We claim the ornamental design for a minimal waste dispensing tip, as shown and described.

Description

(1) FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a minimal waste dispensing tip;

(2) FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, where a rear elevation view is identical to the front elevation view;

(3) FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof, where a right side elevation view is identical to the left side elevation view;
