    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0031] Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Prior to description, it should be understood that terms and words used in the present specification and claims should not be interpreted as being limited to typical meanings or dictionary definitions, but should be interpreted as having meanings and concepts relevant to the technical scope of the present disclosure based on the rule according to which an inventor can appropriately define the concept of the term to describe most appropriately the best method he or she knows for carrying out the disclosure.

[0032] Accordingly, the description proposed herein is just a preferable example for the purpose of illustrations only, not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure, so it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variation can be made in the present disclosure without departing from the spirit or scope of the disclosure.

[0033] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4B, a top garment 1 with easy storage of a detachable pad according to the present disclosure includes: a body part 10; a lining part 20 disposed on an inner chest portion of the body part 10 and sewn to form a storage space 21, and having a side opening 27 being open at an outer side end thereof where the body part 10 is opened and a lower opening 28 being open at a lower end thereof, the lining part having a soft surface 22 on an outer surface thereof making contact with the skin of a wearer and a nap 24 on an inner surface thereof; a pad part 30 having a Velcro portion 32 on a first surface thereof, and detachably attached to the nap 24 of the lining part 20 by being inserted through the side opening 27 and the lower opening of the lining part 20.

[0034] The body part 10 is formed by sewing sleeve portions and shoulder portions together, and is worn on the wearer's upper body. The body part 10 is used in various type of top garments such as pajamas, T-shirts worn when going out, etc.

[0035] The lining part 20 disposed on the inner chest portion of the body part 10 and sewn is a part that is adapted to make contact with the skin of the wearer and is made of various fibers. Preferred is a rayon fiber that has a smooth surface, a silky texture, and low static electricity generation so as to provide the wearer with a soft touch and a comfortable fit when worn.

[0036] The lining part 20 is disposed on the inner chest portion of the body part 10 and sewn to form the storage space 21. The lining part has the side opening 27 being open at the outer side end thereof where the body part 10 is opened and the lower opening 28 being open at the lower end thereof. This structure ensures that the pad part 30 can be easily attached to and detached from the lining part 20 through the side and lower openings 27 and 28 of the lining part 20.

[0037] The lining part 20 has the soft surface 22 on the outer surface thereof making contact with the skin of the wearer, and the nap 24 on the inner surface thereof allowing the Velcro portion 32 of the pad part 30 to be attached thereto.

[0038] The pad part 30 has the Velcro portion 32 on the first surface thereof so as to be detachably attached to the nap 24 of the lining part 20. The Velcro portion 32 may be formed on the entire first surface of the pad part 30. However, as illustrated in FIG. 5, least one or two Velcro portions 32 are preferably formed at a predetermined interval along the outer periphery of the first surface of the pad part 30 so that the pad part 30 does not interfere with the wearer's nipples.

[0039] The pad part 30, which is detachably attached to the nap 24 of the lining part 20 as described above, serves to prevent the breast line or the nipples of the wearer from showing through, and is preferably made of any one of a fabric, a sponge, and a tube member. The pad part 30 is preferably formed in various shapes to conform to the body of various wearers.

[0040] One pad part 30 may be provided to conform to the wearer's body, but is not limited thereto. For example, at least one or two pad parts 30 may be provided and attached to the lining part 20.

[0041] As described above, the pad part 30 may be made of any one of a fabric and a sponge to prevent the breast line or the nipples of the wearer from showing through. However, the pad part 30 is preferably made of a tube member so as to be adjusted to various sizes and to adjust a cushioning feeling.

[0042] In the case where the pad part 30 is made of the tube member, the tube member may be provided with a valve device having an inlet and an outlet that allow liquid, gel, or air to be filled in the tube member therethrough. In other words, the tube member may be provided in a shape in which liquid, gel, or air is filled.

[0043] As illustrated in FIG. 5, the pad part 30 has a shape with a hemispherical inner side so as to surround the breast of the wearer.

[0044] To increase the cushioning feeling of the pad part 30 that is introduced into the storage space 21 of the lining part 20 and attached to the nap 24 of the lining part 20, increasing the thickness of the pad part 30 may be considered. However, to implement the cushioning feeling in more various ways, as illustrated in FIGS. 6A and 6B, a nap 34 is preferably formed on a second surface of the pad part 30 where no Velcro portion 30 is provided so that at least one or two pad parts 30 are stacked.

[0045] As described above, at least one or two pad parts 30 may be stacked to provide the cushioning feeling. However, to increase warmth according to the seasonal changes, as illustrated in FIG. 7, it is preferable that the nap 34 is formed on the second surface of the pad part 30 where no Velcro portion 32 is provided, and a thermal insulation pad part 50 having a second Velcro portion 52 on a surface thereof is further provided to be detachably attached to the nap 34 of the pad part 30.

[0046] By further providing the thermal insulation pad part 30 that is detachably attached to the pad part 30 detachably attached to the lining part 20, there is an effect of providing the wearer with a more cozy feeling by increasing comfort and warmth according to the season.

[0047] As described above, the top garment with easy storage of the detachable pad has a structure in which the lining part is disposed on the inner chest portion of the top garment body and sewn to form the storage space, with the side opening being open at the outer side end thereof where the top garment body is opened and the lower opening being open at the lower end thereof. This enables the pad part to be easily attached to and detached from the lining part through the side and lower openings of the lining part. In addition, the detachable pad part is provided on the inner surface of the top garment, thereby preventing the breast line or the nipples of the wearer from showing through by wearing only the top garment. This enables the wearer to wear the top garment comfortably at home and to adjust the position of the pad part according to his or her body size.

[0048] Although a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure has been described for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the disclosure as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
