    Abstract

    The present invention provides an innovative Wonder Wig Removal device for people who wear a wig. The Wonder Wig Removal comprises a cap and a wig. The cap is worn underneath the wig which stops the wig from moving side to side when the person is styling his/her wig. No one can pull or tug the wig off the head until he/she is ready to remove the wig off. The Wonder Wig Removal cap is made of multiple pieces of different materials. One of the pieces is a frontal piece made of soft flat net mesh material. Another piece is made of a fabric net material, such as a crochet material. Several Velcro pieces are attached to the Wonder Wig Removal for fixing the wig to the Wonder Wig Removal cap.

    Claims

    1. A Wig Removal device comprising a cap and a wig, wherein the cap includes: a frontal piece made of soft flat net mesh material; a surrounding piece attached to the frontal piece on right, left, and back sides of the frontal piece to form the cap, wherein the surrounding piece is made of a fabric net material; a first Velcro piece of hooks attached to a top part of the cap through a buffer layer; an elastic band located at low edge of the cap, the elastic band being enclosed by perimeter of the cap; and wherein the wig includes a first Velcro piece of loops attached to an inner part of the wig so that the first Velcro piece of hooks binds with the first Velcro piece of loops when the wig is placed on the cap.

The Wig Removal device of claim 1 further comprising second Velcro flaps, the Velcro flaps including a second Velcro flap of hooks and a second Velcro flap of loops, the second Velcro flaps located at a backside and near a low edge of the cap, wherein one of the Velcro flaps is attached to a left side of the cap through a buffer layer and the other Velcro flap is attached to a right side of the cap through a buffer layer such that the two Velcro flaps are bindable with each other to adjust the cap size.

The Wig Removal device of claim 1 further comprising two third Velcro strips of hooks attached to a low edge of the cap, wherein one end of one of the Velcro strips is adjacent to one side of the frontal piece and the one end of the other Velcro strip is adjacent to another side of the frontal piece, and two Velcro strips of loops attached to an inner part of the wig such that the Velcro strips of hooks interweave with the Velcro strips of loops correspondingly to bind the low edge of the cap with the inner part of the wig when the wig is placed on the cap.

    4. The Wig Removal device of claim 1, wherein the surrounding piece includes three pieces sewn into one piece.

    5. The Wig Removal device of claim 1, wherein the fabric net material is selected from a group including a crochet material.

    6. The Wig Removal device of claim 5, wherein the crochet material is selected from a group including cotton, synthetic polyesters, and a combination thereof.

    7. The Wig Removal device of claim 1, wherein any of the Velcro pieces, the Velcro flaps, and the Velcro strips is attached to the cap through a buffer layer.

    8. A Wig Removal device comprising a cap and a wig, the Wig Removal device including: a frontal piece being a part of the cap, wherein the frontal piece is made of a soft flat net mesh material; a surrounding piece attached to the frontal piece on right, left, and back sides of the frontal piece to form the cap, wherein the surrounding piece is made of a fabric net material; first Velcro pieces including a Velcro piece of hooks and a Velcro piece of loops, one of the Velcro pieces attached to a top part of the cap through a buffer layer and the other Velcro piece attached to an inner top part of the wig so that the first Velcro pieces bind the top part of the cap with the inner top part of the wig when the wig is placed on the cap; and an elastic band located at low edge of the cap, the elastic band being enclosed by perimeter of the cap.

The Wig Removal device of claim 8 further comprising second Velcro flaps located at back and near a low edge of the cap, Velcro flaps including a Velcro flap of hooks and a Velcro flap of loops, wherein one of the Velcro flaps is attached to a left side of the cap through a buffer layer and the other Velcro flap is attached to a right side of the cap through another buffer layer such that the two Velcro flaps are bindable with each other to adjust the cap size.

The Wig Removal device of claim 8 further comprising two groups of third Velcro strips, one of the groups including two of third Velcro strips of hooks, the other group including two of third Velcro strips of loops, wherein one group of the Velcro strips is attached to a low edge of the cap and the other group of the Velcro strips is attached to an inner part of the wig such that the Velcro strips bind the low edge of the cap with the inner part of the wig when the wig is placed on the cap.

    11. The Wig Removal device of claim 10, wherein the Velcro strips attached to the cap are the Velcro strips of hooks while the Velcro strips attached to the inner part of the wig are the Velcro strips of loops.

    12. The Wig Removal device of claim 10, wherein the Velcro strips attached to the cap are the Velcro strips of loops while the Velcro strips attached to the inner part of the wig are the Velcro strips of hooks.

    13. The Wig Removal device of claim 8, wherein the surrounding piece includes three pieces sewn into one piece.

    14. The Wig Removal device of claim 8, wherein the fabric net material is selected from a group including a crochet material.

    15. The Wig Removal device of claim 14, wherein the crochet material is selected from a group including cotton, synthetic polyesters, and a combination thereof.

    16. The Wig Removal device of claim 8, wherein any of the first Velcro pieces, the second Velcro flaps, and the third Velcro strips is attached to the cap through a buffer layer.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

    [0016] Throughout this patent application and specifically in the written description that follows, the terms right side, left side, and backside would be viewed and understood by one of ordinary skill in the art, with reference to a person wearing the Wonder Wig Removal in front of the viewer, facing the viewer.

    [0017] Reference will be made in detail to exemplary embodiments of the invention, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or like parts.

    [0018] The Wonder Wig Removal of the present invention comprises a cap and a wig. The cap is a crochet pattern hair mesh and net wig cap. The cap grips the wig and keeps the wig in place. It prevents the wig from sliding, shifting off your head, also stop the wig from moving side to side when you are styling your wig. No one can pull or tug your wig off your head until you are ready to remove your wig off. The cap closures made for the wigs have accessibility for short, long deep parts in the middle. It's also made for right side, left side, and C parts as well.

    [0019] Referring to FIG. 1, there illustrated is a front view of the Wonder Wig Removal cap 1000 according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the Wonder Wig Removal cap 1000 comprises a frontal piece 1010 located in the frontal of the cap. The frontal piece 1010 is made of a soft flat net mesh material, which is designed to be very thin, long, and with a wide closure in the frontal area of the cap. Thus, you will not be able to feel any lumps and bumps underneath your wig when you place your wig over the Wonder Wig Removal cap even when you get ready to part and style your wigs, they will be not feeling lumps and bumps in the frontal area.

    [0020] As shown in FIG. 1, a surrounding piece 1014 is attached to the frontal piece 1010 on its right, left, and back sides of the frontal piece 1010 to form the cap 1000. The surrounding piece 1014 is made of a fabric net material, particularly a crochet material.

A Velcro comprises two components, one of which is hooks and the other is loops, the first Velcro piece of hooks 1026 in FIG. 1 is made of the Velcro of hooks. The corresponding Velcro of loops (3026 in FIG. 7) is attached to an inner part of the wig so that when the wig is worn on a person's head, the first Velcro of hooks and the Velcro of loops will be interweaved with each other to bind the wig with the cap.

The cap seen from the back view includes the surrounding piece 1014. The surrounding piece 1014 is made of three pieces sewn into one piece, making a shape of the cap. As shown in FIG. 4, the first Velcro piece of hooks 1026 is attached to the top of the cap through the buffer layer 1022. Two of third Velcro strips of hooks 1018 are attached to the low edge of the cap through the buffer layer 1030. Two of second Velcro flaps, one of which is a Velcro flap of loops 1034 and the other is a Velcro flap of hooks 1038, are aligned with the third Velcro strip of hooks 1018. The second Velcro flaps are used to adjust the cap size.

FIG. 5 illustrates two of second Velcro flaps, one of which is a Velcro flag of loops 1034 and the other is a Velcro flag of hooks flap 1038. The two Velcro flags are located on either side of the cap. The back end of one third Velcro strip of hooks 1018 is attached to the Velcro flap of loops 1034 while the back end of the other third Velcro strip of hooks 1018 is attached to the Velcro flag of hooks 1038. The second Velcro flaps located at the backside of the cap are used to make cap size adjustment to fit a person's head.

    [0030] As shown in FIG. 5, the Wonder Wig Removal cap has a built-in elastic band 1042 which is located near low edge of the cap. The elastic band is enclosed by the perimeter of the cap, which is fully adjustable for sizing your head, so you can choose a perfect size for comfort.

    [0031] Referring to FIG. 6, there illustrated is a side view of an inner part of the wig 2000 according to an embodiment of the invention. The inner part is to be in contact with the Wonder Wig Removal cap. The wig 2000 comprises wig hairs 2014. A third Velcro strip of loops 2018 is attached to the wig. The third Velcro strip of loops 2018 is to interweave with the third Velcro strip of hooks 1018 (see FIG. 1) attached to the Wonder Wig Removal cap. When the wig is placed on the cap, the third Velcro strips of hooks are interweaved with the Velcro strips of loops to bind the wig to the cap. Before using, the third Velcro strip of loops 2018 is covered by a cover tape 2012. The cover tape 2012 is to be removed for use. One end of the third Velcro strip of loops 2018 is adjacent to one of the frontal boundaries, leaving the frontal area 2010 open without a Velcro.

    [0032] Referring to FIG. 7, there illustrated is a side view of an inner part of the wig 3000 according to an alternative embodiment of the invention. Like FIG. 6, the inner part of the wig is to be in contact with the Wonder Wig Removal. The wig 3000 comprises wig hairs 3014. A third Velcro strip of loops 3018 attached to the wig is to interweave with the third Velcro strip of hooks 1018 (see FIG. 1) attached to the Wonder Wig Removal cap. As shown in FIG. 7, the first Velcro piece of loops 3026 and the third Velcro strip of loops 3018 are light hand stitched 3022 and 3030 to the wig, respectively.

    [0033] An instruction for putting the Wonder Wig Removal cap on your head is as follows: 1. pull the Wonder Wig Removal cap down around the front of the head (frontal); 2. slide up along the hairline behind the ears; and 3. while going back with the hair net cap, gather all hair under the cap and adjust the cap, adjusting the small size comb/clips in place and for your head size by using the second Velcro flaps (see FIG. 5) of hooks and loops in the backside of the cap.

After stitching the Velcro of loops (part) to the wig, the wig is reversed back to be placed on the top of the cap before pulling the wig downward on one's head.
