DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0021] In order to make objectives, technical solutions and advantages of embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure are clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without creative efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
[0022] As shown in
[0023] In one embodiment, the supporting plates 32 include a plurality of the supporting plates 32, the plurality of the supporting plates 32 are uniformly disposed on the inner side of the mounting frame 1, and lengths of the plurality of the supporting plates 32 are the same. For conveniently assembling the sofa base, the supporting plates are mounted in a clamping mode to be assembled with the mounting frame 1, so as to stably mount the supporting plates 32 at the inner side of the mounting frame 1 to form a stable sofa base.
[0024] In one embodiment, a threaded hole is defined at a bottom of each of the supporting legs 31, a threaded column 4 is threadedly connected with an interior of the threaded hole, a bottom of the threaded column 4 is fixedly connected to a leveling plate 5. In actual use, a sofa may not be stably placed since ground is uneven, therefore, in the present disclosure, the threaded column 4 is threadedly connected with an interior of each of the supporting legs 31, and the leveling plate 5 is fixedly disposed at the bottom of the threaded column 4, so as to stably mounted the sofa on the ground.
[0025] In one embodiment, the supporting legs 31 include four supporting legs 4, and the four supporting legs 4 are uniformly disposed at a periphery of the mounting frame 1. An anti-skid pattern 6 is disposed at the bottom of each of the supporting legs 31. For improving placement stability of the sofa, the four supporting legs 31 are fixedly disposed on the sofa base, and the sofa is supported by the four supporting legs 31, so as to stably place the sofa on the ground. Meanwhile, for preventing the sofa from sliding on the ground, the anti-ski pattern is disposed at a bottom of each of the four supporting legs 31, so as to increase a friction force between the four supporting legs 31 and the ground, which is convenient for stable use of the sofa.
[0026] In the present disclosure, the backrest 2 is also assembled on the mounting frame 1, for ensuring that the backrest 2 is stably disposed on the mounting frame 1, a positioning component 7 is disposed in each of the connecting blocks 33. An interior of each of the connecting blocks 33 is hollow, an opening is defined on a side surface of each of the connecting blocks 33, and the positioning component 7 is clamped with the interior of each of the connecting blocks 33, so as to fixedly mounted the backrest 2 on the mounting frame 1, and the sofa may be stably used.
[0027] In actual use, the supporting plates 32 are welded to the inner side of the mounting frame 1, for limiting the supporting plates 32, a connecting rod 8 is fixedly disposed at a side surface of each of the supporting legs 31, a side surface of the connecting rod 8 is in close contact with one end of each of the supporting plates 32. The connecting rod 8 and one side surface of the mounting frame 1 are fixedly mounted, so as to limit the supporting plates 32, and the sofa may be stably used.
[0028] In the present disclosure, the supporting legs 31 and the mounting frame 1 are fixedly formed through the bolts, and the mounting frame 1 and the connecting rod 8 are also welded. For conveniently mounting and using the supporting legs 31 and the connecting rod 8, blocking sheets 9 are fixedly connected to ends of the mounting frame 1, and the blocking sheets 9 are fixedly connected to the supporting legs 31 through the bolts, and the supporting legs 31 and the connecting rod 8 are respectively and fixedly connected to the blocking sheets 9 through the bolts, so that the supporting legs 31 and the connecting rod 8 may be respectively and fixedly connected and used with the mounting frame 1.
[0029] Specifically, a working process or a working principle are as following.
[0030] Currently, most of sofas need to be assembled, a sofa base and a backrest are first assembled to form an assembled frame, and then a sponge block is mounted on the assembled frame, so as to manufacture a sofa.
[0031] However, when assembling the sofa base, plates of the sofa base are fixedly connected through bolts, and using the bolts not only needs an external machine for help, but also needs to be drilled holes in advance, which increases process and wastes time. Therefore, the present disclosure provides the assembly structure of the sofa base to solve such problem, and specific operations are as following. According to the present disclosure, the mounting frame 1 is I-shaped, and the blocking sheets 9 are fixedly disposed at the ends of the mounting frame 1, and the blocking sheets 9 are made of metal materials, so that the supporting legs 31 may be welded to the blocking sheets 9, and the connecting rod 8 is also welded on each of the blocking sheets 9 to form a hollow base, and then the supporting plates 32 are disposed at the inner side of the mounting frame 1. For improving working efficiency, the supporting plates 32 are directly clamped in the mounting frame 1, and two ends of each of the supporting plates respectively abut against an inner side surface of the connecting rod 8. In the present disclosure, the supporting plates 32 have a certain toughness, so that the supporting plates 32 may be slightly bent, so as to clamp the supporting plates 32 at the inner side of the mounting frame 1.
[0032] The supporting plates include a plurality of the supporting plates, as above mentioned, the plurality of the supporting plates 32 are disposed at the inner side of the mounting frame 1, and at this time, the sofa base may be shaped, and then the connecting blocks 33 are fixedly connected to the backrest 2, and the connecting blocks 33 are clamped at the one end of the mounting frame 1. In order to prevent the connecting blocks 33 from sliding on the one end of the mounting frame 1, the positioning component 7 is clamped inside each of the connecting blocks 33, so that the connecting blocks 33 are positioned at the one end of the mounting frame 1, the connecting blocks 33 is not capable of moving, thereby stably using the backrest 2.
