[0096] The slide 41 can be moved out of the housing 1 till the end of extension 54 moves under spring force of the extension 54 itself into the recess 121 until it abuts against edge 122. The same happens with extension 55. It moves under spring force of the extension 55 itself into the recess 121 until it abuts against edge 122. The slide 41 is thereby prevented from moving out of the housing
[0097] In the first and second end position the cover 60 of the slide 41 can be opened to provide access to the blisters 44.
[0098] The package according to the present disclosure has a slide with only one extension cooperating with a recess in the housing, whereby the housing also has the passage. The passage can be located at the same side as the recess or at the opposite side. Through the passage the slide can be pushed into the unlocked position after the extension has been moved out of the recess. The front opening of the housing is thereby fully closed by the slide so that a child cannot grip the slide from the front opening until the slide is moved by means of a finger or other object like a pen via the passage through the front opening.
[0099]
[0100] The package 402 comprises a housing 401 and a slide 441. The housing 401 comprises a top wall 404, a bottom wall 406, side walls 408 and a rear wall. The rear wall comprises rear wall parts 12-15 like housing 1. On the opposite side op the rear wall, the housing 401 is provided with a rectangular front opening 425. The housing 401 is similar to housing 1 except that is comprises on the bottom wall 406 one single flexible lip 416 like the lip 16 of housing 1 and on the top wall 404 a single passage 424 like the passage 124 of housing 101.
[0101] The slide 441 comprises two parts 446, 447 foldably connected by a wall 463. The parts 446, 447 are provided with holes 443, wherein pockets 445 of a blister are located. Part 446 is provided with an opening 460, which in a closed position of the package 402 is located opposite the single passage 424. Part 446 is further provided at its end with an extension 454 (see
[0102]
[0103] When a user wants to open the package, the user uses a finger 202 of one hand to press in the direction indicated by arrow P2 on the lip 416 to unlock the engagement between the extension 454 of the slide 441 and the edge 428 of the housing 401 in the same manner as described with reference to the housing 101. Whilst keeping the extension 454 unlocked, the user places a finger 302 of the other hand in the passage 424 to push in a direction indicated by arrow P1 on an edge of the opening 460 of the slide 441, thereby pushing the slide 441 out of the front opening 425.

[0113] When a user wants to open the package, the user uses three fingers 202 of one hand to press in the direction indicated by arrow P2 on the three lips 416 simultaneously to unlock the engagement between the three extension 454 of the slide 441 and the edges 428 of the housing 401 in the same manner as described with reference to the housing 401. Whilst keeping the three extensions 454 unlocked, the user places a finger 302 of the other hand in the passage 424 to push in a direction indicated by arrow P1 on an edge of the opening 460 of the slide 441, thereby pushing the slide 441 out of the front opening 425.
[0114] After moving the slide 641 partly out of the front opening 425 the user can now reposition his first and second hand to the position as shown in
[0115] The more extensions need to be unlocked simultaneously, the more difficult it will be to unlock the extensions of the slide from the edges in the housing. Depending on the risk for a child involved with getting access to the content of the package, the number of extensions 454 in the slide and corresponding number of edges 428 and lips 416 in the housing can be chosen.
[0116] Preferably the package has a slide with two extensions cooperating with two recesses in the housing, whereby the housing also has the passage in an opposite wall. By such a housing it will be very hard for a young child to open the package.
[0117] It is also possible to provide the passage in the top wall, the side wall or to provide more than one passages in one of the walls of the housing. The passage can also be provided in the rear wall.
[0118] It is also possible to make the housing and/or the slide from plastic or in another manner from carton.
