Abstract
The solution relates to a unique concept and an efficient construction method and device to enable faster construction by, inter alia, avoiding as much unnecessary work as possible, speeding up the assembly time of building structures and building materials and minimizing dismantling of, inter alia, hoisting cranes or as much as possible. Avoid temporary building constructions such as construction lift systems and a lifting shed. Methods and devices for building a structure such as relatively high, multi-story buildings include building the structure using construction aids which are at least partly adapted to act as functional part of the structure to be and remain permanently incorporated into the structure. A tower and/or hoisting machine of a construction crane or construction lift can be used as a permanent part of the construction, such as part of a lift installation, after the construction phase of the construction work.
Claims
1. Method for building a structure, in particular a relatively high, multi-storey building, comprising building the structure using construction aids, such as hoisting/or mounting means, which are at least partly adapted to act as functional part of the structure to be and remain permanently incorporated into the structure.
2. Method according to claim 1, wherein a tower and/or hoisting machine of a construction crane or construction lift is used as a permanent part of the construction, such as part of a lift installation, after the construction phase of the construction work.
3. Method according to claim 1, wherein a rotating mechanism of a construction crane is used after the construction phase of the structure as a permanent part of the structure, such as part of a panoramic and/or decorative revolving roof, revolving space or other revolving object of the structure.
4. Method according to claim 1, wherein use is made of a workspace module that can be moved vertically during the construction process, which is used after the construction phase of the structure as a permanent part of the structure, such as part of a permanent floor or space.

7. Construction hoisting device, in particular construction crane or construction lift, comprising a tower and/or hoisting machine which is adapted to be used as a permanent part of the construction, such as part of a lift installation, after the construction phase of a building.

Construction hoisting device, in particular construction crane, comprising a rotating mechanism, which is adapted to be used after the construction phase of a building as a permanent part of the building, such as part of a panoramic and/or decorative revolving roof, revolving space or other revolving object of the construction.

10. Method according to claim 2, wherein the tower of the construction crane is used as part of the lift installation during and after the construction phase of the construction work, wherein a shaft of the lift installation is constructed from multiple prefabricated parts or ready-made segments.
11. Method according to claim 10, further comprising using the construction crane to construct the shaft of the lift installation.
12. Method according to claim 3, wherein the rotating mechanism of the construction crane is used after the construction phase of the structure as part of a panoramic and/or decorative revolving roof and/or revolving space of the construction.

Construction hoisting device according to claim 7, wherein the construction hoisting device is a crane comprising a tower which is adapted to be used as part of a lift installation after the construction phase of the building, wherein a shaft of the lift installation is constructed from multiple prefabricated parts or ready-made segments.

Construction hoisting device according to claim 8, wherein the construction hoisting device is a construction crane comprising a rotating mechanism which is adapted to be used after the construction phase as part of a part of a panoramic and/or decorative revolving roof and/or revolving space of the construction.

[0006] The solution relates to a unique concept and an efficient construction method according to the invention to enable faster construction by, inter alia, avoiding as much unnecessary work as possible, speeding up the assembly time of building structures and building materials and minimising dismantling of, inter alia, hoisting cranes or as much as possible. Avoid temporary building constructions such as construction lift systems and a lifting shed. This saves a lot of costs, construction time, energy, and helps to significantly reduce unwanted substances and gases emissions due to unnecessary construction work and heavy transport in the construction industry, buildings can be commissioned earlier and faster that gives many benefits and offers many opportunities.
