Furthermore, in some alternate embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the head 30 comprises an angled shape 314 wherein the top-most portion of the head 30 is cut along a diagonal. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of bristles 311 further comprise a convex shape 312. In the preferred embodiment, the head 30 of the present invention is coupled to the lower casing 40, shown in FIG. 7, whereby lateral movement of the lower casing 40 will simultaneously move the head 30, as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9. Referring to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, given that the head 30 moves simultaneously with the lower casing 40, relative to the inner casing 20, lateral movement of the lower casing 40 may retract the head 30 into the inner casing 20. In such embodiments, a user is able to retract the head 30 within the inner casing 20 and attach the lid 10 without causing damage to the head 30, as portions of the head 30 may otherwise be caught between the lid 10 and inner casing 20.

[0037] As shown in FIG. 10, the lower casing 40 is a tubular member having an open end 41, a closed end 42, an inner diameter 43, an outer diameter 44, and a cavity 45. In the preferred embodiment, the head 30 extends from the cavity 45 of the lower casing 40. Furthermore, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner casing 20 slidably engages within the cavity 45 of the lower casing 40, whereby the lower portion 23 of the inner casing 20 engages with the inner diameter 43 of the lower casing 40. Additionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the lower casing 40 further comprises a beveled edge 421 along the circumference of the closed end 42. In the context of the present invention, the outer diameter 44 of the lower casing 40 is the diameter of the outwardly facing surface of the lower casing 40

[0038] As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the lid 10 of the present invention is identical to the lower casing 40 wherein said lid 10 also comprises an open end 11, a closed end 12, an inner diameter 13, an outer diameter 14, and a cavity 15. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner diameter 13 of the lid 10 removably engages with the upper portion 21 of the inner casing 20, the dimples 211 of the inner casing 20 applying a pressure to said inner diameter 13, thus securing the lid 10 to the inner casing 20 through friction. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, when attached to the inner casing 20, the lid 10 conceals the head 30 within the cavity 15 of said lid 10. Additionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the lid 10 comprises a beveled edge 121 along the circumference along the closed end 12 of the lid 10. In the context of the present invention, the outer diameter 14 of the lid 10 is the diameter of the outwardly facing surface of the lid 10.

[0039] As shown in FIG. 12, the head 30 of the present invention is capable of retracting into the inner casing 20. When the lower casing 40 is fully engaged with inner casing 20, as shown in FIG. 13, within the context of the present invention, provides that the open end 41 of the lower casing 40 is in contact with the protruded ridge 22 of the inner casing 20, the head 30 is exposed, extending above the topmost plane of the upper portion 21 of the inner casing 20. Likewise, when the lower casing 40 is disengaged with the inner casing 20, shown in FIG. 12, the open end 41 of the lower casing 40 is pulled away from the protruded ridge 22 of the inner casing 20, thereby causing the head 30 to retract into the inner casing 20. As previously mentioned, in such embodiments, a user is able to retract the head 30 within the inner casing 20 and attach the lid 10 without causing damage to the head 30, as portions of the head 30 may otherwise be caught between the lid 10 and inner casing 20.

[0040] Additionally, as shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15, the present invention comprises an open configuration 2a and a closed configuration 2b, respectively. In the context of the present invention, the open configuration 2a is the configuration wherein the lid 10 is removed, and the head 30 is extended beyond the inner casing 20. Contrarily, the closed configuration 2b, in the context of the present invention, is the configuration by which the lid 10 is coupled to the inner casing 20 and the open end 11 of the lid 10 is engaged with the protruded ridge 22.
