Abstract
The present disclosure provides a cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions. The cotton knitted fabric has identical pattern on both sides thereof, and includes several knitting weaves knitted by cotton yarns prepared from CotSolution cotton, each knitting weave includes eight feeds, each feed includes four loops, and the four loops includes two dial knitting loops and two needle cylinder knitting loops. The present disclosure adopts a structure with identical patterns on both sides, the limitation caused by different face and the back sides can be removed, the use is more flexible, and the cotton yarns made of CotSolution cotton are knitted according to the structure of eight feeds and four loops, thus better playing the antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions.
Claims
1. A cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions, wherein the cotton knitted fabric has identical pattern on both sides thereof, and comprises several knitting weaves knitted by cotton yarns prepared from CotSolution cotton, each of the knitting weaves comprises eight feeds, each feed comprises four loops, and the four loops comprise two dial knitting loops and two needle cylinder knitting loops.
2. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 1, wherein the yarns used in each of the first feed to the eighth feed are all 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarns.
3. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 2, wherein a marine cotton all-cotton knitted fabric developed with the 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarn as raw material is made of 100% all-cotton.
4. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to any one of claim 1, wherein former four feeds and latter four feeds on the same side of the knitted fabric are of a symmetric structure.

The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 4, wherein each of the first feed and the eighth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a floating cam, and a tuck cam; each of the second feed and the seventh feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; each of the third feed and the sixth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a tuck cam, and a floating cam; and each of the fourth feed and the fifth feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam.
6. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 5, wherein the loop of each of the first feed, the third feed, the fifth feed and the seventh feed has a length of 16 cm/100 loops.
7. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 6, wherein the loop of each of the second feed, the fourth feed, the sixth feed and the eighth feed has a length of 18 cm/100 loops.
8. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to any one of claim 2, wherein former four feeds and latter four feeds on the same side of the knitted fabric are of a symmetric structure.

The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 8, wherein each of the first feed and the eighth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a floating cam, and a tuck cam; each of the second feed and the seventh feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; each of the third feed and the sixth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a tuck cam, and a floating cam; and each of the fourth feed and the fifth feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam.
10. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 9, wherein the loop of each of the first feed, the third feed, the fifth feed and the seventh feed has a length of 16 cm/100 loops.
11. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 10, wherein the loop of each of the second feed, the fourth feed, the sixth feed and the eighth feed has a length of 18 cm/100 loops.
12. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to any one of claim 3, wherein former four feeds and latter four feeds on the same side of the knitted fabric are of a symmetric structure.

The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 12, wherein each of the first feed and the eighth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a floating cam, and a tuck cam; each of the second feed and the seventh feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; each of the third feed and the sixth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a tuck cam, and a floating cam; and each of the fourth feed and the fifth feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam.
14. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 13, wherein the loop of each of the first feed, the third feed, the fifth feed and the seventh feed has a length of 16 cm/100 loops.
15. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 14, wherein the loop of each of the second feed, the fourth feed, the sixth feed and the eighth feed has a length of 18 cm/100 loops.

[0026] An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions to alleviate or eliminate the issues in the prior art. By adopting a structure with identical patterns on both sides, the limitation caused by different face and the back sides can be removed, the use is more flexible, and cotton yarns prepared by CotSolution cotton are knitted according to a structure of eight feeds and four loops, thus better playing the antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions. Within the present disclosure, CotSolution cotton is a chitosan-modified cotton fiber, which is prepared by extracting chitin from crustacean marine organisms such as crab shell and shrimp shell, then removing acetyl groups from the chitin to make chitosan, and then using biological macromolecular modification technology to incorporate generated chitosan group into molecular chains of natural fiber to produce biological fiber which can be washed for more than 100 times while maintaining a certain quality or property.

For example, the 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarns can be prepared from 100% Xinjiang long-staple cotton as raw material.
[0030] A marine cotton all-cotton knitted fabric, which is prepared from the 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarns as raw material, is made of 100% all-cotton, which not only meets the requirements of warmth retention property and breathability, but also has good antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions, and can improve the quality of the prepared fabric. The all-cotton knitted fabric with the antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions prepared according to the present disclosure has an antibacterial rate of 98.3% against Staphylococcus aureus, an antibacterial rate of 95.8% against Escherichia coli, an antibacterial rate of 96.2% against Klebsiella pneumoniae, an antibacterial rate of 91.4% against Candida albicans (Chinese standard FZ/T 73023-2006: antibacterial knitwear), and gets an ammonia gas reduction rate of ≥85%, an acetic acid reduction rate of ≥87% for (Chinese standard GB/T 33610.2-2017: Textiles-Determination of deodorant Property-Part 2: Detector tube method), and reaches an anti-mold grade of more than 1 (Chinese standard FZ/T 60030-2009: Anti-mold activity assessment of home textile), and has good antibacterial, deodorization and anti-mold functions.
