Abstract
A portable beverage-holding chair device is provided. The device is comprised of a frame capable of folding through at least one pivot pin. The frame supports a chair body made of waterproof, UV-resistant fabric designed to accommodate the user's lower and upper body. The chair includes arms with integrated circular cup pockets for large-size beverages and rectangular device pockets for storing smart devices. Additional pockets made of mesh or waterproof materials and secured by various fasteners are included for storage. A shade canopy, attachable to the frame with fasteners, provides sun protection, while a bag with closing fasteners and straps enables storage and transport of the chair, with optional wheels for rolling.
Claims
1. A portable beverage-holding chair device comprising: a foldable frame comprised of a pivot pin; a chair body attached to the frame; an arm attached to the frame, the arm comprised of a circular pocket for holding a beverage and a second pocket for holding a smart device.
2. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 1, wherein the foldable frame is comprised of a metal material.
3. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 1, wherein the circular pocket is configured to hold a beverage greater than 32 ounces.
4. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 1, wherein the second pocket is comprised of a rectangular pocket.
5. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 1, wherein the circular pocket and the second pocket are comprised of a mesh material.
6. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 1, wherein the circular pocket and the second pocket are comprised of a fabric material.
7. A portable beverage-holding chair device comprising: a foldable frame comprised of a pivot pin and a foot; a chair body attached to the frame, the body made from a UV-resistant fabric; a canopy comprised of a canopy frame, wherein the canopy frame is attached to the foldable frame; and an arm attached to the frame, the arm comprised of a circular pocket for holding a beverage and a second pocket for holding a smart device.
8. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 7 further comprised of a third pocket.
9. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 7, wherein the third pocket is comprised of an insulated material.
10. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 7, wherein the third pocket is comprised of a fastener.
11. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 7, wherein the canopy and the chair body are made from a same material.
12. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 7, wherein the foot is comprised of a repositionable foot.
13. A portable beverage-holding chair device comprising: a foldable frame comprised of a pivot pin and a foot; a chair body attached to the frame, the body made from a UV-resistant fabric; a canopy comprised of a canopy frame, wherein the canopy frame is attached to the foldable frame; an arm attached to the frame, the arm comprised of a circular pocket for holding a beverage and a second pocket for holding a smart device; a bag comprised of a wheel.
14. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 13, wherein the bag is comprised of a strap.
15. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 14, wherein the strap is comprised of an adjustable strap.
16. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 13, wherein the bag is comprised of a closing fastener.
17. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 16, wherein the closing fastener is comprised of a zipper, a waterproof zipper, a hook and loop fastener, or a drawstring fastener.
18. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 13 further comprised of an additional pocket.
19. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 18, wherein the additional pocket is comprised of a waterproof zipper.
20. The portable beverage-holding chair device of claim 18, wherein the additional pocket is comprised of a mesh.

[0020] As noted above, there exists a long-felt need in the art for an improved portable chair. There also exists a long-felt need in the art for a portable beverage-holding chair device. More specifically, there exists a long-felt need in the art for a portable beverage-holding chair device that can accommodate large beverages. In addition, there exists a long-felt need in the art for a portable beverage-holding chair device that can store smart devices and other accessories.
[0021] The present invention, in one exemplary embodiment, is comprised of a portable beverage-holding chair device. The device is comprised of a folding chair frame, which may include at least one pivot pin or similar mechanism allowing the frame to fold. The frame supports at least one chair body that accommodates both the user's lower and upper body, enabling the user to sit on the device. The chair body also includes at least one armrest attached to the frame, allowing the user to rest their arm while seated. The armrest features at least one circular cup holder, adaptable to various diameters, accommodating beverages such as those 32 ounces or larger. Additionally, the armrest may contain at least one device pocket, preferably rectangular in shape, designed to hold smart devices such as cell phones, tablets, and similar items. The device may further include additional pockets positioned anywhere on the chair, which may be made from mesh, fabric, waterproof material, or similar materials. These pockets can be secured with at least one fastener. In one embodiment, the pocket is made of insulated material, either flexible or rigid, allowing it to function as a cooler pocket.
