Abstract
The present invention relates to a device for opening and closing an underwear urination hole, in which: a magnet and a magnetic material are used to automatically close the urination hole; the magnet and the magnetic material are covered with a synthetic resin film to prevent corrosion during a washing process; and a plurality of fine protrusions that widen the gap between the magnet and the magnetic material so that hair does not get caught therebetween and are formed to prevent the occurrence of pain caused by hair being pulled or plucked. To this end, an embodiment of the present invention provides a device for opening and closing an underwear urination hole, wherein a magnet is fixed to inner fabric of the underwear urination hole, a magnetic material is fixed to outer fabric thereof, and the underwear urination hole is opened and closed by the magnet and the magnetic material. The device for opening and closing the underwear urination hole is characterized in that: the magnet and the magnetic material are protected from corrosion by coated portions covered with a synthetic resin film; and the respective coated portions are extended to the outer periphery of the magnet and the magnetic material and then respectively attached to the inner fabric and the outer fabric through sewing portions.
Claims
1. (canceled)
2. A device for opening and closing underwear urination hole, in which a magnet is fixed to an inner fabric of an underwear urination hole and a magnetic material which is made of a magnet or a metal piece is fixed to an outer fabric so that the urination hole is opened and closed by the magnet and the magnetic material, wherein the magnet and the magnetic material are formed in a ring shape having a central through-hole, and are protected from corrosion by coated parts covered with synthetic resin film, and each through-hole is blocked by the coated part, and wherein the coated part blocking each through-hole is fixed to the inner fabric and the outer fabric by a riveting part or a sewing part.
3. The device according to claim 2, wherein the coated part wrapping the magnet has a plurality of fine protrusions formed on the opposing surface facing the magnetic material to create a gap between the magnet and the magnetic material, allowing hairs to easily escape.
4. A device for opening and closing underwear urination hole, in which a magnet is fixed to an inner fabric of an underwear urination hole and a magnetic material which is made of a magnet or a metal piece is fixed to an outer fabric so that the urination hole is opened and closed by the magnet and the magnetic material, wherein the magnet and the magnetic material are protected from corrosion by coated parts covered with synthetic resin film, wherein the magnet and the magnetic material have non-ferrous metal coverings fixed to the opposing surfaces thereof, and the outer circumference of each covering has a U-shaped fixation groove opened towards the inner fabric and the outer fabric, and wherein each covering has a fixation ring to be fixed to the inner fabric and the outer fabric, and each fixation ring has a fixation piece fit into the fixation groove of the cover ring and pressed and coupled by being bent.
5. A device for opening and closing underwear urination hole, in which a magnet is fixed to an inner fabric of an underwear urination hole and a magnetic material which is made of a magnet or a metal piece is fixed to an outer fabric so that the urination hole is opened and closed by the magnet and the magnetic material, wherein the magnet and the magnetic material are formed in a ring shape having a central through-hole, and are protected from corrosion by coated parts covered with synthetic resin film, and each through-hole is blocked by the coated part, wherein the magnet and the magnetic material have non-ferrous metal coverings fixed to the opposing surfaces thereof, and a pin hole communicating with the through-hole is formed at the center of each covering, and wherein each covering has a fixation ring to be fixed to the inner fabric and the outer fabric, and each fixation ring has a fixation pin fit into the fixation groove of the cover ring and pressed and coupled by being bent.
6. The device according to claim 4, wherein the covering wrapping the magnet has a plurality of fine protrusions formed on the opposing surface facing the magnetic material to create a gap between the magnet and the magnetic material, allowing hairs to easily escape.
7. The device according to claim 5, wherein the covering wrapping the magnet has a plurality of fine protrusions formed on the opposing surface facing the magnetic material to create a gap between the magnet and the magnetic material, allowing hairs to easily escape.

[0017] Moreover, the coated part 30 extends to the outer peripheries of the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21, and the extending portion is sewed into the interior of the inner fabric 10 and the outer fabric 11 through a sewing part 40. Therefore, the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 are not exposed to the outside of the fabric. Additionally, the coated part 30 wrapping the magnet 20 has a plurality of fine protrusions 31 formed on the surface thereof to create gaps between the magnetic material 21 and the magnet 20. Thus, hairs can easily escape through the gaps, so the hairs are not pulled or plucked while the urination hole of the underwear is closed.

[0022] In addition, the covering 50 on which the magnet 20 is fixed has a plurality of fine protrusion 51 formed on the opposing surface facing the magnetic material 21, so the coverings 50 formed on both sides are not in close contact with each other but maintain a gap therebetween. Thus, hairs can easily escape through the gaps, so the hairs are not pulled or plucked while the urination hole of the underwear is closed.
