Abstract
The present disclosure provides a multi-pull-rod Roman umbrella, including a fixed rod, a diagonal rod, and at least two pull rods, wherein lower ends of the pull rods are all hinged in a middle of the diagonal rod, the Roman umbrella further includes a clamping seat with a U-shaped cross section formed by extending two side wings to the same side on the basis of a tubular member, upper ends of the pull rods are hinged to the clamping seat, and the fixed rod is clamped between the two side wings of the clamping seat, fits and abuts against an inner side of the clamping seat, and then is fixedly connected with the clamping seat through a fastener. This Roman umbrella has good windproof performance.
Claims
1. A Roman umbrella, comprising a fixed rod (6), a diagonal rod (1), and at least two pull rods (2), wherein lower ends of the at least two pull rods (2) are all hinged in a middle of the diagonal rod (1), the Roman umbrella further comprises a clamping seat (3) with a U-shaped cross section formed by extending two side wings (35) to the same side on the basis of a tubular member, upper ends of the at least two pull rods (2) are hinged to the clamping seat (3), and the fixed rod (6) is clamped between the two side wings (35) of the clamping seat (3), fits and abuts against an inner side of the clamping seat (3), and then is fixedly connected with the clamping seat (3) through a fastener (4).
2. The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner side of the clamping seat (3) has a protruding planar abutment surface (31), the fixed rod (6) has a flat support wall (61), and the abutment surface (31) fits and abuts against the support wall (61).

The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner side of the clamping seat (3) has arc-shaped limiting surfaces (32) located on two sides of the abutment surface (31), the fixed rod (6) has limiting portions (62) disposed in a vertical direction and located on two sides of the support wall (61), the two limiting portions (62) are spaced apart, and outer side walls of the two limiting portions (62) fit and abut against the two limiting surfaces (32) in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
4. The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 3, wherein outer ends of the two limiting portions (62) are disposed close to each other.

The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 2, wherein the clamping seat (3) comprises a hollow tubular installation portion (33), the installation portion (33) internally has a plurality of plate-shaped reinforcing walls (34) parallel to each other, the upper ends of the at least two pull rods (2) are hinged to the installation portion (33), and the reinforcing walls (34) are all disposed parallel to the at least two pull rods (2).
6. The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 5, wherein a first needle roller bearing (5) is disposed between each of the at least two pull rods (2) and the installation portion (33).

The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 6, wherein a connecting sleeve (7) is clamped in the middle of the diagonal rod (1), the at least two pull rods (2) are provided, in a quantity of two, the two of the at least two pull rods (2) are respectively located on two sides of the connecting sleeve (7) and hinged to the diagonal rod (1) through another fastener (15), counter bores (71) are formed in two side walls of the connecting sleeve (7), each of the counter bores (71) is internally provided with a second needle roller bearing (52), as well as a first support gasket (51) and a second support gasket (53) which are located on two sides of the second needle roller bearing (52), and the first support gasket (51) in each of the counter bores (71) abuts against a side wall of corresponding one of the at least two pull rods (2).
8. The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 7, wherein the connecting sleeve (7) is in a U shape, and the connecting sleeve (7) is clamped upward in the middle of the diagonal rod (1).

The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 7, wherein a handle shell (8) is slidably connected to the fixed rod (6), a lower end of the diagonal rod (1) is hinged to the handle shell (8) through a hinge bolt (9) and a nut (91), installation counterbores (81) are formed in two side walls of the handle shell (8), each of the installation counterbores (81) is internally provided with a third needle roller bearing (54) and third support gaskets (55) located on two sides of the third needle roller bearing (54), and the each third needle roller bearing (54) and the corresponding third support gaskets (55) are compressed in corresponding one of the installation counterbores (81) through the hinge bolt (9) and the nut (91).
10. The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of left and right sides of the fixed rod (6) is provided with the clamping seat (3), the diagonal rod (1), and the at least two pull rods (2).

The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper umbrella disc (101) is connected to an upper end of the diagonal rod (1), a connecting rod (103) is further connected to the middle of the diagonal rod (1), a lower umbrella disc (102) is connected to a lower end of the connecting rod (103), an upper end of the lower umbrella disc (102) has an insertion rod (1021), the insertion rod (1021) is in a rod shape with a polygonal cross section, an insertion sleeve (104) is fixed to a lower end of the upper umbrella disc (101), an inner hole of the insertion sleeve (104) is a polygonal hole that is matched with the insertion rod (1021), and the insertion rod (1021) is capable of being inserted into the inner hole of the insertion sleeve (104).
12. The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 11, wherein edges of the insertion rod (1021) are all disposed slantly outward from top to bottom.
13. The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 11, wherein an upper end of the insertion sleeve (104) has an annular limiting stop edge (1041), and an upper end of the insertion rod (1021) is capable of abutting against the limiting stop edge (1041).

The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 11, wherein a roughly H-shaped connecting seat (12) is connected between the diagonal rod (1) and the connecting rod (103), the connecting seat (12) comprises a connecting block (121), two upper connecting plates (122) formed by protruding upwards at an upper end of the connecting block (121), and two lower connecting plates (123) formed by protruding downwards at a lower end of the connecting block (121), the diagonal rod (1) is embedded between the two upper connecting plates (122) and fixedly connected with the upper connecting plates (122), and the connecting rod (103) is embedded between the two lower connecting plates (123) and hinged to the lower connecting plates (123).

The Roman umbrella as claimed in claim 14, wherein a Y-shaped installation seat (11) is fixed to the upper end of the diagonal rod (1), the upper umbrella disc (101) has a downwardly-disposed connecting tube (1011), and the connecting tube (1011) is embedded between two fork arms (111) of the installation seat (11) and hinged to the fork arms (111).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0054] Set forth below are specific embodiments of the present disclosure and a further description of the technical solutions of the present disclosure in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but the present disclosure is not limited to these embodiments.
Embodiment I
[0055] As shown in FIG. 1, a Roman umbrella includes a fixed rod 6, a diagonal rod 1, an umbrella skeleton 10, and two pull rods 2. A clamping seat 3 is fixed to an upper end of the fixed rod 6, upper ends of the pull rods 2 are both hinged to the clamping seat 3, a connecting sleeve 7 and a connecting seat 12 are fixed to a middle of the diagonal rod 1, and lower ends of the pull rods 2 are both hinged to the connecting sleeve 7. A lower end of the diagonal rod 1 is connected to the fixed rod 6 through an handle shell 8, and an upper end of the diagonal rod 1 is connected with the umbrella skeleton 10 through an installation seat 11. The umbrella skeleton 10 includes an upper umbrella disc 101 and a lower umbrella disc 102, the installation seat 11 is hinged to the upper umbrella disc 101, and a plurality of long ribs 106 disposed sequentially in a circumferential direction are further hinged to the upper umbrella disc 101. A middle rod 105 is fixed to the upper umbrella disc 101, and an insertion sleeve 104 sleeves and is fixed to a lower end of the middle rod 105. An upper end of the lower umbrella disc 102 has a protruding insertion rod 1021, the insertion rod 1021 is in a rod shape with a polygonal cross section, the cross section of the insertion rod 1021 may be hexagonal or pentagonal. etc., and the insertion rod 1021 is inserted into the insertion sleeve 104 and fixed in the circumferential direction. A plurality of short ribs 107 arranged sequentially in the circumferential direction are hinged to the lower umbrella disc 102, the short ribs 107 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence to the long ribs 106, and upper ends of the short ribs 107 are hinged to middles of the long ribs 106. A connecting rod 103 is further hinged to the lower umbrella disc 102, and an upper end of the connecting rod 103 is hinged to the connecting seat 12. The upper end of the upper umbrella disc 101 is further provided with a top umbrella rib 108, and umbrella cloth is installed on the long ribs 106 and the top umbrella rib 108 respectively so as to form a double-layer umbrella.
[0056] As shown in FIG. 2, the clamping seat 3 is a member with a U-shaped cross section formed by extending two side wings 35 to the same side on the basis of a tubular member, and the fixed rod 6 is clamped between the two side wings 35 of the clamping seat 3, fits and abuts against an inner side of the clamping seat 3, and then is fixedly connected with the clamping seat 3 through a fastener 4.
[0057] As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the inner side of the clamping seat 3 is of a structure where the middle part protrudes into a space between the two side wings 35, the inner side of the clamping seat 3 has a protruding planar abutment surface 31, the fixed rod 6 has a flat support wall 61, and the abutment surface 31 fits and abuts against the support wall 61. The inner side of the clamping seat 3 has arc-shaped limiting surfaces 32 located on two sides of the abutment surface 31, the fixed rod 6 has limiting portions 62 disposed in a vertical direction and located on two sides of the support wall 61, the two limiting portions 62 are spaced apart, outer side walls of the limiting portions 62 fit and abut against the two limiting surfaces 32, and outer ends of the two limiting portions 62 are disposed close to each other.
[0058] As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, a closed end of the clamping seat 3 is a hollow tubular installation portion 33, the installation portion 33 internally has a plurality of plate-shaped reinforcing walls 34 parallel to each other, the upper ends of the pull rods 2 are hinged to the installation portion 33, the reinforcing walls 34 are all disposed parallel to the pull rods 2, and first needle roller bearings 5 are disposed between the pull rods 2 and the installation portion 33. The pull rods 2 and the clamping seat 3 are hinged through a first bolt 13 and a first nut 14. The first bolt 13 penetrates through a first pull rod, one of the first needle roller bearings 5, a first side wall of the installation portion 33, the reinforcing walls 34, a second side wall of the installation portion 33, the other first needle roller bearing 5, and a second pull rod, and then is in threaded connection with the first nut 14. The first nut 14 is tightened to stabilize a connection between the pull rods 2 and the clamping seat 3. A distance between the two side wings 35 of the clamping seat 3 is greater than a distance between the first side wall and the second side wall of the installation portion 33, that is, the two side wings 35 of the clamping seat 3 protrude outward from the first side wall and the second side wall of the installation portion 33, which can improve the structural strength of the clamping seat 3. The fastener 4 consists of a second bolt and a second nut. The second bolt penetrates through a first side wing, a first side wall of the fixed rod 6, a second side wall of the fixed rod 6, and a second side wing, and then is in threaded connection with the second nut. The second nut is tightened to stabilize a connection between the fixed rod 6 and the clamping seat 3. There are two fasteners 4 arranged vertically to improve the stability of the connection between the fixed rod 6 and the clamping seat 3.
[0059] As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3, and FIG. 5, the connecting sleeve 7 is in a U shape, and the connecting sleeve 7 is clamped upward in the middle of the diagonal rod 1. The two pull rods 2 are respectively located on two sides of the connecting sleeve 7 and are hinged to the diagonal rod 1 through a third bolt 15 and a third nut 16. Counter bores 71 are formed in two side walls of the connecting sleeve 7, the counter bores 71 are internally provided with second needle roller bearings 52, as well as first support gaskets 51 and second support gaskets 53 which are located on two sides of the second needle roller bearings 52, and the first support gaskets 51 abut against the side walls of the corresponding pull rods 2.

[0061] As shown in FIG. 7, FIG. 8, and FIG. 9, an inner hole of the insertion sleeve 104 is a polygonal hole that is in clearance fit with the insertion rod 1021, and the inner hole of the insertion sleeve 104 is a hexagonal hole or a pentagonal hole. The insertion rod 1021 is capable of being inserted into the inner hole of the insertion sleeve 104 and fixed in the circumferential direction. Edges of the insertion rod 1021 are all disposed slantly outward from top to bottom. An upper end of the insertion sleeve 104 has an annular limiting stop edge 1041, and the upper end of the insertion rod 1021 is capable of abutting against the limiting stop edge 1041. The lower end of the middle rod 105 has a conical plug 1051 that gradually decreases from top to bottom, a central hole 1022 is formed in an upper end surface of the insertion rod 1021, and the plug 1051 is capable of being inserted into the central hole 1022. The arrangement of the plug 1051 has a guiding and positioning function, which facilitates the insertion of the insertion rod 1021 into the insertion sleeve 104.
[0062] As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the connecting seat 12 is roughly in an H shape, and the connecting seat 12 includes a connecting block 121, two upper connecting plates 122 formed by protruding upwards at an upper end of the connecting block 121, and two lower connecting plates 123 formed by protruding downwards at a lower end of the connecting block 121. A distance between the two upper connecting plates 122 is greater than a distance between the two lower connecting plates 123. A fourth bolt 17 penetrates through a first upper connecting plate, the fourth needle roller bearing 56 and the fourth support gaskets 57 on the first upper connecting plate, the connecting rod 103, a second upper connecting plate, and the fourth needle roller bearing 56 and the fourth support gaskets 57 on the second upper connecting plate, and then is in threaded connection with a fourth nut 18. The connecting rod 103 is hinged to the connecting seat 12 through the fourth bolt 17 and the fourth nut 18.
[0063] As shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, the lower end of the upper umbrella disc 101 has a protruding connecting tube 1011, the connecting seat 12 is hinged to the connecting tube 1011, and an outer side surface of the connecting tube 1011 is a hexagonal prism surface. An outer side of the middle rod 105 is sleeved with the connecting tube 1011. The installation seat 11 is in a Y shape, the connecting tube 1011 is embedded between two fork arms 111 of the installation seat 11 and hinged to the fork arms 111, and an end handle 112 of the installation seat 11 is inserted into the upper end of the diagonal rod 1 and fixed. Outer side surfaces of the fork arms 111 are both provided with counter bores, and the counter bores are both internally provided with needle roller bearings and support gaskets located on two sides of the needle roller bearings. A bolt penetrates through a first fork arm, the needle roller bearing and the support gaskets on the first fork arm, the connecting tube 1011, a second fork arm, and the needle roller bearing and the support gaskets on the second fork arm, and then is in threaded connection with a nut. The installation seat 11 is hinged to the connecting tube 1011 through the bolt and the nut. The end handle 112 of the installation seat 11 at an end wall close to one end of the connecting tube 1011 has a cavity.
[0064] In addition, the fixed rod 6 may be a stand column independently disposed on a ground base or a profile fixed on a wall, so that the Roman umbrella can be disposed and used independently or used as a wall-mounted Roman umbrella, thereby improving practicality of the Roman umbrella.
Embodiment II
[0065] A structure in Embodiment I, except for the fixed rod 6, is referred to as an umbrella frame. The content of this embodiment is basically the same as that of Embodiment I, with the difference being that: left and right sides of the fixed rod 6 are both provided with the above umbrella frames. In different usage environments, by connecting the umbrella frames to the left and right sides of the fixed rod, a usage area of the Roman umbrella is increased, and practical performance of the Roman umbrella is improved.
