[0064] The first portion of the frame extends substantially parallel to longitudinal axis 74 and is adjacent outer end 60 of the frame. First portion 76 of frame 56 extends from the outer end towards inner end 58 of the frame. The first portion of the frame is adjacent outer side 66 of the frame. First portion 76 of frame 56 extends from the outer side towards inner side 64 of the frame.
[0065] For each frame the first portion thereof has at least one or a first aperture or recessed portion, in this example an elongate and longitudinally-extending first recessed portion 78 extending therein. The first recessed portion extends laterally from outer side 66 towards inner side 64 of frame 56 in this non-limiting embodiment. First recessed portion 78 is adjacent and spaced from outer end 60 of the frame in this non-limiting example. For each frame the first recessed portion thereof extends longitudinally between lateral end portions 70 and 72 thereof seen in
[0066] As seen in
[0067] For each frame 56 the first recessed portion thereof may be referred to as a threaded slot, fastener chase and/or screw chase in this non-limiting example. The frame may be designed in one non-limiting embodiment with an A5 thread screw chase; however, this is not strictly required. First portion 76 of frame 56 is thus configured to connect to side portion 46 of its corresponding wall panel 32. Fastener-exposed wall panels 32E thus couple to the first portion of the frame via at least fasteners 36E. The fasteners are configured to extend parallel to axis/plane 68, and/or central portion 43 of the fastener-exposed wall panel in this non-limiting embodiment.
[0068] Fasteners 36E may be made of a material or second metal that is dissimilar to that of frame 56 so as to promote a galvanic reaction which forms a slight corrosion with the mill finish frame surface. This corrosion may function to promote a locking bond that inhibits the fastener from backing out of the frame. In one non-limiting embodiment, fastener 36E is made of a stainless steel, with frame 56 being made from aluminum or an alloy thereof. The fasteners in this non-limiting example are thus made of a metal that is different from that of wall panel 32. First recessed portion 78 or screw chase may be seven-sixteenths of an inch in depth in one non-limiting embodiment so as to accommodate a fastener 36E comprising a #10, five-eighths of an inch long with A5 type thread, stainless steel self-tapping screw with countersunk Robertson drive head. Such fasteners in this non-limiting example comprise a third party product which may be purchased for example at Robertson Inc., having an address of 1185 Corporate Drive, Unit 1, Burlington, Ontario, L7L 5V5, Canada. However, this is not strictly required and other types of fasteners and sizes may be used in other embodiments.
[0069] In one non-limiting embodiment and as seen in
[0070] The following are additional details of a non-limiting embodiment that achieves this functionality. In this non-limiting example protrusion 41A is a bit and/or part of a punching apparatus 41 seen in

[0094] Frame 56 as herein described thus comprises a plurality of longitudinally-extending channels 86, 92 and 100 with exterior surfaces 87, 93A, 93B, 94A, 94B and 101 thereof shaped to angle fluid 89A, 89B, 89C, 89D and 89E away therefrom and/or outwards from the frame. The frame thus includes three channels each facing outer side 66 thereof. Frame 56 may thus be said comprise a plurality of sloped surfaces along the exterior thereof and which configured to divert water and inhibit pooling of water. Inner side 64 of frame 56 is thus shaped to inhibit pooling of fluid thereon. Frame 56 may thus be said to have exterior surfaces 87, 93A, 93B, 94A, 94B and 101 along the inner side thereof, where the exterior surfaces are shaped to angle fluid away therefrom and outwards from the frame. Said exterior surfaces along inner side 64 of the frame extend from inner end 58 to outer end 60 of the frame.
[0095] Exterior surfaces 87, 93A, 93B, 94A, 94B and 101 along the inner side of the frame 56 comprise a plurality of L-shapes in lateral profile in this non-limiting embodiment. The frame along inner side 64 thereof may thus be said to comprise a first or inner L-shaped bracket portion (including surfaces 94B and 101) facing inner end 58 thereof and a second or outer L-shaped bracket portion (including surfaces 87 and 93B) facing outer end 60 thereof. Frame 56 may be said to include a third or intermediate L-shaped bracket portion (including surfaces 93A and 94A) facing one of the inner and outer ends thereof, in this example the outer end, with the third or intermediate L-shaped bracket portion extending between, coupling together, and laterally outwardly positioned relative to the first or inner L-shaped bracket portion and the second or outer L-shaped bracket portion. The frame along inner side 64 thereof, may thus be said to comprise a first one or more steps (including surfaces 94B and 101) which direct fluid thereon to inner end 58 thereof and a second one or more steps (including surfaces 94A, 93A, 93B and 87) which direct fluid thereon to outer end 60 thereof.
