    Abstract

The disposable shirt and disposable crotch strip protect against lingering bacteria contamination for new customers when trying on clothes that were previously tried on by previous customers. If a customer declines to buy the garment and store personnel place it back on a shelf or rack for further fitting by other shoppers, this helps to prevent more possible contamination. The shirt and crotch strip are made with a disposable, non-woven, microbial-protective material that is also used for disposable medical gowns and garments. It can also be made with other types of antimicrobial material to provide diverse supply options at different cost ranges. The shirt is made in five varied sizes ranging from extra small, small, medium, large, and extra-large to easily fit all customer sizes. The shirt covers the upper torso, the shoulders, and the upper arms, including a person's underarm. A second strip of microbial protective material is also included, which customers can stretch from their abdomen downward, running it in between their legs and crotch area and then extending it upwards to the lower back for use when trying on undergarments, pants, or shorts. That strip includes adhesive dots on each end that stick to the disposable shirt in the front and back to hold the strip in place while trying on undergarments, pants, or shorts. Both the shirt and the protective strip are low-cost designs meant for immediate disposal after each individual use.

    Claims

    1. A non-woven, microbial protective disposable top that can be worn when trying on clothing, to protect the wearer from bacteria and contamination. The disposable top would cover the wearer's torso, as in, the chest, upper and lower back, abdomen, shoulders and underarms.

    2. A non-woven, microbial protective disposable crotch strip that can be worn when trying on clothing to protect the wearer from bacteria and contamination. The crotch strip would be attached to the disposable top of claim 1 and would cover from the far lower abdomen to the crotch area and middle of the buttocks and far lower back.

    3. The material in claim 1 and claim 2 are made from a non-woven, microbial protective material generally used for disposable medical gowns and garments. An alternative antimicrobial material can be used for diverse supply options and cost ranges.

    4. The item in claim 2 would be attached to the item in claim 1 with four small double sided adhesive dots, to hold the top and crotch strip in place.

    5. The items in claim 1 and claim 2 can be made into five different sizes: extra small, small, medium, large, extra-large.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0013] The following detailed description sets out to provide a more thorough understanding of the invention. FIG. 1 illustrates the disposable shirt (front and back views), to be worn on the wearer's torso. This disposable shirt is made of non-woven, microbial protective material. FIG. 2 illustrates the disposable crotch strip with 1, 2, 3, 4 adhesive dots. The crotch strip is made of a non-woven, microbial protective material. FIG. 3 illustrates both the disposable shirt and disposable crotch strip attached to make one full disposal item, front view. FIG. 4 illustrates both the disposable shirt and disposable crotch strip attached to make one full disposal item, back view.
