The drawings are provided for the purpose of graphically supplementing the description in the text contents of the specification, such that every technical feature and the overall technical solutions of the present disclosure can be intuitively and vividly understood. However, the drawings shall not be construed as limiting the protection scope of the present disclosure.
[0034] In the description of the present disclosure, it should be understood that, descriptions relating to orientation, for example, orientation or positional relationships indicated by up, down, front, back, left, right, etc. are based on the orientation or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings, and are to facilitate the description of the present disclosure and simplify the description only, rather than indicating or implying that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be construed as limiting the present disclosure.
[0035] In the description of the present disclosure, the meaning of several is one or more, the meaning of a plurality of is two or more, greater than, less than, more than, etc. are to be understood to exclude the given figure, and above, below, within, etc. are understood to include the given figure. If first and second, etc. are referred to, it is only for the purpose of distinguishing technical features, and shall not be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implying the number of the indicated technical features or implying the sequence of the indicated technical features.
[0036] In the description of the present disclosure, unless otherwise explicitly defined, the words such as set, install, and connect should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can determine the specific meanings of the above words in the present disclosure in a rational way in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
[0037] With increasing consumer demands for personalized adjustments, it is desirable to adjust a pitch angle of a keyboard according to the consumers' use habits, thereby reducing wrist discomforts during long-term use. Since the pitch adjustment range of the keyboard itself is limited, a keyboard angle adjusting function needs to be added to the keyboard tray. Although there are some keyboard trays with an added angle adjusting mechanism on the market, the angle fixing mode thereof is based on fixing by tightening a knob, which is unstable, and may fail and lead to an angle change of the keyboard when a user presses the keyboard frequently. As such, the user has to adjust the angle frequently, which is quite troublesome.
[0038] Therefore, the present disclosure provides a keyboard tray, which adjusts a pitch angle of a supporting plate through an angle adjusting mechanisms, such that a turnover angle of a keyboard is changed to adapt to different angle requirements of a user; and by driving two positioning pins 330 through a pull rope 400, the position limiting can be canceled quickly, and the locking is stable and firm and difficult to be loosened.
[0039] Referring to
[0040] Specifically, each of the clamping mechanisms 120 comprises a clamping frame 121, a pushing screw rod 122, a pad 123, and a screwing handle 124, and the clamping frame 121 has a C shape and is clamped with a desktop edge. The clamping frame 121 is provided with a threaded hole for threaded connection with the pushing screw rod 122, and the pushing distance of the pushing screw rod 122 is adjusted by screwing the pushing screw rod 122. The pad 123 is mounted on a first end of the pushing screw rod 122, and the screwing handle 124 is fixed to a second end of the pushing screw rod 122 to facilitate holding by a user for screwing. The pad 123 is allowed to be driven close to the desktop and to clamp and fix the desktop together with the clamping frame 121 by screwing the pushing screw rod 122. The pad 123 is used to increase the contact area with the desktop and reduce the pressure on the desktop, thereby reducing damages to the desktop.
[0041] The movable frame comprises a movable frame body 210 and a sliding mechanism 220, a sliding rail in the sliding mechanism 220 is mounted on the fixing frame body 110, and a sliding block in the sliding mechanism 220 is connected to the movable frame body 210, such that the movable frame body 210 can be pulled out below the desktop to expose the keyboard carried by the movable frame body.
[0042] The quantity of the angle adjusting mechanisms is two and the two angle adjusting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged, and each of the angle adjusting mechanisms comprises a limiting plate 310, a supporting rod 320, and a positioning pin 330. The limiting plate 310 is connected to the movable frame body 210, the supporting rod 320 is hinged to the limiting plate 310, and the supporting plate 500 is fixed on the supporting rod 320, such that the supporting plate 500 can support the keyboard for turning over. A plurality of first limiting holes 311 are provided in the limiting plate 310, distances between each of the first limiting holes 311 and a hinge shaft of the supporting rod 320 are equal, and a second limiting hole is correspondingly provided in the supporting rod 320. When there is a need to lock the turnover angle of the supporting plate 500, the positioning pin 330 is passed through the first limiting hole 311 and the second limiting hole to achieve locking.
[0043] Both ends of the pull rope 400 are respectively hooked to ends of the two positioning pins 330, and the two positioning pins 330 are allowed to be simultaneously driven to withdraw from the first limiting hole 311 or the second limiting hole when a middle portion of the pull rope 400 is pulled by a user, such that unlocking is achieved, and the angle can be adjusted again at this time.
[0044] Further, the angle adjusting mechanism further comprises a reset member 340, both ends of the reset member 340 are respectively connected to the positioning pin 330 and the limiting plate 310, and the reset member is used to drive the positioning pin 330 to pass through the first limiting hole 311 and the second limiting hole. Therefore, after the positioning pin 330 is pulled out by the pull rope 400, and when the user releases the pull rope 400, the reset member 340 can automatically drive the positioning pin 330 to pass through the first limiting hole 311 and the second limiting hole so as to achieve locking again.
[0045] A specific working procedure of the angle adjusting mechanism is introduced below: [0046] First step: referring to
[0049] Further, the keyboard tray further comprises a height adjusting mechanism, which comprises connecting rod assemblies 610, a limiting member 620, and limiting racks 630. The limiting racks 630 are fixed to the movable frame body 210, the connecting rod assemblies 610 are parallelogram connecting rod sets. There are two connecting rod assemblies 610 and two limiting racks 630, which are both symmetrically arranged. The limiting member 620 is frame-shaped, one end of the limiting member is hinged to the two connecting rod assemblies 610, and the other end of the limiting member is allowed to simultaneously abut against the two limiting racks 630, such that the form of the connecting rod assemblies 610 is limited, and the height of the supporting plate 500 is fixed. Specifically, a holding rod 621 further extends outwards from the limiting member 620 to facilitate holding by a user for adjusting.
[0050] A specific working procedure of the height adjusting mechanism is introduced below: [0051] First step: referring to
[0054] The foregoing describes the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure in detail, however, the present disclosure is not limited to these embodiments. Those of ordinary skills in the art can also make various equivalent changes or substitutions without departing from the gist of the present disclosure, and such equivalent changes or substitutions are all included in the scope defined by the claims of the present disclosure.
