[0052]
[0053] As shown in
[0054] The strap 102 is configured to wrap around a wrist of a user, so that the watch 100 can be worn.
[0055] Refer to
[0056] For example, the watch face 101 may be a watch face on which a movement has been assembled. Alternatively, a movement is not assembled on the watch face 101, and the watch face 101 includes only a case for movement installation.
[0057] For example, the case of the watch face 101 is connected to the first strap 10 and the second strap 20 of the strap 102.
[0058] For example, a material of the case of the watch face 101 may be plastic or stainless steel.
[0059] For example, a decorative coating may be formed on a surface of the case by using a physical vapor deposition (PVD for short) process, to improve abrasion resistance of the case and improve decorative effect of the case.
[0060] For example, the movement in the watch face 101 may be a manual mechanical movement, an automatic mechanical movement, a quartz movement, a smart movement, or the like. This is not limited in this application.
[0061] The mechanical movement may include a dial, a hand system, an escapement system, and a hairspring. The hairspring stores energy through elastic deformation of the hairspring. The hairspring is connected to the escapement system. The escapement system is connected to the hand system in a transmission manner through gears. The escapement system receives a driving force from the hairspring, and further drives a second hand, a minute hand, and an hour hand of the hand system to rotate. The second hand, the minute hand, and the hour hand are all disposed on the dial.
[0062] The quartz movement may include a dial, a hand system, a battery, a quartz crystal oscillator, a motor, and a control circuit. The battery, the quartz crystal oscillator, and the motor are all electrically connected to the control circuit. The control circuit receives an oscillation signal sent by the quartz crystal oscillator, and forms, based on the oscillation signal, a drive signal for driving the motor to rotate. The motor drives, through gears, a second hand, a minute hand, and an hour hand of the hand system to rotate, and the second hand, the minute hand, and the hour hand are all disposed on the dial for rotating.
[0063] The smart movement may include a main board, a battery, and a display panel. The main board is electrically connected to both the battery and the display panel. The main board is configured to control the display panel to display information such as time and a heart rate of a user.
[0064]
[0065] The strap 102 is configured to wear a watch 100 on a wrist of a user. In addition, a length of the strap 102 may be adjusted by opening and closing the connection structure 30, so that the watch 100 is smoothly worn on the wrist or taken off from the wrist.
[0066] For example, the first strap 10 and the second strap 20 may be made of a flexible material or a rigid material. For example, materials of the first strap 10 and the second strap 20 may be stainless steel, plastic, or the like. For example, the first strap 10 and the second strap 20 may be rubber straps, or the first strap 10 and the second strap 20 may be metal straps formed by sequentially connecting metal chains, or the first strap 10 and the second strap 20 may be cloth straps woven from cotton thread or nylon thread. The materials of the first strap 10 and the second strap 20 are not limited in this embodiment.
[0067] For example, the connection structure 30 may be made of a metal material. For example, the connection structure 30 may be made of a stainless steel material. In this application, the material of the connection structure 30 is described merely by using an example, which does not constitute a limitation on the material of the connection structure 30. For example, the connection structure 30 may alternatively be made of a plastic material with specific hardness or the like.

[0071] The first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 in the connection structure 30 are rotatably connected, so that the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 can be opened (with reference to
[0072] In some embodiments, with reference to
[0073] In some embodiments, the second strap 20 may be connected to the second foldable plate 2 through a hinge. For example, one end of the second foldable plate 2 is rotatably connected to the first foldable plate 1, the other end of the second foldable plate 2 is in a U-shaped design, one end of the second strap 20 is located in the U-shaped structure, and a U-shaped end portion of the second foldable plate 2 is connected to an end portion of the second strap 20 through a connection shaft, so that the second strap 20 is connected to the second foldable plate 2. In addition, the second strap 20 and the second foldable plate 2 may rotate around the connection shaft, so that the adaptability of the strap 102 to the wrist after the watch 100 is worn on the wrist can be improved, and comfort can be improved.
[0074] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0075] As shown in
[0076] Refer to
[0077] Refer to
[0078] For example, the base plate 411 is connected to the rotating shaft 42.
[0079] For example, the base plate 411 and the cover plate 412 are integrally formed.
[0080] Refer to
[0081] For example, the clamping pillar L may alternatively be disposed on the base plate 411. Specifically, the clamping pillar L is disposed on a surface of a side that is of the base plate 411 and that faces the cover plate 412, so that, similarly, the clamping pillar L is connected to the second strap 20 that passes through the accommodation space K1.
[0082] Refer to
[0083] For example, the through hole K2 may be in a shape of an ellipse, a circle, a rectangle, a polygon, or the like.
[0084] For example, with reference to
[0085] In some embodiments, a diameter of the clamping pillar L gradually increases in a protrusion direction of the clamping pillar L, to ensure that a firmness degree of clamping between the clamping pillar L and the second strap 20 is high, and reduce fall-off risks of the clamping pillar L and the second strap 20.
[0086] In some embodiments, the clamping pillar L may include a first sub-pillar and a second sub-pillar that are sequentially arranged in the protrusion direction of the clamping pillar L. Axes of the first sub-pillar and the second sub-pillar are on a same straight line, and a diameter of the second sub-pillar is greater than that of the first sub-pillar. In other words, a diameter of the top of the clamping pillar L is set to be greater than a diameter of the bottom, so that clamping effect of the clamping pillar L and the second strap 20 can be improved, and the fall-off risks of the clamping pillar L and the second strap 20 can be reduced.
[0087] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0088] It should be noted that the second strap 20 may alternatively be clamped to the connection assembly 4 through another clamping structure. For example, a plurality of wedge-shaped grooves are provided on the second strap 20, and a rectangular clamping strip is disposed on the cover plate 412 of the connection assembly 4. The second strap 20 passes through the accommodation space K1 to be clamped to the rectangular clamping strip through the wedge-shaped groove, so that the second strap 20 is connected to the second foldable plate 2. In the foregoing embodiment of this application, a connection manner between the second strap 20 and the connection assembly 4 is described merely by using an example, which does not constitute a limitation on the connection manner.
[0089] In a related technology, a structure design of a connection structure (namely, a buckle-type strap) whose strap length can be adjusted and that does not need to be disassembled is complex, and fitting of a plurality of parts is required to implement adjustment of the strap. In this case, a size of the part of the strap is small, and a plurality of small-sized parts lead to high assembly difficulty of the connection structure in an assembly process and poor reliability of the connection structure after assembly. In addition, costs of the precise small-sized part are high. This is not conducive to cost reduction of the buckle-type strap.
[0090] To resolve the foregoing technical problems, this application provides a connection structure 30.
[0091]
[0092] As shown in
[0093] Refer to
[0094] Refer to
[0095] For example, after a user wears a watch 100, the first foldable plate 1 is in contact with a wrist of the user. After the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 are rotated and closed, the second foldable plate 2 is away from the wrist of the user relative to the first foldable plate 1.
[0096] Alternatively, for example, with reference to
[0097] Refer to
[0098] For example, the first support strip 11 of the first foldable plate 1 is fastened to the second support strip 12 of the first foldable plate 1. In other words, a width of the first gap U1 between the first support strip 11 and the second support strip 12 is fixed.
[0099] The first gap U1 is configured to provide placement space for the second foldable plate 2. For example, with reference to
[0100] Refer to
[0101] It should be noted that the foregoing two side faces that face each other are a side face that is of the first support strip 11 and that is close to the second support strip 12 and faces the second support strip 12 and a side face that is of the second support strip 12 and that is close to the first support strip 11 and faces the first support strip 11.
[0102]
[0103] Alternatively, for example, the first clamping portion M1 is disposed only on the side face that is of the first support strip 11 and that is close to the second support strip 12 and faces the second support strip 12.
[0104] Alternatively, for example, the first clamping portion M1 is disposed only on the side face that is of the second support strip 12 and that is close to the first support strip 11 and faces the first support strip 11.
[0105] For example, a plurality of first clamping portions M1 may be disposed on each side face. Therefore, a clamping firmness degree can be enhanced.
[0106] Refer to
[0107] The second gap U2 is configured to provide motion space for the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 to move toward each other (be close to each other).
[0108] External forces are applied to a side that is of the third support strip 21 and that is away from the fourth support strip 22 and a side that is of the fourth support strip 22 and that is away from the third support strip 21, so that the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are close to each other. Therefore, the second foldable plate 2 is smoothly placed in the first gap U1, and the second foldable plate 2 and the first foldable plate 1 are closed.
[0109] For example, with reference to
[0110] For example, with reference to
[0111] Refer to
[0112] It should be noted that the foregoing two side faces that face away from each other are a side face that is of the third support strip 21 and that faces away from the fourth support strip 22 and a side face that is of the fourth support strip 22 and that faces away from the third support strip 21.
[0113] For example, the second clamping portion M2 is disposed only on the side face that is of the third support strip 21 and that faces away from the fourth support strip 22.
[0114] Alternatively, for example, the second clamping portion M2 is disposed only on the side face that is of the fourth support strip 22 and that faces away from the third support strip 21.
[0115] Alternatively, for example, with reference to
[0116] For example, a plurality of second clamping portions M2 may be disposed on each side face. Therefore, the clamping firmness degree can be enhanced.
[0117]
[0118] For example, with reference to
[0119] The two ends of the elastic shaft 3 are disposed to be respectively connected to the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22, so that the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 have a tendency to be away from each other under an elastic force of the elastic shaft 3. Therefore, when the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 are closed and the second foldable plate 2 is located in the first gap U1, the second clamping portion M2 on the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 is securely clamped to the first clamping portion M1 on the first foldable plate 1 through the elastic force of the elastic shaft 3.
[0120] For example, with reference to
[0121] For example, the elastic shaft 3 is elastic in a direction of an axis Li of the elastic shaft 3, to adjust a size of the second gap U2. For example, when no external force is applied, the elastic shaft 3 provides the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 with an elastic force that enables the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 to be away from each other. When the external forces are applied to the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22, the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are close to each other, and correspondingly, the elastic shaft 3 contracts.
[0122] Based on the foregoing implementations, with reference to
[0123] For example, as shown in
[0124] When the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 are in the closed state, the bump is located in the clamping groove. In other words, the first clamping portion M1 is clamped to the second clamping portion M2.
[0125] For example, as shown in
[0126] In the connection structure 30 provided in this embodiment of this application, the clamping and separation between the first clamping portion M1 and the second clamping portion M2 can be controlled by using the elastic force of the elastic shaft 3 and the external force applied to the second foldable plate 2, so that closing and opening of the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 is controlled.
[0127] For example, the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 are closed, and the side faces that are of the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 and that face away from each other are pressed, so that the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are close to each other, and the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are smoothly placed in the first gap U1. In this case, the external force is removed, the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 may be away from each other under the elastic force of the elastic shaft 3, and therefore, the second clamping portion M2 on the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are driven to be successfully clamped to the first clamping portion M1 on the first support strip 11 and the second support strip 12. In this way, the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 are closed, and a closed state between the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 is maintained by using the first clamping portion M1 and the second clamping portion M2.
[0128] Similarly, when the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 need to be opened, the side faces that are of the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 and that face away from each other are pressed, so that the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are close to each other, that is, the third support strip 21 is away from the first support strip 11 and the fourth support strip 22 is away from the second support strip 12, and therefore, the second clamping portion M2 on the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are driven to be removed from the first clamping portion M1 on the first support strip 11 and the second support strip 12. In this way, the second foldable plate 2 is smoothly taken out from the first gap U1 and is opened.
[0129] In the connection structure 30 provided in this embodiment of this application, the connection structure 30 can be closed and opened only by using the elastic shaft 3 and clamping portions (including the first clamping portion M1 and the second clamping portion M2) disposed on the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2. A structure design of the connection structure 30 is simple, an appearance is simple, and assembly difficulty is low during preparation. Assembly can be completed only by installing the elastic shaft 3 (for example, a spring bar). After the assembly is completed, stability of the connection structure 30 is good. In addition, the connection structure 30 has a small quantity of components, so that costs can be reduced.

[0132] For example, as shown in
[0133] For example, as shown in

[0139] Refer to
[0140] For example, as shown in
[0141] Refer to
[0142] The first connection portion 211, the first rotating shaft 421, the second connection portion 212, the fourth connection portion 222, the second rotating shaft 422, and the third connection portion 221 are sequentially connected in series through the elastic shaft 3, so that the connection assembly 4 is connected to the second foldable plate 2, and finally the second strap 20 is connected to the second foldable plate 2.
[0143] In addition, the first rotating shaft 421 is disposed between the first connection portion 211 and the second connection portion 212, and the second rotating shaft 422 is disposed between the third connection portion 221 and the fourth connection portion 222, to limit the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 of the second foldable plate 2.
[0144] For example, a distance between and positions of the first rotating shaft 421 and the second rotating shaft 422 are fixed. When the external force is applied to make the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 to be close to each other, the first connection portion 211 and the third connection portion 221 gradually move toward the first rotating shaft 421 and the second rotating shaft 422 respectively. After the first connection portion 211 is in contact with the first rotating shaft 421 and the third connection portion 221 is in contact with the second rotating shaft 422, the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 cannot move toward each other anymore under a limiting action of the first rotating shaft 421 and the second rotating shaft 422, so that a problem that the second foldable plate 2 is broken because the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are excessively close due to an excessively large applied external force can be effectively avoided.
[0145] For example, the distance between and positions of the first rotating shaft 421 and the second rotating shaft 422 are fixed. When no external force is applied, the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 have a tendency to be away from each other under the elastic action of the elastic shaft 3. Under the elastic force of the elastic shaft 3, the second connection portion 212 is in contact with the first rotating shaft 421, and the fourth connection portion 222 is in contact with the second rotating shaft 422. The third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 cannot be away from each other anymore under the limiting action of the first rotating shaft 421 and the second rotating shaft 422, so that a problem that the elastic shaft 3 falls off because the second gap U2 between the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 is excessively large can be effectively avoided.
[0146] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0147] Refer to
[0148] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0149] In some other embodiments, the connection structure 30 may include a hinge structure. The first foldable plate 1 is rotatably connected to the second foldable plate 2 through the hinge structure. For example, the first support strip 11 and the second support strip 12 are fastened to one side of the hinge structure, and the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are fastened to another side of the hinge structure. The first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 may be closed under an action of the hinge structure.
[0150]
[0151] For example, a case in which the part that is of the third support strip 21 and that is close to the hinge shaft 5 is connected to the part that is of the fourth support strip 22 and that is close to the hinge shaft 5 includes that the part that is of the third support strip 21 and that is close to the hinge shaft 5 and the part that is of the fourth support strip 22 and that is close to the hinge shaft 5 are integrally disposed or, as shown in
[0152] Refer to
[0153] A part that is of the third support strip 21 and that is close to the hinge shaft 5 is disposed to be connected to a part that is of the fourth support strip 22 and that is close to the hinge shaft 5, and the second gap U2 is provided away from the hinge shaft 5, so that the end that is of the second foldable plate 2 and that is away from the hinge shaft 5 can enable the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 to be close to each other. Therefore, the first clamping portion M1 is clamped to the second clamping portion M2.
[0154] In some embodiments, a width of a part that is of the second gap U2 and that is away from the hinge shaft 5 is greater than a width of a part that is of the second gap U2 and that is close to the hinge shaft 5. The width is a size of the second gap U2 in the direction of the axis Li of the elastic shaft 3.
[0155] For example, in a direction from the elastic shaft 3 to the hinge shaft 5, the width of the second gap U2 gradually decreases or sequentially decreases in a stepped manner.
[0156] Through the foregoing disposition, the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 that are located on the end that is of the second foldable plate 2 and that is away from the hinge shaft 5 can be more elastic and more easily close to each other. This helps the first clamping portion M1 clamp to the second clamping portion M2.
[0157] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0158] For example, as shown in
[0159] The connection strip 13 is configured to fasten the first support strip 11 to the second support strip 12, to avoid a problem that adaptability between the second foldable plate 2 and the first foldable plate 1 after the second foldable plate 2 and the first foldable plate 1 are closed is reduced because the first gap U1 that is configured to receive the second foldable plate 2 is deformed, for example, a width of the first gap U1 becomes narrow. In addition, the connection strip 13 is disposed in the first gap U1. In this way, a problem that a surface of one side that is of the connection structure 30 and that is in contact with a wrist of a user is uneven because a degree of folding of the second foldable plate 2 (protruding toward the wrist relative to the first foldable plate 1) is excessively large can be avoided, and wearing comfort is improved.
[0160] As shown in
[0161]
[0162] The connection plate 14, a side face that is of the first support strip 11 and that is close to the connection plate 14, and a side face that is of the second support strip 12 and that is close to the connection plate form a receiving groove 15; and when the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 are in the closed state, the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are at least partially located in the receiving groove 15. In other words, the second foldable plate 2 is located in the receiving groove 15.
[0163] The connection plate 14 is disposed, and, when the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 are in the closed state, the second foldable plate 2 is disposed to be located in the receiving groove 15, so that the second foldable plate 2 can be prevented from being in contact with the wrist of the user. In this way, the wrist of the user can be prevented from being pinched due to interaction between the second foldable plate 2 and the first foldable plate 1. Therefore, the wearing comfort of the watch 100 is improved.
[0164] For example, the connection plate 14 is integrated with the first support strip 11 and the second support strip 12.
[0165] For example, the first support strip 11, the second support strip 12, and the connection plate 14 are disposed in an arc shape, and a bending radian of the connection plate 14 is approximately the same as bending radians of the first support strip 11 and the second support strip 12.
[0166] For example, on a side that is of the first foldable plate 1 and that is close to the wrist, the connection plate 14, the first support strip 11, and the second support strip 12 are located on a same curved surface. In this way, comfort of the wrist of the user when wearing the watch 100 can be improved.
[0167] For example, in this embodiment, a thickness of the second foldable plate 2 is less than or equal to a depth of the receiving groove 15, so that the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 can be smoothly closed.
[0168] For example, in this embodiment, one end of the first foldable plate 1 is connected to one end of the second foldable plate 2 through the hinge structure, so that, after the first foldable plate 1 and the second foldable plate 2 are closed, when the watch 100 is worn on the wrist of the user, the second foldable plate 2 is away from the wrist of the user relative to the first foldable plate 1.
[0169] For example, in this embodiment, the first clamping portion M1 is located above an upper surface of the connection plate 14. The upper surface of the connection plate 14 is a surface of a side that is of the connection plate 14 and that is relatively away from the wrist of the user when the watch 100 is worn on the wrist of the user. The position above the upper surface of the connection plate 14 is the side that is of the connection plate 14 and that is relatively away from the wrist of the user when the watch 100 is worn on the wrist of the user. In this way, it is ensured that the second clamping portion M2 on the second foldable plate 2 can be smoothly clamped to the first clamping portion M1.
[0170] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0171] The first protrusion portion 213 and the second protrusion portion 223 are configured to drive, under an action of an external force, the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 to be close to each other, so that the clamping and separation between the first clamping portion M1 and the second clamping portion M2 are smoothly implemented. For example, when the connection structure 30 is closed, the first protrusion portion 213 and the second protrusion portion 223 are simultaneously pressed by fingers, so that the third support strip 21 and the fourth support strip 22 are close to each other. Therefore, the second clamping portion M2 on the second foldable plate 2 is removed from the first clamping portion M1 on the first foldable plate 1. In other words, the second foldable plate 2 is removed from the first foldable plate 1, to open the connection structure 30.
