore-head/hair of a trial wearer and inner surface (22) and the brim (27) of the millinery (23).
