DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0027] FIGS. 1 through 15 show an exemplary interchangeable storage box system 100 according to various embodiments. The storage box system 100 may include a storage box 110, palette 200, shelves 300, 301, inserts 400 and magnets 500.

[0028] In various embodiments, the palette 200, shelves 300 301, and inserts 400 may each house magnets 500 for adherence. Any other means of temporarily attaching the inserts 400 to the palette 200 and/or the storage box 110 may be used in place of the magnets 500.

[0029] In various embodiments, the shelves 300 301 may be affixed inside the storage box 110 and may be used to hold each of the inserts 400 while being stored.

[0030] In various embodiments, and as shown in FIG. 7, each shelf 300, 301 may include vertical divider walls 310 which are designed to keep each insert 400 in its proper place while inside the storage box 110.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 8, FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the palette 200 may hold the inserts 400 when in use. The palette 200 may include recesses 220 configured to fit the inserts 400 into the palette 200. Each recess 220 may have two additional recesses 230a and 230b allowing for the protrusion 410 on the inserts 400 to fit into the palette 200 and attach to the magnet 500 set inside the deepest palette recess 230b.

[0032] As shown specifically in FIG. 1, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the storage box 110 and the palette 200 of the storage box system 100 may be merged by sliding the palette 200 into the fitted groove 150b in the front of the storage box 110. The storage box 110 may be configured to incorporate the palette 200, using it as the lid or general form of closure for the storage box system 100. Further, in various embodiments, a snap, a magnet, a button, or any other suitable means may be provided to secure the palette 200 to the storage box 110.

[0033] Further, as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, in various embodiments, the palette 200 may be used as a means of closure for the storage box 110 by sliding in and out of the groove 150b using the arm 150a extending from the face of the storage box 110. This provides a fully-enclosed storage box 110, minimizing or preventing any dust or debris from getting on the cyclash extensions while being stored. The full frontal closure allows for the storage box 110 to be portable, allowing the lash artist to safely travel with their eyelash extensions. In various embodiments, the bottom side of the palette 200 may contain anti-slip materials such as, for example, silicone, magnets 500, rubber or the like.

[0034] Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the inside bottom 111 of the storage box 110 may protrude 120b and may then be surrounded by structural insets 120a to allow the user to push the palette 200 up and ultimately out of the storage box 110.

[0035] Further as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 10, in various embodiments, each insert 400 may be taken from the shelf 300 301 in the storage box 110 and moved to the palette 200 for use. The inserts 400 may be rearranged on the palette 200 as many times as needed. After the service on a client is completed, the inserts 400 may then be removed from the palette 200 using the depressions 240 running down each side of the face of the palette 200 to grab the ends of the insert 400 for easy removal, then placed back in their storage positions on the shelves 300 301 inside the storage box 110.

[0036] In various embodiments, the inside bottom 111 of the storage box 110 may include a built-in shelf 301, meaning the bottom shelf 301 may be fully incorporated into the structure of the storage box 110, while the other shelves 300 slide into place using a tongue and groove method or other means for effectively attaching the shelves 300 to the storage box 110.

[0037] The inner walls 140 of the storage box 110 may include notches 141 that protrude from the inner walls 140 and may be aligned to allow each shelf 300 to slide and stay securely in place. The shelves 300 may include slotted sides 320 allowing the storage box notches 141 to fit inside and hold the shelf 300 in place. The shelves 300 301 may be built into the storage box 110 or may be attached to the storage box 110 via any suitable means such as snap fit, tongue and groove, or the like.
