[0047] Referring to
[0048] In this example embodiment, the first latch mechanism comprises a second engaging groove 412 disposed at a side surface of one end of the chassis enclosure 400, and a first journal 311 disposed at the side board 300; the second latch mechanism comprises a second journal 110 disposed at an inner side of the crossbar 100, and a third engaging groove 411 disposed at each of two sides of the chassis enclosure 400 and fitted with the second journal 110; the locking device comprises two locking elements 422 disposed at one end of the inside of the chassis enclosure 400 distant from the second engaging groove 412, and an unlocking element 4223 connected to the locking elements 422; the chassis enclosure 400 comprises an upper housing 410 and a lower housing 420, a cross section of the upper housing 410 having a U-shaped structure, a second engaging groove 412 being provided at the end of each of the two sides of the upper housing 410 proximal to the side board 300; a mounting lug 310 bent towards the inside of the crossbar 100 is provided in a middle portion of the side board 300, two first journals 311 being provided on the mounting lug 310; the locking element 422 movable on the chassis enclosure 400 is provided at one end of the chassis enclosure 400 distant from the second engaging groove 412, two locking elements 422 being provided; the ends of the two locking elements 422 disposed inside the chassis enclosure 400 are elastically loaded via an elastic member 430; through holes accommodating the locking elements 422 and configured for the locking elements 422 to pass through are provided at two sides of the chassis enclosure 400; the locking elements, when being elastically loaded by the elastic member 430, can project out of the through holes at the two sides of the chassis enclosure 400 and can be inserted into the sockets 130 provided in the inner side of the crossbar 100; an end portion of the crossbar 100 is provided with a first engaging groove 120 that may be snap-fitted with the first journal 311.
[0049] In this example embodiment, an electric motor for driving the column 200 to ascend and descend may be mounted on the column 200 or on the crossbar 100; the chassis enclosure 400 is configured to connect the column 200 to the crossbar 100 and the side board 300. It can be contemplated that if the chassis enclosure 400 is large enough, a corresponding actuator may also be directly mounted in the chassis enclosure 400.
[0050] In this example embodiment, referring to
[0051] In this example, a third engaging groove 411 is provided at each of the two sides the chassis enclosure 400 in the middle, while a second journal 110 corresponding to the third engaging groove 411 is provided at the inner side of the crossbar 100; an opening direction of the third engaging groove 411 is consistent with that of the first engaging groove 120 but opposite to the opening direction of the second engaging groove 412 at the end portion of the chassis enclosure 400. In this way, when the chassis enclosure 400 is embedded in the accommodation cavity about the first journal 311, the third engaging groove 411 on the chassis enclosure 400 is smoothly snap-fitted in the second journal 110; meanwhile, since the opening direction of the third engaging groove 411 is opposite to that of the second engaging groove 412, the chassis enclosure 400, when being embedded into the accommodation cavity, can only move towards the opening direction of the third engaging groove 411 with the second journal 110 as a supporting point and the first journal 311 as a point of rotation. After the chassis enclosure 400 is insert-fitted and locked with the crossbar 100 via the locking element 422, the two ends and the middle portion of the chassis enclosure 400 are all limited, so that the chassis enclosure 400 is securely fixed in the accommodation cavity, whereby the side board 300, the crossbar 100, and the chassis enclosure 400 are securely locked.
[0052] Referring to
[0053] In this embodiment, the crossbar 100, the chassis enclosure 400, and the side board 300 are connected with each other by snap-fitting between engaging grooves and mated journals. Upon assembly, the opening portion of the engaging groove allows the chassis enclosure 400 to rotate about the first journal 311 when an end portion of the chassis enclosure 400 is snap-fitted to the outside of the first journal 311 via the second engaging groove 412; in this way, upon assembly, after the chassis enclosure 400 rotates about the first journal 311 via the second engaging groove 412 into the accommodation cavity, the second journal 110 and the mated third engaging groove 411, which are disposed between a side surface of the chassis enclosure 400 and the crossbar 100, are also snap-fitted correspondingly; meanwhile, with the locking element 422 for locking the crossbar 100, locked snap-fitting between the chassis enclosure 400, the crossbar 100, and the side board 300 are smoothly implemented. This not only facilitates assembly, but also conceals the chassis enclosure 400 into the accommodation cavity on the crossbar 100, thereby protecting the chassis enclosure while optimizing assembled structure of the product, giving a more reasonable, compact product structure.
[0054] In this embodiment, when the chassis enclosure 400 is embedded into the accommodation cavity about the first journal 311 at the joint with the side board 300 as the point of rotation, quick assembly between the crossbar 100, the chassis enclosure 400, and the side board 300 is implemented, which enhances assembly efficiency and eliminates a need of fixing members such as screws, thereby simplifying and facilitating assembly.
[0055] In this example embodiment, the elastic member 430 may be a spring or an elastic rubber, so long as it has a required elastic deformation amount and can push the locking elements out of the chassis enclosure 400 into the sockets 130 in the crossbar 100.
[0056] Referring to
[0057] In the disclosure, referring to
[0058] Based on the example embodiments described supra, to facilitate detachment of the locking element 422 from the socket 130 of the crossbar 100 to thereby realize separation between the chassis enclosure 400, the crossbar 100, and the side board 300, an unlocking element 4223 is integrally formed at the lower end of the locking element 422, and a lower end of the unlocking element 4223 extends outside the chassis enclosure 400; in this way, by toggling the unlocking element 4223, the locking element 422 is driven to squeeze and compress the spring to be folded into the chassis enclosure 400, thereby implementing separation of the chassis enclosure 400 from the crossbar 100.
[0059] Based on the example embodiments described supra, referring to
[0060] Based on the example embodiments described supra, it may be contemplated that, the second journals 110 may be provided at the inner side of the crossbar 100, and the third engaging groove 411 may be disposed at each of the two sides of the chassis enclosure 400; alternatively, the second journals 110 may also be disposed at two sides of the chassis enclosure 400, while the third engaging groove 411 is correspondingly disposed on the inner side of the crossbar 100, which may also achieve the effects noted supra.
[0061] What have been described above are only example embodiments of the present disclosure; however, the protection scope of the present disclosure is not limited thereto. A person skilled in the art should understand that the disclosure includes, but is not limited to, the contents described in the drawings and the embodiments. Any modifications without departing from the functions and structural principles of the disclosure will be included within the scope of the claims.
