The ornamental design for a panty garment as shown and described.

Description

(1) FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a panty garment showing my new design in a closed in-use position;

(2) FIG. 2 is a back elevational view thereof; and,

(3) FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the panty garment of FIGS. 1 and 2 in an in-use open position.

(4) The zig-zag broken lines and even-length broken lines in the figures show portions of the panty garment which form no part of the claimed design.
