DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0030] The specific embodiments of the present application will be further described with reference to the drawings hereinafter. Same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. It should be noted that the terms front, rear, left, right, up and down used in the following description refer to the directions in the drawings, and the terms inner and outer refer to the directions towards or far away from geometric centers of specific parts respectively.
[0031] As shown in
[0032] The pre-embedded base 1 has a base water chamber 12 (e.g., a base water cavity, etc.) and a water inlet channel 13 in communication (e.g., in fluid communication, etc.) with the base water chamber 12, and the first plug 2 has a drainage channel 23 in communication with the base water chamber 12 and a water pipe joint 24 in communication with the drainage channel 23.
[0033] When the pre-embedded base device is in an initial state, the first plug 2 is in a state being connected with the pre-embedded base 1, the second plug 3 is in a state of being connected with the first plug 2 to seal at least one of the drainage channel 23 or the water pipe joint 24, which seals the base water chamber 12. For example, when the first plug 2 is connected with the pre-embedded base 1 and the second plug 3 is connected with the first plug 2, the first plug 2 and the second plug 3 may cooperatively seal the base water chamber 12.
[0034] A pre-embedded base device provided by an embodiment of the present application includes a pre-embedded base 1, a first plug 2, and a second plug 3.
[0035] The pre-embedded base 1 includes a base water chamber 12 and a water inlet channel 13. The water inlet channel 13 is used to be in communication with the base water chamber 12. The water inlet channel 13 is used to connect with a water supply pipe pre-embedded in a floor or a wall. Generally, the pre-embedded base 1 is configured with two water inlet channels 13. For example, one of the water inlet channels 13 may be used for connecting with a cold water pipe and the other of the water inlet channels 13 may be used for connecting with a hot water pipe.
[0036] The first plug 2 has a drainage channel 23 running up and down, and a water pipe joint 24 is connected at a top of the drainage channel 23. The water pipe joint 24 is used for connecting an external drainage pipe to discharge the flushing water to a specified position (e.g., away from a construction site, etc.). The first plug 2 is detachably connected with the pre-embedded base 1. The first plug 2 may be connected with the pre-embedded base 1 by pins, buckles, threads, and the like. When the first plug 2 is mounted on the pre-embedded base 1, the first plug 2 seals the base water chamber 12, the drainage channel 23 is in communication with the base water chamber 12, which can no longer discharge water from the cavity opening on the top of the base water chamber 12, and the water in the base water chamber 12 can be discharged from the drainage channel 23.
[0037] The second plug 3 is configured for blocking or unblocking the drainage channel 23. The second plug 3 is detachably connected with the first plug 2. The second plug may be connected to the first plug 2 by pins, buckles, threads, and the like. When the second plug 3 is mounted on the first plug 2, the second plug 3 seals at least one of the drainage channel 23 or the water pipe joint 24. At this time, the second plug 3 and the first plug 2 cooperatively block the base water chamber 12. If the second plug 3 is short, it may seal only the water pipe joint 24. If the second plug 3 is long, it may seal both the water pipe joint 24 and the drainage channel 23 at the same time. If the second plug 3 is long and has a thicker lower part and a thinner upper part, it can seal the drainage channel 23 separately from the water pipe joint 24.
[0038] When the pre-embedded base device is in a normal state or in an initial state or in a default state, the pre-embedded base 1, the first plug 2 and the second plug 3 are assembled together. That is, the first plug 2 is in a state of being connected with the pre-embedded base 1, the second plug 3 is in a state of being connected with the first plug 2, such that the first plug 2 seals the base water chamber 12 and the second plug 3 seals the drainage channel 23 and/or the water pipe joint 24.
[0039] After mounting the pre-embedded base device to the specified position and before connecting the bathtub faucet, the user may perform a pressure test. At this time, the first plug 2 and the second plug 3 together seal the base water chamber 12, so that the base water chamber 12 will not leak air or water. By observing the pressure gauge, the user can evaluate the sealing performance at a position where the pre-embedded pipes are connected. After the sealing performance test is done, the user may select to flush the pre-embedded pipe to flush out the internal debris, so as to avoid clogging the pipe, the faucet, and the like during subsequent uses. Specifically, as shown in
[0040] After the pre-flushing is completed, when connecting the bathtub faucet, as shown in
[0041] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0042] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0043] When the pre-embedded base device is in an initial state, both the first plug 2 and the second plug 3 are located in the protective cover 5.
[0044] In these embodiments, the pre-embedded base 1 is configured to connect with a protective cover 5, which is detachably connected with the pre-embedded base 1 by a buckle, a latch, a pin, and the like, so as to facilitate the quick disassembling and assembling.
[0045] During mounting, the first plug 2 and the second plug 3 are mounted in place, and then a lower end of the protective cover 5 is mounted to the pre-embedded base 1 to cover the first plug 2 and the second plug 3. The protective cover 5 provides protection for the first plug 2 and the second plug 3 inside of the protective cover 5, and also facilitates transportation of the pre-embedded base device.
[0046] During flushing operation, the user can remove the protective cover 5 or can cut the protective cover 5, and then remove the second plug 3.
[0047] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0048] In these embodiments, the protective cover 5 includes the cover cylinder 51 and the cover cap 52. The lower end of the cover cylinder 51 is detachably connected with the pre-embedded base 1 by a buckle, a latch, a pin and the like. The cover cap 52 is provided on an upper end of the cover cylinder 51, and the cover cap 52 is connected with the cover cylinder 51 by a buckle, a latch, a pin and the like.
[0049] During flushing operation, the user can open the cover cap 52 separately from the cover cylinder 51. The cover cap 52 is connected with the cover cylinder 51 by a buckle, a latch, a pin and the like to facilitate the quick opening of the cover cap 52.
[0050] After the flushing is completed, when it is necessary to connect and mount with the bathtub faucet, the cover cylinder 51 can be cut as needed, and a portion of the cover cylinder 51 may be retained on the pre-embedded base 1, which can protect the lower end of the vertical pipe of the bathtub faucet that connects to the base body 11 without the need of providing an additional protective pipe.
[0051] In some embodiments, as shown in
