Abstract
An anti-fatigue gel ground mat based on recycled sponge is disclosed, which includes a ground mat body. A beveled edge structure is arranged around the ground mat body. The ground mat body includes a surface layer, a gel layer, a recycled sponge layer, and an anti-skid layer compounded together in sequence from top to bottom. The gel layer is polyurethane solid gel. By arranging the gel layer, when the user steps on the ground mat body, the surface of the ground mat body is naturally concave to realize fatigue resistance. By arranging the beveled edge structure, the user can be prevented from stumbling, so that the safety is improved. The polyurethane solid gel is extruded in the shape of a snake to a lower surface of the surface layer through extrusion equipment, so that the use level of the polyurethane solid gel can be effectively reduced.
Claims
1. An anti-fatigue gel ground mat based on recycled sponge, comprising a ground mat body, wherein a beveled edge structure is arranged around the ground mat body, and an angle of a chamfered angle is 20-80; the ground mat body comprises a surface layer, a gel layer, a recycled sponge layer, and an anti-skid layer compounded together in sequence from top to bottom; and the gel layer is polyurethane solid gel.
2. The anti-fatigue gel ground mat based on recycled sponge according to claim 1, wherein a material of the surface layer is any one of PU leather, PVC leather, and a woven fabric.
3. The anti-fatigue gel ground mat based on recycled sponge according to claim 1, wherein the polyurethane solid gel is extruded in the shape of a snake to a lower surface of the surface layer through extrusion equipment.
4. The anti-fatigue gel ground mat based on recycled sponge according to claim 1, wherein the recycled sponge layer is formed by mixing smashed recycled sponge with cloth and/or recycled pure sponge with glue and drying the same.
5. The anti-fatigue gel ground mat based on recycled sponge according to claim 1, wherein a material of the anti-skid layer is foamed rubber or SBR rubber.

The anti-fatigue gel ground mat based on recycled sponge according to claim 4, wherein the smashed recycled sponge with cloth and/or recycled pure sponge are loaded into a cavity, mixed with glue, and then heated and pressurized for curing, and moreover, the gel layer and the anti-skid layer are respectively glued to upper and lower surfaces.

The anti-fatigue gel ground mat based on recycled sponge according to claim 6, wherein the recycled sponge with cloth and/or recycled pure sponge are smashed to a particle size of 5-25 meshes, the glue is polyurethane glue, the use level of the glue is 2%-10% by weight of the recycled sponge, the mixing and stirring temperature is 10-30 C., and the stirring time is 10-30 min.

The anti-fatigue gel ground mat based on recycled sponge according to claim 6, wherein the smashed recycled sponge with cloth and/or recycled pure sponge are subjected to a deironing step first, and the deironing step comprises deironing by magnetic separation and/or vertical centrifugal deironing.

The anti-fatigue gel ground mat based on recycled sponge according to claim 1, wherein the surface layer, the gel layer, the recycled sponge layer, and the anti-skid layer are formed by assembling upper and lower dies and heating and curing the dies, the temperature of the upper die is 55-90 C., the temperature of the lower die is 95-135 C., and the curing time is 2-15 min.
