DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0024] Other features, objects and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly and completely by the detailed description of the non-limiting embodiments with reference to the attached drawings (FIG. 1 to FIG. 5).

[0025] A slope adjustment mechanism for treadmill, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the adjustment mechanism includes a base 2 fixedly arranged below the end of a treadmill body 1, a rotating member 3 rotatably arranged on the base 2, and an adjustment bracket 4 pivotally connected to the rotating member 3. In this embodiment, the treadmill body 1 includes a treadmill platform 101 and a frame 102 supporting the treadmill platform 101, the base 2 is symmetrically arranged on both sides of the front end of the frame 102, the rotating member 3 includes a group of locking bolts passing through the base 2 and the adjustment bracket 4, and a roller 17 is further arranged on one end of the adjustment bracket 4 away from the rotating member 3. An accommodation groove 5 is arranged on the adjustment bracket 4 for partially placement of the base 2, and a damping mechanism with a damping force is provided between the base 2 and the adjustment bracket 4 for limiting the axial movement of the adjustment bracket 4 along the rotating member 3. As shown in FIG. 2 or 3, the damping mechanism includes placing grooves 6 recessed at the rotating member 3 on the two side walls of the accommodating groove 5, and the support pads 7 embedded in the two placing grooves 6 respectively. The support pads 7 are sleeved on the rotating member 3, the support pads 7 are abutted against the base 2 on opposite sides respectively, the thickness of the support pad 7 is greater than the depth of the placing groove 6, a connecting block 8 is provided between the two support pads 7 and is connected to the support pads 7 at both ends. The support pads 7 are made of elastic material. In this embodiment, the support pads 7 are nylon gaskets.

[0026] A limiting mechanism is provided between the base 2 and the adjustment bracket 4, which is used for limiting the adjustment bracket 4 to a specified angle and limiting the further turning of the adjustment bracket 4. The limiting mechanism includes a first limiting part that limits the turning of the adjustment bracket 4 when the treadmill body 1 is in a horizontal state. As shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. 3, the first limiting part includes a first positioning hole 9 provided on the base 2, a positioning pin 10 provided in the first positioning hole 9, and a limiting groove 11 provided on the adjustment bracket 4 and abutted against the positioning pin 10 to limit the turning of the adjustment bracket 4. The first limiting part also includes an auxiliary positioning member, the auxiliary positioning member includes a second positioning hole 12 provided on the base 2, a plug hole 13 provided on the adjustment bracket 4 and aligned with the second positioning hole 12 when the adjustment bracket 4 is restricted from turning, and also includes a plug 14 that is plugged into the second positioning hole 12 and the plug hole 13, and one end of the plug 14 is provided with a pull ring 15 for easy removal. The positioning pin 10 and the plug 14 jointly bear the weight of the treadmill and the user.

[0027] The limiting mechanism also includes a second limiting part for limiting the turning of the adjustment bracket 4 when the treadmill body 1 is in an inclined state. As shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. 5, the second limiting part includes a stop plane 16 provided on the side of the adjustment bracket 4 facing away from the accommodating groove 5, when the adjustment bracket 4 flips over more than 90, the stop plane 16 abuts against the treadmill body 1 to limit further turning of the adjustment bracket 4. In this embodiment, since the base 2 is arranged on the frame 102, the stop plane 16 abuts against the frame 102 when the adjustment bracket 4 turns over.

[0028] In combination with the above structure, referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the adjustment mechanism of the present invention has damping force when adjusting or using. During assembly, the locking force is adjusted so that the adjustment bracket 4 is in a state where it can be smoothly turned but not loose. Since there is no direct contact between the base 2 and the adjustment bracket 4, the wear degree of the base 2 and the adjustment bracket 4 can be effectively reduced. In addition, the support pad 7 limits the axial movement of the adjustment bracket 4 along the rotating member 3, which can effectively reduce the abnormal noise caused by the loosening and collision of the adjustment mechanism when the treadmill is in use, making the slope adjustment the and the daily use of the treadmill more convenient.

[0029] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. While the description above refers to the particular embodiments of the present invention, it will be understood that many modifications may be made without departing from the spirit thereof. Any equivalent replacement or modification would fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
