Abstract
The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a turntable of a high cabinet rotating basket, including: a turntable basket body, a turntable bracket, and a rotation-shaft disc mounted at a bottom of the turntable basket body. The rotation-shaft disc is provided with a basket-body rotation shaft and a limiting spring plate; the limiting spring plate corresponds respectively to central axes of four side surfaces of the turntable basket body; the turntable basket body is able to rotate relative to the turntable bracket; the turntable bracket is further provided with a positioning pin configured to provide positioning; and the positioning pin plays a positioning role after rotating to a position of the limiting spring plate.
Claims
1. A turntable of a high cabinet rotating basket, comprising: a turntable basket body, a turntable bracket configured to support the turntable basket body, and a rotation-shaft disc fixedly mounted at a bottom of the turntable basket body, wherein the rotation-shaft disc is provided with a basket-body rotation shaft and limiting spring plates; the limiting spring plates correspond respectively to central axes of four side surfaces of the turntable basket body; one end of the turntable bracket is configured to connect with a column of the high cabinet rotating basket and the other end is provided with a bracket fixing clamp; the basket-body rotation shaft is inserted into the bracket fixing clamp after being provided with a bearing, and the bearing is locked on the basket-body rotation shaft through the bracket fixing clamp, so that the turntable basket body is able to rotate relative to the turntable bracket; and the turntable bracket is further provided with a positioning pin configured to provide positioning, and the positioning pin plays a positioning role after rotating to a position of the limiting spring plates.
2. The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 1, wherein the limiting spring plates are provided with a limiting clamping groove, and the limiting clamping groove is able to cooperate with the positioning pin for positioning.

The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 2, wherein the limiting spring plates comprise a first connecting part, a positioning part, and a second connecting part connected sequentially; a limiting clamping groove is arranged on the positioning part; one end of the first connecting part, away from the positioning part, is connected to the rotation-shaft disc, and one end of the second connecting part, away from the positioning part, is connected to the rotation-shaft disc; and in a direction from close to the limiting clamping groove to far from the limiting clamping groove, a distance between the first connecting part and the basket-body rotation shaft gradually increases; and/or a distance between the second connecting part and the basket-body rotation shaft gradually increases.
4. The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 1, wherein an adjustment gap is provided between the limiting spring plates and the rotation-shaft disc.

The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 1, wherein the rotation-shaft disc comprises a first cover plate, a second cover plate, and a disc body; the first cover plate and the second cover plate are respectively covered on two sides of the disc body; the disc body is sleeved on the basket-body rotation shaft; the limiting spring plates are arranged on the disc body; and the turntable basket body is connected with the second cover plate.

The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 5, wherein the first cover plate is snapped to the disc body; the first cover plate is provided with at least one snap-fit structure, wherein the disc body is provided with at least one snap-fit slot; each snap-fit structure corresponds to one snap-fit slot; and the snap-fit structure is snapped to the snap-fit slot; or, the first cover plate is provided with a snap-fit slot, wherein the disc body is provided with at least one snap-fit structure; each snap-fit slot corresponds to one snap-fit structure; and the snap-fit structure is snapped to the snap-fit slot.

The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 5, wherein the disc body is provided with multiple mounting members; each of the mounting members protrudes toward the second cover plate; the second cover plate is provided with multiple second mounting holes; the multiple mounting members correspond one-to-one to the multiple second mounting holes; and the mounting members pass through the second mounting holes.

The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 1, wherein the turntable basket body comprises a bottom plate and a surrounding plate; the bottom plate and the surrounding plate are connected to enclose jointly, forming a placement chamber; and the bottom plate is connected with the rotation-shaft disc.
9. The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 8, wherein the turntable basket body further comprises a snap-fit member, and the bottom plate and the surrounding plate are snap-fitted through the snap-fit member.

The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 9, wherein the snap-fit member comprises a first clamping part, a third connecting part, and a second clamping part connected sequentially; a clamping gap is formed between the first clamping part and the second clamping part; the clamping gap is configured to hold the surrounding plate; and the second clamping part is elastically connected to the third connecting part, and the second clamping part is able to move closer to or farther from the first clamping part to adjust a size of the clamping gap, thereby clamping or releasing the surrounding plate; and one end of the first clamping part, away from the third connecting part, protrudes in a direction of the second clamping part, and the protrusion is configured to clamp with the bottom plate.

The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 10, wherein the snap-fit member further comprises an abutting part, wherein the abutting part is arranged on one side of the first clamping part facing the second clamping part; or the abutting part is arranged on one side of the second clamping part facing the first clamping part.
12. The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 1, wherein the high cabinet rotating basket further comprises a threaded fastener, and the bracket fixing clamp clamps the bearing through the threaded fastener to achieve locking of the bearing.
13. The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 1, wherein a decorative sheet is further mounted at a bottom of the rotation-shaft disc.
14. The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 1, wherein a spacer is further mounted between the bearing and the rotation-shaft disc.

The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 1, wherein the turntable bracket comprises two support rods, wherein one end of each of the two support rods is respectively provided with a mounting plate connected to the column, and the other end of each of the two support rods is fixedly connected to the bracket fixing clamp; and the positioning pin is arranged at one end of one of the support rods near the bracket fixing clamp.

The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 1, wherein four limiting spring plates are provided; each of the limiting spring plates is correspondingly provided with one limiting clamping groove; and each of the limiting spring plates corresponds to one side surface of the turntable basket body.
17. The turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 15, further comprising a decorative cover, wherein the decorative cover is provided with a clamping groove corresponding to the support rods for embedding.
18. A high cabinet rotating basket, comprising a column and the turntable of the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 1, wherein one end of the turntable bracket away from the bracket fixing clamp is connected to the column.
19. The high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 18, wherein multiple turntables of the high cabinet rotating basket are provided, and the multiple turntables of the high cabinet rotating basket are arranged at intervals along the column.
20. A storage cabinet, comprising a cabinet body and the high cabinet rotating basket according to claim 18, wherein the cabinet body has a mounting space; the high cabinet rotating basket is arranged in the mounting space; and the column is connected to the cabinet body.
