Abstract
An easy-to-use pulse light hair removal device comprising a main shell, a lamp tube assembly, a fixing frame, a PCBA board, a head shell, and a lamp head assembly; the lamp head assembly is detachably connected to the head shell, with a head cooling cavity corresponding between an upper fixing plate, a lower mounting plate, and the filter within the lamp head assembly, an air suction cavity formed between the lower mounting plate and the mainboard, and an air outlet cavity formed between the lower mounting plate and the lower shell, the mainboard at the ends corresponding to the lamp tube assembly is equipped with elastic lamp tube holders, and a reflector cup fixing spring is situated between the upper fixing plate and the lower mounting plate. The device facilitates the automatic recognition of interchangeable lamp heads, ensures comprehensive cooling of the entire device to maintain effective heat dissipation.
Claims
1. An easy-to-use pulse light hair removal device, comprising: an upper shell (1), a lower shell (2), a mainboard (3), a lamp head assembly (4), and a lamp tube assembly (5), where the upper and lower shells house an upper fixing plate (6), a lower mounting plate (7), and a head shell (1-1) connected at one end; wherein the lamp head assembly (4) is detachably connected to the head shell (1-1), including an end cap (4-1), a connecting frame (8), light-guiding aluminum (9), an external filter (10), a PCBA board (11), and an internal filter (17), with the end cap (4-1) fixedly connected to the connecting frame (8), and the light-guiding aluminum (9) and external filter (10) positioned between them, the connecting frame (8) equipped with multiple front mounting grooves (12) for the optional installation of varying numbers of magnets, corresponding rear mounting grooves (13) in the head shell (1-1) for magnets adhering to those in the front mounting grooves (12), and Hall sensors (14) on the PCBA board (11) corresponding to the front mounting grooves (12) on the connecting frame (8), along with conductive springs (15) and a TVS/ESD protection module on the PCBA board (11), with one end of the conductive springs (15) in contact with the side of the light-guiding aluminum (9) to ensure no high voltage is present on the light-guiding aluminum and lamp head area; an air intake cavity (16) formed between the upper shell (1) and lower shell (2), a head cooling cavity (18) corresponding between the upper fixing plate (6), the lower mounting plate (7), and the internal filter (17) of the lamp head assembly (4), with the lamp tube assembly (5) situated within the head cooling cavity (18), an air suction cavity (19) formed between the lower mounting plate (7) and the mainboard (3), and an air outlet cavity (20) formed between the lower mounting plate (7) and the lower shell (2), with the head cooling cavity (18) communicating with both the air intake cavity (16) and the air suction cavity (19), a cooling fan (21) situated between the air suction cavity (19) and the air outlet cavity (20), and air inlets (22) and outlets (23) on the upper shell (1) and lower shell (2) corresponding and communicating with the air intake cavity (16) and air outlet cavity (20); elastic lamp tube holders (24) on the mainboard (3) at the ends corresponding to the lamp tube assembly (5), which includes a lamp tube (25) and a reflector cup (26), with the ends of the elastic lamp tube holder (24) snap-fitted with the ends of the lamp tube (25), and a reflector cup fixing spring (27) situated between the upper fixing plate (6) and the lower mounting plate (7), exerting force in a direction opposite to that of the elastic lamp tube holder (24) tightening the lamp tube, thus maintaining close contact between the reflector cup (26) and the lamp tube (25).

The easy-to-use pulse light hair removal device according to claim 1, wherein: the lamp head assembly (4) is equipped with a fixing frame (28) between the upper shell (1) and the lower shell (2), the PCBA board (11) is connected to the fixing frame (28), and both the fixing frame (28) and the connecting frame (8) are equipped with slots (29) for the passage of conductive springs (15); the connecting frame (8) has slots (29) on both upper and lower sides, with multiple front mounting grooves (12) on the connecting frame (8) symmetrically positioned on both sides, and the PCBA board (11) is equipped with Hall sensors (14) at positions corresponding to one side of the multiple front mounting grooves (12) on the connecting frame (8).

The easy-to-use pulse light hair removal device according to claim 1, wherein an air intake channel (30) is situated between the air intake cavity (16) and the head cooling cavity (18), and an air outlet channel (31) is situated between the head cooling cavity (18) and the air suction cavity (19), with the lamp tube assembly (5) communicating with both the air intake channel (30) and the air outlet channel (31), the lamp tube (25) is placed within the reflector cup (26), making contact with an inner wall of the reflector cup (26), and the reflector cup (26) at both ends or sides correspondingly communicates with the air intake channel (30) and the air outlet channel (31).

The easy-to-use pulse light hair removal device according to claim 1, wherein one side of the lower mounting plate (7) is connected to a fan mounting board (34), while the other side forms an abutment with the mainboard (3), the fan mounting board (34) is fixedly connected to the lower mounting plate (7), and the mainboard (3), the lower mounting plate (7), and the fan mounting board (34) are installed together to isolate the air intake cavity (16) from the air suction cavity (19) and the air outlet cavity (20).

The easy-to-use pulse light hair removal device according to claim 4, wherein one side of the mainboard (3) forms an abutment with the lower mounting plate (7) and seals the air suction cavity (19), with the reflector cup fixing spring (27) positioned between the high-voltage package (35) and the reflector cup (26); the lower mounting plate (7) is equipped with an air suction port (36), and the cooling fan (21) is mounted on the fan mounting board (34), corresponding to the air suction port (36).

The easy-to-use pulse light hair removal device according to claim 5, wherein the reflector cup fixing spring (27) comprises a lower positioning part (43), a middle abutting part (44), and an upper mainboard fixing part (45), with the reflector cup fixing spring (27) forming a positional abutment with the lower mounting plate (7) via the lower positioning part (43) and being fixedly connected to the mainboard (3) via the upper mainboard fixing part (45), and the middle abutting part (44) having a positioning abutment hole (46) that forms contact with the reflector cup (26).
9. The easy-to-use pulse light hair removal device according to claim 8, wherein the lower mounting plate (7) is equipped with a spring positioning slot (47), where the lower end of the reflector cup fixing spring (27) abuts within the spring positioning slot (47).

The connecting frame 8 is equipped with multiple front mounting grooves 12, allowing for the installation of varying numbers of magnets.
