Abstract
The disclosure concerns a multi-outlet valve. The multi-outlet valve, wherein the multi-outlet having valve housing, a valve body, and an inlet connector. The valve housing body defines an inner cavity and a side locking groove; and has two or more valve housing outlets in communication with the inner cavity. The valve body has a valve body core defining a valve body chamber, one or more valve body outlets in communication with the valve body chamber, and a recess defined about each valve body outlet. There is a gasket located in each inner concave portion. The inlet connector defines a groove hole and an inlet connector conduit in communication with the valve body chamber, and comprising a valve body seat configured to engage the valve body. A fixing pin secures the valve housing to the inlet connector, over the valve body. Each valve body outlet is configured to be selectively aligned with each valve housing outlet.
Claims
1. An apparatus comprising a multi-outlet valve, wherein the multi-outlet valve comprises: a valve housing comprising: a valve housing body defining an inner cavity and a side locking groove; and two or more valve housing outlets in communication with the inner cavity; a valve body comprising: a valve body core defining a valve body chamber, one or more valve body outlets in communication with the valve body chamber, and a recess defined about each valve body outlet; one or more valve body outlet flange portions, wherein each recess has a valve body outlet flange located therein, and each valve body outlet has one of the one or more valve body outlet flange portions located about one of the one or more valve body outlets; and a gasket located in each inner concave portion; an inlet connector defining a groove hole and an inlet connector conduit in communication with the valve body chamber, and comprising a valve body seat configured to engage the valve body; and a fixing pin located in the groove hole and engaging the side locking groove; wherein the valve body is located in the inner cavity; the fixing pin secures the valve housing and the valve body to the inlet connector; each valve body outlet is can be selectively aligned with each valve housing outlet.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the two or more valve housing outlets consists of four valve housing outlets.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the multi-outlet valve comprises an actuator, and the valve body comprises a valve body control shaft connected to the actuator.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the multi-outlet valve is configured to have fluid enter the inlet connector, flow into the valve body chamber, and, when at least one of the one or more valve body outlets is properly aligned, out one of the two or more valve housing outlets.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the one or more valve body outlets consists of three valve body outlets.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the one or more valve body outlets comprises at least two valve body outlets, and the gasket comprises a pressure holding gasket and a valve body gasket.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the one or more valve body outlets comprises two or more valve body outlets, the gasket comprises one or more valve body pressure-holding gasket and consists of a single valve body outlet gasket.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the valve body comprises at least one elastic member, and at least one gasket is biased by one of the at least one elastic member.
9. An apparatus comprising a multi-outlet valve, wherein the multi-outlet valve comprises: a valve housing defining a side locking groove on each side thereof, and comprising: a valve hosing body defining an inner cavity; two or more valve housing outlets in communication with the inner cavity; a valve body defining a valve body chamber, two or more concave portions, and two or more valve body outlets in communication with the valve body chamber; an inlet connector defining a lateral groove hole comprising: a valve body seat; and an inlet connector conduit in communication with the valve body chamber; a fixing pin; wherein the valve housing is secured, over the valve body, to the inlet connector by the fixing pin extending though the lateral groove hole and in the side locking grooves; at least one of the two or more valve body outlets is configured to selectively align with one of the two or more valve housing outlets; and the multi-outlet valve is configured to have fluid flow into the inlet connector conduit, through the inner cavity, and selectively out at one or more of the two or more valve housing outlets by rotating the valve body.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the valve body further comprising two or more gaskets located in the two or more concave portions.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the valve body further comprises an elastic member located in at least of the two or more concave portions and biases at least one of the two or more gaskets.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein in at least some predetermined positions, the multi-outlet valve is configured for fluid to flow out of at least two of the two or more valve housing outlets.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the multi-outlet valve further comprises an actuator, and the valve body further comprises a valve body control shaft that is coupled to the actuator.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the multi-outlet valve comprises predetermined positions such that a user is able to properly selectively align the two or more valve body outlets with the two or more valve housing outlets when actuating the actuator.
15. An apparatus comprising a multi-outlet valve, wherein the multi-outlet valve comprises: a valve housing defining a side locking groove on each side thereof, and comprising: a valve hosing body defining an inner cavity; and two or more valve housing outlets in communication with the inner cavity; a valve body defining a valve body chamber, one or more concave portions, and one or more valve body outlets in communication with the valve body chamber; an inlet connector defining a lateral groove hole comprising: a valve body seat; and an inlet connector conduit in communication with the valve body chamber; and a fixing pin; wherein the valve housing is secured, over the valve body, to the inlet connector by the fixing pin extending though the lateral groove hole and in the side locking grooves; at least one of the one or more valve body outlets is configured to selectively align with one of the two or more valve housing outlets; and the multi-outlet valve is configured to allow fluid to flow into the inlet connector conduit, through the inner cavity, and selectively out at one or more of the two or more valve housing outlets by rotating the valve body.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the valve body further comprising one or more gaskets located in the one or more concave portions.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the valve body further comprises an elastic member located in at least of the one or more concave portions and biases at least one of the one or more gaskets.
18. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein in at least some predetermined positions, the multi-outlet valve is configured for fluid to flow out of at least two of the two or more valve housing outlets.
19. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the multi-outlet valve further comprises an actuator, and the valve body further comprises a valve body control shaft that is coupled to the actuator.
20. The apparatus of claim 19. wherein the multi-outlet valve comprises predetermined positions such that a user is able to properly selectively align the one or more valve body outlets with the two or more valve housing outlets when actuating the actuator.

The valve housing body 11 defines an inner cavity 12, and the valve housing body 11 is connected to the inner cavity 12 with at least one side facing the valve housing outlet 13. The top side of the valve housing body 11 comprises a control pivot 14, and the outer surface of the valve housing body 11 defines a side locking groove 110 on two sides near the bottom edge.

Inside the inner cavity 12, the valve body control shaft 22 is combined and fixed with the control pivot 14 provided on the valve housing body 11, and the valve body outlet 212 of the valve body core 21 is opposite to the valve housing outlet 13 provided on the valve housing body 11, and the valve body outlet flange portion 213 comprises a ring-shaped elastic member 213A, which biases the valve body outlet gasket 214A to abut to the inner wall of the inner cavity 12, and is in a fluid-tight conduction state at the opposite side of the valve housing outlet 13.
[0033] The inlet connector 30 comprises a valve body seat 31 and an inlet connector conduit 32. In some embodiments, the valve body seat 31 and the inlet connector conduit 32 communicate with each other, and the rear side of the valve body seat 31 comprises a lateral groove hole 310 comprising a positioning hole 311 on the front side of the valve body seat 31 opposite to the lateral groove hole 310.
