Abstract
A vertical light-adjustable fabric and gauze integrated curtain includes light-shading portions and light-pervious portions alternately arranged vertically. The light-pervious portion is a light-pervious thin gauze. The light-shading portion is composed of an upper-layer fabric, a middle-layer thin gauze and a lower-layer fabric. The middle-layer thin gauze is a thin gauze integrated with the light-pervious portion. The upper-layer fabric and the lower-layer fabric are one-piece light-tight fabrics. The upper-layer fabric and the lower-layer fabric are coated on upper and lower surfaces of the middle-layer thin gauze to form the light-shading portion. The fabrics and gauzes are individually woven and shaped, not constrained by the thicknesses of warps and wefts, have higher fabric verticality, and the defects of easy thread breakage, yarn breakage and needle breakage in synchronous production processes of thin and thick parts are overcome.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0023]
[0024]
[0025] The names of the parts indicated by numerical labels in the accompanying drawings are as follows: [0026] 1light-shading portion; 11upper-layer fabric; 12middle-layer thin gauze; 13lower-layer fabric; 2light-pervious portion; 21thin gauze.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0027] The present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Embodiment 1
[0028] As shown in
Embodiment 2
[0029] The basic shape of the curtain is a vertical louver formed by alternating layers of fabrics and gauzes. Users can customize curtains with different widths according to the sizes of windows. The width of the one-piece light-tight fabric is twice the width of the gauze of the light-pervious portion, so the upper and lower surfaces of the gauze are exactly covered. At this time, the light-shading portion forms a structure with a layer of gauze sandwiched between the upper and lower fabrics, and the width of the light-shading portion is equal to the width of the light-pervious portion. In this case, the fabric is individually woven and shaped, the gauze is individually woven and shaped, and then, the fabric and the gauze are combined to form a fabric and gauze integrated curtain, thereby overcoming various defects caused by traditional integrated weaving of fabrics and yarns.
[0030] The curtain can be vertically rotated to adjust light. When the light-pervious portion is rotated to a position vertical to the light-shading portion, the curtain is in a light-shading state as a whole. When the light-shading portion is rotated to a position vertical to the light-pervious portion, the curtain is in a light-pervious state as a whole. When the light-shading portion and the light-pervious portion are both horizontal, the curtain is in a semi-light-pervious state as a whole. When the light-shading portion and the light-pervious portion are rotated to a certain angle, the curtain presents different degrees of light-shading states. Users can adjust the light-shading state of the curtain by adjusting any angle between the light-shading portion and the light-pervious portion according to actual needs.
[0031] The fabrics and gauzes of the fabric and gauze integrated curtain of the present disclosure are individually woven and shaped, the fabrics and gauzes are not constrained by the thicknesses of warps and wefts, the fabric verticality is higher, and the defects of easy thread breakage, yarn breakage and needle breakage in synchronous production processes of thin and thick parts are overcome. The gauze and the fabric can be woven from yarns with different thicknesses by different devices to finally obtain gauzes and fabrics with different densities, different thicknesses and different patterns. The weaving and shaping processes are simple, the production efficiency of machines is high, the production capacity is high, and the energy consumption is low. The balance point of shrinkage between fabrics and gauzes can be well controlled, so the light-shading and light-pervious effects of the curtain are good.
