Abstract
A diving backplate includes a device body, a first frame, a second frame and multiple counterweights. The device body includes an inward face and an outward face opposite to the inward face. The first frame is connected to the outward face. The second frame is connected to the inward face and includes multiple first assembly holes. The multiple counterweights are detachable mounted to the second frame. Each counterweight includes multiple second assembly holes each respectively aligned with a respective one of the multiple first assembly holes. A fastener is provided for mounting with each aligned first assembly hole and second assembly hole.
Claims
1. A diving backplate, comprising: a device body including an inward face and an outward face opposite to the inward face; a first frame connected to the outward face; a second frame connected to the inward face and including multiple first assembly holes; and multiple counterweights detachable mounted to the second frame, wherein each counterweight includes multiple second assembly holes each respectively aligned with a respective one of the multiple first assembly holes, and wherein a fastener is provided for mounting with each aligned first assembly hole and second assembly hole.
2. The diving backplate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second frame includes a base and two side walls respectively connected to two sides of the base, and wherein the multiple first assembly holes are located on the two side walls.
3. The diving backplate as claimed in claim 2, wherein the base and the two side walls are integrally formed.
4. The diving backplate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first frame includes multiple adjusting holes each configured to be mounted with an adjusting member, and wherein one end of the adjusting member abuts the outward face of the device body.
5. The diving backplate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first frame includes multiple first position holes each configured to be mounted with a positioning member.
6. The diving backplate as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second frame includes multiple second positioning holes, and wherein each of the positioning members extends through the device body to be mounted with a respective one of the second positioning holes.
7. The diving backplate as claimed in claim 6, wherein each of the counterweights includes a third positioning hole and a positioning plug, wherein each of the third positioning holes aligns with a respective one of the first position holes and a respective one of the second positioning holes, and wherein each of the positioning plugs seals a respective one of the third positioning holes.
8. The diving backplate as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of the positioning plug includes an internal threaded hole and a recess, wherein the internal threaded hole is configured to be mounted with a respective one of the fasteners, and wherein the recess is arranged away from the second frame than the internal threaded hole.
9. The diving backplate as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a strap extending through the multiple counterweights and forming a handle strap portion.
10. The diving backplate as claimed in claim 9, wherein the strap includes a shoulder strap portion and waist strap portion, and wherein the handle strap portion, the shoulder strap portion and the waist strap portion are integrally formed.
Description
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0021] The present invention will become more fully understood from the detailed description given hereinafter and the accompanying drawings which are given by way of illustration only, and thus are not limitative of the present invention, and wherein:

[0025]
[0026]
[0027] When the terms front, rear, left, right, up, down, top, bottom, inner, outer, side, and similar terms are used herein, it should be understood that these terms have reference only to the structure shown in the drawings as it would appear to a person viewing the drawings and are utilized only to facilitate describing the invention, rather than restricting the invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0028]
[0029] Referring to
[0030] The first frame 2 is connected to the outward face 1b of the device body 1, and the first frame 2 is configured to be mounted with an air tank (not shown). The first frame 2 may include multiple first position holes 21. In this embodiment, the first frame 2 includes two first position holes 21. Each of the first position holes 21 may be coupled with a positioning member P, so that the first frames 2 can be mounted to the device body 1. Besides, the first frame 2 may include multiple through holes 22 for decreasing the weight of the first frame 2.
[0031] Referring to
[0032] Referring to
[0033] Referring to
[0034] Referring to
[0035] Each counterweight 4 may include a third positioning hole 43 and a positioning plug 44. The third positioning hole 43 may be configured to be aligned with first position hole 21 and the second positioning hole 31. The positioning plug 44 may provide an internal threaded hole 441 for mounting with the positioning member P, and the positioning plug 44 may seals the third positioning hole 43, so that the positioning plug 44 prevents the positioning member P from generating a pushing force on the counterweight 4 toward the user's back and hence avoids uncomfortable feeling to the user's back. Also, the positioning plug 44 may include a recess 442 acting as a screw head recess or slot. The recess 442 may be provided away from the second frame 3 than the internal threaded hole 441. Preferably, the recess 442 forms a slot in a long and thin shape, so that a coin or a sheet piece or the like can insert into the recess 442 to rotate the positioning plug 44, thereby achieving the effect of convenient assembly and disassembly.
[0036]
[0037] In summary, in the diving backplate according to the present invention, by the configuration that the multiple counterweights are detachably mounted to the second frame and the fasteners can be mounted with aligned second assembly holes and first assembly holes, the mounting positions of the counterweights can be changed/adjusted or finely tuned. Therefore, the diver can maintain their buoyancy center in a balance when resurfacing, so that the necessary level or specific posture of the diver can be sustained. Accordingly, the effect of improving using convenience can be achieved.
[0038] Although the present invention has been described with respect to the above preferred embodiments, these embodiments are not intended to restrict the present invention. Various changes and modifications on the above embodiments made by any person skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention are still within the technical category protected by the present invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention shall include the literal meaning set forth in the appended claims and all changes which come within the range of equivalency of the claims.
