[0046] It should be further understood that the term and/or used in this specification and the appended claims of the present invention indicates any combination and all possible combinations of one or more items listed in association, and includes the combinations.
[0047] Referring to
[0048] Specifically, the cleaning mechanism 6 is provided such that during use, an airflow generated by a burning flame drives the rotating blade 62 to rotate, thereby rotating a rotating shaft, which causes a first bevel gear 611 to rotate and then causes a vertical column to rotate by means of a meshed connection between the first bevel gear 611 and a second bevel gear 612; at the same time, a driving gear 615 meshes with a driven gear 616, such that the driving gear 615 drives the driven gear 616 to rotate, and the driven gear 616 drives the rotating shaft 68 to rotate; and a cleaning blade 67 thus rotates to clean an inner wall of a glass tube 16, so that there is almost no soot to be accumulated inside the glass tube 16, thereby greatly improving the smoke exhaust efficiency of the glass tube 16. It is less likely to cause blockage, so that the glass tube 16 remains unobstructed after long use, preventing the smoke from flowing downwards and causing the leakage of the smoke, and thus the flame of the burner 49 burns more sufficiently, thereby making the heating effect of the heater better and greatly improving the experience of using the heater. At the same time, there is no need to clean the glass tube 16, saving time and effort.
[0049] In this embodiment, the mounting structure 1 includes a heat reflective cover 11, a rib 12, a support rod 13, a bottom plate 14, a protective grille 15, a baffle 17, and a support leg 18, where the rib 12 is inserted into a top end of the support rod 13, the support leg 18 is inserted into a bottom end of the support rod 13, and the bottom of each group of ribs 12 is provided with a crossbar connection. First lifting lugs are provided on both sides of the support leg 18, second lifting lugs are provided on both sides at the bottom of the rib 12, the first lifting lugs and the second lifting lugs are respectively fastened to four corners of the baffle 17 with fourth screws, two sides of the protective grille 15 are fixedly connected to an outer surface of the rib 12, and the heat reflective cover 11 is sleeved on the top of the rib 12.
[0050] Specifically, the assembly and splicing type installation is adopted, which is relatively simple and convenient. The device is easy to transport before installation and takes up less space. This also facilitates quick replacement after damage somewhere. The protective grille 15 is used to prevent people from getting close to the inside of the heater, thereby preventing burns from high temperatures.
[0051] The moving mechanism 2 includes a wheel 21, a first rotating shaft 22, and a fixed base 23, where the fixed base 23 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the baffle 17 on one side, the wheel 21 is movably provided on the inner side of the fixed base 23, and the first rotating shaft 22 is movably inserted into the fixed base 23 and fixedly inserted through into the wheel 21.
[0052] Specifically, using the moving mechanism 2, when the heater needs to be moved, the side of the heater can be lifted so that only the wheel 21 comes into contact with the ground, thereby pushing the heater to move, which is convenient, labor-saving, and quick.
[0053] The glass tube 16 is fixedly mounted on the top of the bottom plate 14. The exhaust structure 3 includes a fixed frame 31, a protective cover 32, and a metal buckle 33, where the fixed frame 31 is provided on the top of the glass tube 16, the protective cover 32 is fixedly provided on the top of the fixed frame 31, the metal buckle 33 is fastened on the outer side of the fixed frame 31 with a fifth screw, and the other side of the fixed frame 31 is fastened on the outer side of the rib 12 with a sixth screw. A side wall of the protective cover 32 is provided with an air outlet, and the top of the protective cover 32 is fastened to the heat reflective cover 11 with a seventh screw.
[0054] Specifically, the protective cover 32 is used to make the air outlet more uniform and have a decorative effect. A filtering structure 7 is provided in the protective cover 32, the filtering structure 7 is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the protective cover 32, and the filtering structure 7 includes a filter screen 71, a primary-efficiency filter cotton 72, a medium-efficiency filter cotton 73, and an adsorption cotton 74, where the filter screen 71 is fixedly provided at the bottom of the primary-efficiency filter cotton 72, the primary-efficiency filter cotton 72 is fixedly provided at the bottom of the secondary filter cotton 73, and the medium-efficiency filter cotton 73 is fixedly provided at the bottom of the adsorption cotton 74. The filtering structure 7 can filter the discharged air, using the filter screen 71, the primary-efficiency filter cotton 72, and the medium-efficiency filter cotton 73 to filter the smoke, and using the adsorption cotton 74 to adsorb the smoke, so that the quality of the discharged air is better, which does not easily pollute the surrounding air environment, and also prevents the air from causing harm to the human body.
[0055] To sum up, compared with the prior art, the heater has at least the following beneficial effects: The cleaning mechanism 6 is provided such that during use, an airflow generated by a burning flame drives the rotating blade 62 to rotate, thereby rotating a rotating shaft, which causes a first bevel gear 611 to rotate and then causes a vertical column to rotate by means of a meshed connection between the first bevel gear 611 and a second bevel gear 612; at the same time, a driving gear 615 meshes with a driven gear 616, such that the driving gear 615 drives the driven gear 616 to rotate, and the driven gear 616 drives the rotating shaft 68 to rotate; and a cleaning blade 67 thus rotates to clean an inner wall of a glass tube 16, so that there is almost no soot to be accumulated inside the glass tube 16, thereby greatly improving the smoke exhaust efficiency of the glass tube 16.
[0056] The above are merely specific implementations of the present invention, but the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited thereto. Various equivalent modifications or replacements may be readily figured out by those skilled in the art within the technical scope disclosed in the present invention, and all these modifications or replacements shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention shall be subject to the scope of protection of the claims.
