DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0036] Please refer from
[0037] The restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3 are selected from the fastening fabric with a trademark of Jasontry produced by the Aicare Worldwide Co., Ltd. The aforesaid fastening fabric has been granted with Taiwan Pat. No.I376210 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. No. 8,656,564 and China Pat. No.ZL200910002620.8), Taiwan Pat. No.1388291 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. No. 8,551,569 and China Pat. No.ZL200910150810.4), Taiwan Pat. No.I432151 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. publication Ser.US20120096690A1 and China Pat. No.ZL201010525571.9), Taiwan Pat. No.I632877 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. No. 10,080,404 and China Pat. No.ZL201610278193.6), Taiwan Pat. No.I712375 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. publication Ser.US20180073169A1 and China Pat. publication Ser.CN107815778A), and Taiwan Pat. No.I828953 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. No. 11,737,523 and China Pat. publication Ser.CN113062027A).
[0038] For further disclosing the restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3, details of the aforesaid patents are provided as follows. Please refer to
[0039] The restraining fabric 2 is processed with a singeing process, so that distal ends of at least a part of the thermoplastic hairs 24 can be melted and cohered to form a plurality of first restraining hairs 241 having a spherical member and/or a columnar member 241a with a smooth surface. And then, a thermal melting and pressing process is processed for allowing the spherical member and/or the columnar member 241a of the at least a part of the first restraining hairs 241 to be further heated, melted and pressed to form a plurality of second restraining hairs 242 having an irregular deformed member 242a. Wherein, the spherical member and/or the columnar member 241a is heated and melted so as to be cohered for forming the irregular deformed member 242a having a greater volume. As such, the second restraining hair 242 has a better restraining function in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction than the first restraining hairs 241.
[0040] Please refer to
[0041] Please refer to
[0042] Accordingly, based on the disclosure of the aforesaid fastening fabric, a surface of the restraining fabric 2 adopted in the present invention has a plurality of the first restraining hairs 241 having the spherical member and/or a columnar member 241a and the plurality of second restraining hairs 242 having the irregular deformed member 242a. A surface of the terry fabric 3 has a plurality of the fibriform loops 34 fabricated through a thermal shrinkage process. When the restraining fabric 2 is in contact with the terry fabric 3, the restraining hairs 241, 242 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34.
[0043] What shall be addressed is that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 and the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 are provided for illustrations, the restraining fabric having the restraining hairs and the terry fabric having the fibriform loops disclosed in the aforesaid patents are all within the scope of the present invention.
[0044] Please refer to
[0045] And then, the left front fly 12 covers on top of the right front fly 13, the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 located at an inner back side of the left front fly 12 is in contact with the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131 located at a front side of the right front fly 13, so that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131. As such, the process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on the infant as shown in
[0046] Accordingly, with a fastening function formed through the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 and the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131, the left front fly 12 and the right front fly 13 are prevented from being separated, thus not only the fastening effect is provided, a time for tying strips and a time for unbuttoning can also be greatly saved, no noise is generated when the restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3 are separated, and the restraining fabric 2 itself and the terry fabric 3 itself are fabrics, thus an advantages of not hurting delicate skins of the infant is provided.
[0047] Moreover, the first fastening operation zone 121 occupies at least one third of an area of the left front fly 12, and the second fastening operation zone 131 occupies at least one third of an area of the right front fly 13. When being fastened, an overlapping area of the first fastening operation zone 121 and the second fastening operation zone 131 can be decided according to a size of the infant.
[0048] According to one alternative of the first embodiment, the first fastening operation zone 121 is the terry fabric 3 and the second fastening operation zone 131 is the restraining fabric 2 in actual operations, and the same fastening effect can also be achieved.
[0049] Please refer to
[0050] The infant clothes 1, for example an infant bodysuit, includes a back piece 11, where a bottom side of the back piece 11 is integrally connected to a hip piece 14 having two sides thereof being downwardly tapered in width, and at least one part at a back side of a crotch part of the hip piece 14 is disposed with a third fastening operation zone 141. Moreover, a front side of the back piece 11 is respectively connected to a left front fly 12 and a right front fly 13 having a length greater than the left front fly 12. At least one part at a front side of the left front fly 12 has a first fastening operation zone 121, and at least one part of a back side of the right front fly 13 has a second fastening operation zone 131. When being fastened, an overlapping area of the first fastening operation zone 121 and the second fastening operation zone 131 can be decided according to a size of the premature infant.
[0086] According to one alternative of the fifth embodiment, the first fastening operation zone 121 and the fourth fastening operation zones 123, 133 are the restraining fabric 2 and the second fastening operation zone 131 and the third fastening operation zones 151 are the terry fabric 3 in actual operations, and the same fastening effect can also be achieved.
[0087] Based on what has been disclosed above, advantages achieved by the present invention are as follows. The restraining fabric and the terry fabric of the infant clothes are fabricated through the fibriform yarns which are similar to the size of the conventional clothes, so that the delicate skins of the infant and the clothes are prevented from being hurt and damaged, unlike the conventional hook and loop fastener. Moreover, the first fastening operation zone and the second fastening operation zone of the infant clothes respectively occupies at least one third of the area of the front fly, so that the overlapping area of the first fastening operation zone and the second fastening operation zone can be decided according to the size of the infant. Furthermore, no noise is generated when the restraining fabric and the terry fabric are separated, so that the infant is protected from being frightened. Accordingly, the present invention is novel and more practical in use comparing to prior arts.
[0088] While the invention has been described by way of example and in terms of preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited thereto. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements and procedures, and the scope of the appended claims therefore should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements and procedures.
