DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0021] Please referring to
[0022] The sand rake further includes a support component 2 consisting of at least one horizontal member 20 and positioned within the filtering space 10 of the filter body 1. The support component 2 has a sloping end 21 and a straight end 22 at its two ends, respectively. The sloping end 21 corresponds to the inclination angle of the inclined surface 13 at the front side of the filtering space 10 (as shown in
[0023] Moreover, the sand rake of the present invention further includes a handle 3, installed on the rear side of the filter body 1. The handle 3 is constituted by an upper rod 30, a lower rod 31, and a middle rod 32 connecting the upper rod 30 and the lower rod 31. The upper rod 30, the lower rod 31 and the middle rod 32 are configured as a detachable structure. The top end of the upper rod 30 is equipped with a T-shaped grip 300. The lower rod 31 is provided with at least one tenth mounting hole 310 and at least one eleventh mounting hole 311. The at least one tenth mounting hole 310 on the lower rod 31 corresponds to the at least one third mounting hole 112 on the reinforcement piece 11 and the at least one sixth mounting hole 102 on the rear side of the filter body 1. The at least one eleventh mounting hole 311 on the lower rod 31 corresponds to the at least one seventh mounting hole 103 on the rear side of the filter body 1.
[0024] During assembly, first, at least one first mounting member 4 is assembled into the at least one eighth mounting hole 210 and the ninth mounting hole 220 on the support component 2, the at least one fourth mounting hole 100 and the at least one fifth mounting hole 101 on the filter body 1, and the at least one first mounting hole 110 and the at least one second mounting hole 111 on the reinforcement piece 11. As such, the support component 2 can be assembled within the filtering space 10 of the filter body 1, and the reinforcement piece 11 surrounds and is assembled on the outer side of the filter body 1.
[0025] Additionally, at least one second mounting member 5 is threaded through the at least one tenth mounting hole 310 on the lower rod 31 of the handle 3, the at least one third mounting hole 112 on the reinforcement piece 11, and the at least one sixth mounting hole 102 on the filter body 1. Then, at least one third mounting member 6 is threaded through the at least one eleventh mounting hole 311 on the lower rod 31 of the handle 3 and the at least one seventh mounting hole 103 on the filter body 1.
[0026] By the aforementioned assembly, the handle 3, the reinforcement piece 11, the support component 2 and the filter body 1 are assembled into a stable fixed relationship. The bottom side of the filter body 1 is designed as a flat surface 12, allowing the sand rake to stand upright and saving storage space.
[0027] Further illustration of the operating procedure, the user can tilt the filter body 1 by holding the grip 300 and direct the top edge of the plurality of teeth 14 towards the beach T to press the inclined surface 13 at the front side of the filter body 1 against the beach T (as shown in
[0028] It is worth mentioning that the handle 3 is designed as a detachable structure, consisting of the upper rod 30, the lower rod 31 and the middle rod 32. Therefore, users can adjust the length of the handle 3 as needed during excavation. When it is necessary to shorten the handle 3, the assembly of the middle rod 32 can be omitted (as shown in
[0029] In addition, the support component 2 assembled within the filtering space 10 of the filter body 1 can further increase the overall strength of the filter body 1. The quantity of the support component(s) 2 can be chosen based on practical considerations. As shown in
[0030] In summary, the sand rake of the present invention offers the following advantages compared to the prior art.
[0031] First, the special structure of the filter body 1 of the sand rake replaces the need for using one's hand to pick up shellfish organisms. This not only allows for the excavation of a larger area, increasing the yield, but also prevents injury to the hand from shellfish organisms T1, thus improving efficiency and safety.
[0032] Second, the handle 3 of the sand rake is designed with a detachable structure, allowing users to adjust its length according to the situation.
[0033] This can prevent users from bending over excessively when the handle 3 is too long, saving energy. Additionally, the filter body 1 with serrated teeth 14 allows for quick and efficient excavation. The multiple filtering holes 15 in the filter body 1 allow sand and mud to flow out, avoiding prolonged immersion of the user's hand in seawater and increasing comfort.
