We claim the ornamental design for a refrigerated appliance storage bin, substantially as shown and described.

(7) FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

(8) FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.

(9) The dot-dash broken lines immediately adjacent shaded areas represent the bounds of the claimed design while all other broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating the unclaimed portions of the article; the broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
