    I claim the ornamental design of a body armor plate carrier, as shown and described.

    Description

    (1) FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a body armor plate carrier showing my design;

    (2) FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

    (3) FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

    (4) FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof

    (5) FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof; and,

    (6) FIG. 6 is a top view thereof.

    (7) The broken lines depict portions of the body armor plate carrier that form no part of the claimed design.
