Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Dahlia plant named Dodasumberebic, characterized by its upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; large single-type inflorescences with bright red and yellow bi-colored ray florets; good postproduction longevity; good garden performance; and attractiveness to pollinators.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PHOTOGRAPH
(1) The accompanying photograph illustrates the overall appearance of the new Dahlia plant showing the colors as true as it is reasonably possible to obtain in colored reproductions of this type. Colors in the photograph may differ slightly from the color values cited in the detailed botanical description which accurately describe the colors of the new Dahlia plant. The photograph is a side perspective view of a typical flowering plant of Dodasumberebic grown in a container.

(2) The aforementioned photograph and the following observations and measurements describe plants grown during the summer in 15-cm containers in a glass-covered greenhouse in De Lier, The Netherlands and under environmental conditions and cultural practices which approximate those generally used in commercial potted Dahlia production. During the production of the plants, day temperatures ranged from 18 C. to 30 C., night temperatures ranged from 16 C. to 22 C. and light levels were at least 135 watt/m.sup.2. Plants were pinched one time about four weeks after sticking unrooted cuttings. Plants were twelve weeks old when the photograph was taken and eleven weeks old when the description was taken. In the following description, color references are made to The Royal Horticultural Society Colour Chart, Fifth Edition, except where general terms of ordinary dictionary significance are used.
