[0037] In order to make the purpose, technical solution, and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, the following is a further detailed explanation of the present disclosure in combination with the drawings and embodiments.

[0038] Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 8 together, and now provide an explanation of a push button switch provided in this embodiment.

[0039] A hair curler that is easy to be operated, including a handheld end 10 and a curling end 20. The curling end 20 is connected to the handheld end 10 at a labor-saving angle, the angle is preferably an included angle , and the angle between the curling end and the handheld end should be between 25-75. By providing an angle arrangement of the product render a gravity center G from the handheld end 10 to a connection position between the handheld end 10 and the curling end, so products of same weight will feel lighter when held in the hand.

[0040] The handheld end 10 is a cylindrical body for a user to held. The handheld end 10 can also be connected to a power cord 12 as needed to power the hair curler. In order to reduce a weight of the hair curler, it is best to use a lightweight material on the handheld end 10 and make it hollow. A control circuit board 30 of the hair curler is installed in the handheld end 10. On the one hand, the control circuit board 30 placed on the handheld end 10 is completely surrounded by an external of the handheld end 10 for protection. On the other hand, due to heating of the curling end 20 during operation, the handheld end 10 does not heat up, which will not affect a performance and lifetime of the control circuit board 30 due to the heating.

[0041] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the curling end 20 has a seat 21 and a heating component 22 installed on the seat 21. An outer circumference of the heating component 22 is surrounded by a corner piece 23, a driver 24 is provided on a peripheral side of the seat 21 to drive the corner piece 23 to rotate. The seat 21 is a fixed seat used as a carrier for assembling various components of the curling end 20. The heating component 22 is cylindrical, and a center of the heating component 22 includes a heating wire, a heating rod, or other electrically heated unit. Surrounding walls of the heating component 22 are all heating surfaces that can heat and shape hair. A bottom of the heating component 22 is fixed to the seat 21 through a connection seat 221. The corner piece 23 is a rotation member that can rotate relative to the seat 21. The corner piece 23 is driven by the driver 24 to rotate. When the corner piece 23 rotates, the hair can be smoothly wrapped around a heating surface of the heating component 22 to form a curly effect.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 5, in one embodiment, the driver 24 includes a motor 241, a gearbox 242, and a transmission wheel 243. The transmission wheel 243 is assembled between the seat 21 and the corner piece 23 and meshes with gears of the gearbox 242. The gearbox 242 extends radially outward from the seat 21 and is suspended on an outer side of the seat 21. The motor 241 is installed on the gearbox 242. During an operation, the motor 241 drives a reduction wheel 244 in the gearbox 242. The reduction wheel 244 drives the transmission wheel 243 to rotate, and then the transmission wheel 243 drives the corner piece 23 to rotate. In this embodiment, the motor 241 and gearbox 242 are provided on the peripheral side of the corner piece 23, rendering the handheld end 10 shorter as a whole, thereby changing a traditional way of directly stacking the motor 241 under the seat 21, resulting in a longer machine. As a result, an improved hair curler becomes smaller due to the shortening.

[0043] More specifically, a cantilever 245 of the gearbox 242 is horizontally arranged, the motor 241 is vertically arranged, forming an L-shaped structure or a shaped structure. As shown in FIG. 3, the motor 241 is installed on an upper side of the cantilever 245 to form an L-shaped structure. As shown in FIG. 4, the motor 241 is installed on a lower side of the cantilever 245 perpendicular to the gearbox 242 to form an -shaped structure, so that the motor 241 and gearbox 242 do not occupy an original internal space of the curling end 20. They are directly placed externally, and an installation position relationship is reasonably arranged, rendering an entire hair curler shorter and more aesthetically pleasing.

[0044] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, it is an embodiment where an angle between the handheld end 10 and the curling end 20 is a fixed angle.

[0045] As shown in FIG. 2, the angle between the handheld end 10 and the curling end 20 is a fixed angle. The handheld end 10 is in a fixed first direction A, the curling end 20 is in a fixed second direction B, an angle between the first direction A and the second direction B is a fixed angle with an acute angle. Compared with traditional hair curlers, due to the angle between the handheld end 10 and the curling end 20, the gravity center of the hair curler moves up and close to a connection position between the curling end 20 and the handheld end 10. When the user is in use as shown in FIG. 8, the weight will be transmitted to the human hand along the handheld end 10 in the first direction. At this time, a force support point of the operator's hand is palm of the hand, a long-term operation will not have a sense of weight suspension, reducing the user's hand fatigue and achieving an effect of saving effort during use.

[0046] As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the handheld end 10 is provided with an inclined storage portion 11 connected to the curling end 20, the motor 241 and gearbox 242 of the driver 24 are installed in the inclined storage portion 11. In this embodiment, the inclined storage portion 11 is integrally formed at an upper end of the handheld end 10. Compared with the first direction A, it has an inclined surface facing the curling end 20, and the inclined storage portion 11 is hollow internally to facilitate a storage of the protruded motor 241 and gearbox 242.

[0047] In this embodiment, the curling end 20 is provided with a protective cover 25 on an outside, a radially extending connection portion 251 of the protective cover 25 is matched and installed with the inclined storage portion 11. For example, the connection portion 251 can be made into a small diameter and the inclined storage portion 11 can be made into a large diameter, allowing the connection portion 251 to be integrated into the inclined storage portion 11 as a whole. The installation method of the connection portion 251 and the inclined storage portion 11 can be interference fit followed by ultrasonic welding, threaded connection, snap connection, or other fixed connection methods, which will not be exhaustive here.

[0048] As shown in FIGS. 6 to 7, it is an embodiment where the angle between the handheld end 10 and the curling end 20 is variable.

[0049] The angle between the handheld end 10 and the curling end 20 is a variable angle. The handheld end 10 is in a fixed first direction A, the curling end 20 is in a swinging second direction B, the angle between the first direction A and the second direction B is variable with an acute angle. This design allows the use to adjust the angle according to personal habits, with a better angle adjustment range between 25 and 75 degrees. This hair curler with an angle also refers to FIG. 8 when in use. The user will tilt the product backwards during use, which improves balance. Holding products with fixtures on the same weight will feel lighter, achieving a labor-saving effect during the curling process.

[0050] As shown in FIG. 6, a hinge mechanism 40 is provided between the handheld end 10 and the curling end 20. In this embodiment, a top of the handheld end 10 is a vertical structure without an inclined storage portion 11. The top of the handheld end 10 is provided with a first hinge portion 41 in a shape of a groove, and the curling end 20 is provided with a second hinge portion 42 with a type of a convex block. A swinging connection between the first hinge portion 41 and second hinge portion 42 is achieved by inserting a hinge shaft between them. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, a hinge mechanism 40 includes a rotation shaft 411 and a swing block 421 with a shaft hole, the rotation shaft 411 passes through the shaft hole of the swing block 421. It should be noted that the first hinge portion 41 and the second hinge portion 42 can be structurally interchangeable. In addition, the handheld end 10 and the curling end 20 can also be connected through a universal joint to achieve multi-directional and multi angle swing of the curling end 20.

[0051] In addition, in an implementation mode, the hinge mechanism 40 has a multi-level gear mechanism for adjusting an angle rotation range, which can automatically lock when rotate every certain angle. Taking the rotation angle between 25 and 75 as an example, when three gear adjustment is provided, the first gear is set at 25 angle, the second gear is set at 50 angle, and the third gear is set at 75 angle. Of course, the number of gear levels and the allocation of angles for each level can also be chosen during design based on usage habits, and we will not provide examples for each one.

[0052] In this embodiment, a motor storage housing 252 is provided on an outer side of the protective cover 25 of the curling end 20. The motor 241 and the gearbox 242 are located in the motor storage housing 252, the swing block 421 is integrally formed and connected to the motor storage housing 252, or can be separately connected to the motor storage housing 252. In this way, on one hand, an external placement of motor 241 and gearbox is achieved, and on the other hand, a hinge mechanism 40 is formed between the protruded motor storage housing 252 and the handheld end 10 through the external placement, which solves the problem of angle adjustment amplitude. It can also transfer the gravity center of the product to the connection position between the handheld end 10 and the curling end 20. For products with the same weight, after the gravity center G is transferred, the user's holding comfort is better.

[0053] The use of the present disclosure is shown in FIG. 8. The user holds the handheld end 10 and places a small drop of hair in the curling hair groove 253 of the curling end 20. Then, the motor 241 starts and finally drives the corner piece 23, the hair is caused to be driven by the corner piece 23 and wrapped around the heating component 22, and thus, heating and shaping the hair. Due to the angle between the handheld end 10 and the curling end 20 of this product, compared to a traditional straight rod design, the user of this product will tilt the product back during use. This design will improve balance and holding it with fixtures on products of the same weight will feel lighter.

[0054] As shown in FIG. 9, it shows another embodiment of the present disclosure. The structure of the hair curler in this embodiment is basically the same as the above embodiments, but the difference is in the installation position of the motor: the motor 241 in this embodiment is provided on a peripheral side of the curling end 20 (including the peripheral or bottom of the corner piece 23). When is provided at the bottom, an axis of the motor 241 is still on the peripheral side of the corner piece 23 to move the gravity center of the hair curler upwards, near the connection position between the curling end 20 and the handheld end 10. In an implementation mode, the motor 241 can also be installed in the seat 21, as long as there is a certain accommodating space on the peripheral side of the curling end 20, the driver 24 can be assembled.

[0055] The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure and does not impose any limitations on the technical scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, any minor modifications, equivalent changes, or modifications made to the above embodiments based on the technical essence of the present disclosure still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present disclosure.
