[0045] To further elaborate on the technical solutions and effects adopted by the present invention to achieve the intended purpose, the following is a detailed explanation of the present invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
[0046] Please refer to
[0047] Specifically, in this embodiment, the thickness of the side plate 12 gradually decreases from the bottom towards the top of the side plate 12.
[0048] On the basis of the two side plates 12 being of a variable cross-section structure, further, the bottom plate 11 is also of a variable cross-section structure, with the thickness of the middle of the bottom plate 11 being greater than the thickness of the left and right sides of the bottom plate 11.
[0049] Specifically, in this embodiment, the thickness of the bottom plate 11 gradually decreases from the middle towards the left and right sides of the bottom plate 11.
[0050] The vehicle compartment 10 further includes a top plate 13. On the basis of the two side plates 12 being of a variable cross-section structure, further, the top plate 13 is also of a variable cross-section structure, with the thickness of the left and right sides of the top plate 13 being greater than the thickness of the middle of the top plate 13.
[0051] Specifically, in this embodiment, the thickness of the top plate 13 gradually decreases from the left and right sides towards the middle of the top plate 13.
[0052] The vehicle compartment 10 further includes a front plate 14. On the basis of the two side plates 12 being of a variable cross-section structure, further, the front plate 14 is also of a variable cross-section structure, with the thickness of the bottom of the front plate 14 being greater than the thickness of the top of the front plate 14.
[0053] Specifically, in this embodiment, the thickness of the front plate 14 gradually decreases from the bottom towards the top of the front plate 14.
[0054] The vehicle compartment 10 further includes a rear plate 15. On the basis of the two side plates 12 being of a variable cross-section structure, further, the rear plate 15 is also of a variable cross-section structure, with the thickness of the bottom of the rear plate 15 being greater than the thickness of the top of the rear plate 15.
[0055] Specifically, in this embodiment, the thickness of the rear plate 15 gradually decreases from the bottom towards the top of the rear plate 15.
[0056] It can be understood that the bottom plate 11 mentioned above can be a single plate, or it can be formed by assembling multiple sub-plates through welding and other methods.
[0057] Similarly, any of the side plates 12, top plate 13, front plate 14 and rear plate 15 mentioned above can be a single plate or formed by assembling multiple sub-plates through welding or other methods.
[0058] For example, the front plate 14 can be formed by splicing two sub-plates. The two sub-plates of the front plate 14 are hinged to the two side plates 12, so that each sub-plate of the front plate 14 can independently rotate and open to facilitate personnel and goods entering into and exiting from the interior of the vehicle compartment 10.

Under the condition of meeting the bearing strength requirements, the vehicle compartment is designed with variable cross-section to maximize weight reduction and achieve the structural design of weight reduction and lightweight for cargo vehicles, effectively reducing fuel consumption and increasing cargo capacity.
[0060] For a vehicle compartment 10 made of composite materials, if the thickness of the bottom of each of the side plates 12, front plate 14 and rear plate 15 of the vehicle compartment 10 remains unchanged at 20 mm, and the thickness of the top of each of the side plates 12, front plate 14 and rear plate 15 is reduced to 15 mm, then: [0061] the density of the side plate 12, front plate 14 and rear plate 15 is 220 kg/m.sup.3; [0062] the cross-sectional area being reduced is 5275 mm.sup.2; [0063] the length of the two side plates 12, front plate 14 and rear plate 15 is 9342 mm; [0064] therefore, the side plate 12, front plate 14 and rear plate 15 can achieve weight reduction of 10.8 kg.
[0065] Furthermore, if the thickness of both sides of the top plate 13 of the vehicle compartment 10 remains unchanged at 20 mm, and the thickness of the middle of the top plate 13 is reduced to 10 mm, then: [0066] the density of the top plate 13 is 220 kg/m.sup.3; [0067] the cross-sectional area being reduced is 13967 mm.sup.2; [0068] the length of the top plate 13 is 4168 mm; [0069] therefore, the top plate 13 can achieve weight reduction of 12.8 kg.
[0070] In addition, if the top plate 13 is changed to waterproof canvas (as shown in
[0075] Further, please refer to
[0076] If the crossbeam 16 is made of aluminum, the thickness in the middle of the crossbeam 16 remains unchanged at 60 mm, and the thickness at both ends of the crossbeam 16 is reduced to 30 mm, then: [0077] the density of the aluminum crossbeam 16 is 2700 kg/m.sup.3; [0078] the weight reduction of each crossbeam 16 is 2 kg; [0079] therefore, the ten crossbeams 16 can achieve weight reduction of 20 kg.
[0080] Further, please refer to
[0081] If the longitudinal beam 17 is made of aluminum, and each longitudinal beam 17 is provided with seventeen circular holes with diameter of 60 mm, then: [0082] the density of the aluminum longitudinal beam 17 is 2700 kg/m.sup.3; [0083] the weight reduction of each weight reduction hole 171 is 0.03 kg; [0084] therefore, the two longitudinal beams 17 can achieve weight reduction of 0.03*17*2=1.02 kg.
[0085] The crossbeams 16 and longitudinal beams 17 mentioned above are used to support the bottom plate 11, and are used to fix the entire vehicle compartment 10 onto the frame of a cargo vehicle (not shown).
