The ornamental design for a lipstick extracting device, as shown and described.

Description

(1) FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a lipstick extracting device with a cap separated therefrom showing my new design;

(2) FIG. 2 is a front side view thereof;

(3) FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

(4) FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

(5) FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

(6) FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof with the cap secured;

(7) FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

(8) FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof without the cap.

(9) The shade lines in the Figures show contour and not surface ornamentation.

(10) The broken lines shown in the Figures show portions of the lipstick extracting device which form no part of the claimed design.
