Claims
1. A Bluetooth enabled jewelry system, comprised of at least three interchangeable jewelry segments wherein each segment comprising: (a) a main body; (b) a first end and a second end; (c) interchangeable mechanism structurally associated with the main body; (d) components structurally associated with the main body which are to be placed behind an ear; and (e) at least one aesthetic jewelry design which is applied to at least one portion of the main body, whereby a unique custom jewelry assembly can be dynamically created using one or more interchangeable segments.
2. The Bluetooth enabled jewelry system of claim 1 wherein the interchangeable mechanism further comprising: (a) at least one female interchangeable mechanism structurally associated with the main body for interconnection to segments with at least one male interchangeable mechanism; (b) at least one male interchangeable mechanism structurally associated with the main body for interconnection to segments with at least one female interchangeable mechanism;
3. The interchangeable mechanism of claim 2 wherein the female interchangeable mechanism comprises of a corkscrew tension which securely closes over the male interchangeable mechanism.
4. The female interchangeable mechanism of claim 3 wherein the female interchangeable mechanism itself is not visible under normal viewing conditions.
5. The interchangeable mechanism of claim 2 wherein the male interchangeable mechanism is composed of a barrel clasp.
6. The male interchangeable mechanism of claim 5 wherein the barrel clasp is of a shape to fit into the female interchangeable mechanism from above and having within it without falling through.
7. The interchangeable mechanism of claim 2 where at least one mechanism is selected from a group consisting of corkscrew tension, screw, hook, magnetic, springing, slide lock, snap lock, or any combination thereof.
8. The Bluetooth enabled jewelry system of claim 1 wherein the first end of the first jewelry segment attachable to the first end of the second jewelry segment via the interchangeable mechanism.
9. The Bluetooth enabled jewelry system of claim 1 wherein the first end of the third jewelry segment attachable to the second end of the second jewelry segment via the interchangeable mechanism.
10. The Bluetooth enabled jewelry system of claim 1 wherein one interchangeable jewelry segment further comprising a clam which is applied to one portion of the main body.
11. The Bluetooth enabled jewelry system of claim 1 wherein the interchangeable mechanism is substantially visually concealed when connected to one another.
12. The Bluetooth enabled jewelry system of claim 1 wherein the jewelry assembly can be interchanged without limit.
13. The jewelry assembly of claim 12 wherein the jewelry can be altered to facilitate a desired end of the ear jewelry.
14. The Bluetooth enabled jewelry system of claim 1 further comprising interchangeable jewelry segments which can be interchanged across jewelry style.
15. The jewelry segments of claim 14 wherein some aspect is changed so as to purposefully limit the scope to which segments can be interchanged across jewelry style.
16. A method for constructing the Bluetooth enabled jewelry comprising at least three interchangeable jewelry segments having male projection and female slot interchangeable mechanisms, the method comprising: (a) gathering at least three interchangeable jewelry segments provided that at least one is an interchangeable jewelry base that allows direct or indirect connection to the human ear; (b) placing the third interchangeable jewelry segment with the male projection inside the female slot such that the projection is within the slot and the corkscrew tension rests on the floor of the female slot; (c) closing and securing the corkscrew tension mechanism over the slot such that the male segment can no longer rotate out of the female segment. (d) placing the first interchangeable jewelry segment with the male projection inside the female slot such that the projection is within the slot and the corkscrew tension rests on the floor of the female slot; (e) closing and securing the corkscrew tension mechanism over the slot such that the male segment can no longer rotate out of the female segment.
17. The method of claim 16 wherein the interchangeable mechanisms are substantially visually concealed after assembly as viewed under normal conditions.
