    Abstract

    The present utility patent discloses an outdoor folding table with a sauce box: including a table body and two table leg frames that are respectively hinged on left and right sides of the table body. One side of the table body is movably installed a sauce box, wherein the sauce box further includes an inner side board, an outer side board, a bottom board and a pair of folding board units. One folding board unit includes a first folding board and a second folding board that are hinged to each other. Each first folding board is respectively hinged with front and rear ends of the inner side board, and each second folding board is respectively hinged with front and rear ends of the outer side board. The inner side board, the outer side board and the folding board units enclose and form a sauce storage cavity.

    Claims

    1. An outdoor folding table with a sauce box, comprising a table body and two table leg frames arranged symmetrically, wherein upper surface of the table body is arranged a table top and the two table leg frames are respectively hinged on left and right sides of the table body; a folding blocking mechanism is arranged between each table leg frame and the table body, wherein at least one side of the table body is movably installed a sauce box; the sauce box further comprises an inner side board, an outer side board, a bottom board and a pair of folding board units, wherein each folding board unit comprise a first folding board and a second folding board that are hinged to each other; the first folding boards of each folding board unit are respectively hinged with front and rear ends of the inner side board, and the second folding boards of each two folding board unit are respectively hinged with front and rear ends of the outer side board; the inner side board, the outer side board and the folding board units enclose and form a sauce storage cavity; the bottom board is movably installed at bottom of the sauce storage cavity, and outer side of the inner side board is movably installed at one side of the table body.

The outdoor folding table with a sauce box according to claim 1, wherein bottoms of the inner side board and the outer side board are bent inward to form a fixing part; left and right sides of the bottom board are abutted and matched with the fixing part of the inner side board and the outer side board respectively; one side of the bottom board is hinged to the fixing part of the inner side board or the outer side board through the hinge, and the bottom board is provided with at least one drain outlet penetrating the bottom board.

The outdoor folding table with a sauce box according to claim 2, wherein the sauce box is further provided with a paper towel holder, and the paper towel holder comprises a fixed hook and an L shaped paper holder rod, wherein paper towel holder is provided with a connecting section and a fixed section; one end of the connecting section is fixedly connected to the fixed hook, and other end of the connecting section is integrally formed with the fixed section; the connecting section is arranged horizontally; angle between the connecting section and the fixed section is less than 90 degrees; the outer side board is provided with a fixing hole, and the fixed hook passes through the fixing hole to hang on the outer side board.

The outdoor folding table with a sauce box according to claim 3, wherein the sauce box is further provided with a plurality of storage hooks, the outer side board is provided with a plurality of fixing holes at intervals, each storage hook and the fixed hook pass through the fixing holes to hang on the outer side board respectively, and the outer side board is further provided with an open-close opening.

The outdoor folding table with a sauce box according to claim 1, wherein the inner side board of the sauce box is fixedly connected to one side of the table body through screws, and other side of the table body is provided with an extension board, wherein the extension board is provided with at least two spaced apart connecting pieces on one side facing towards the table body; lower part of the connecting piece is provided with connecting slots with an opening facing downwards, and the table body is provided with fixing slots on an corresponding side; the connecting pieces are inserted into fixing slots, and the connecting slots are inserted into the table body; and when the outdoor folding table is unfolded, upper surface of the extension board is located at same horizontal plane as the table top.

The outdoor folding table with a sauce box according to claim 1, wherein the table leg frame is further provided with a garbage rack, and the garbage rack comprises two support rods and a connecting rod, wherein left and right ends of the connecting rod are respectively fixedly connected or integrally formed with outer ends of the two support rods; a limiting part extends upward from inner ends of the two support rods, and the table leg frame is provided with two inserting holes; the limiting part passes through the inserting holes and abuts to match with the table leg frame; and middle parts of the two support rods are respectively curved with upwardly protruding hanging convex parts for hanging garbage bags.

    7. The outdoor folding table with a sauce box according to claim 6, wherein the hanging convex part comprises a horizontal section and two vertical sections arranged at both ends of the horizontal section; angle between each vertical section and the horizontal section is less than 90 degrees.

    8. The outdoor folding table with a sauce box according to claim 1, wherein a bottle opener and a magnetic fixing holder are arranged on front side of the table body, a table pad is pasted on the table top.

The outdoor folding table with a sauce box according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the table body is a box with an opening facing downwards, and an accommodating cavity is arranged in the the table body; one side of the table body is hinged with a tubular push-pull handle; both ends of the push-pull handle are respectively hinged with the table body; a push-pull locking mechanism is arranged between the table body and the push-pull handle; the push-pull locking mechanism locks and matches with the push-pull handle; when the outdoor folding table is folded, the push-pull handle and the table leg frames are arranged in the accommodating cavity, and lifting handles are arranged on two sides of the table body.

The outdoor folding table with a sauce box according to claim 9, wherein each table leg frame includes two frame legs and at least one reinforced cross bar, the four corners of the table body are respectively provided with a support leg, and upper end of each frame leg of the two table leg frames is hinged with each support leg; the folding locking mechanism is arranged on the support leg, and the folding locking mechanism is bolted and matched with the frame leg; two ends of the push-pull handle are respectively hinged to the two support legs on same side; the push-pull locking mechanism is arranged at ends of the push-pull handle, the push-pull handle is bolted and matched with one of the support legs, and the reinforcing cross bar is connected between the two frame legs, at least one reinforcing cross bar is provided with a folding latch, and the folding latch is bolted and matched with the the table body; a storage board is further arranged between the two table leg frames, and left and right sides of the storage board are fixedly connected to two reinforcing cross bars through screws; lower ends of the two frame legs of one table leg frame are respectively provided with a fixed wheel, and lower ends of the two frame legs of the other table leg frame are respectively provided with a universal locking wheel.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

    [0034] An outdoor folding table with a sauce box, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, includes a table body 1 and two symmetrically arranged table leg frames 2. A table top is arranged on upper surface of the table body 1, and the two tables leg frames 2 are respectively hinged to left and right sides of the table body 1. A folding locking mechanism 15 is arranged between the two table leg frames 2 and the table body 1. The characteristic is that at least one side of the table body 1 is movably installed with a sauce box 3. The sauce box 3 includes an inner side board 31, an outer side board 32, a bottom board 33 and two folding board units 34. Each of two folding board units 34 includes a first folding board 341 and a second folding board 342 that are hinged to each other. The first folding boards 341 of the two folding board units 34 are respectively hinged to front and rear ends of the inner side board 31. The second folding boards 342 of the two folding board units 34 are respectively hinged to front and rear ends of the outer side board 32. The inner side board 31, the outer side board 32 and the two folding board units 34 enclose to form a sauce storage cavity 35. The bottom board 33 is movably arranged at bottom of the sauce storage cavity 35, and outer side of the inner side board 31 is movably installed on one side of the table body 1. The traditional outdoor folding table is not provided with a sauce box, and the seasonings can only be placed on the table top, occupying space of the table top, resulting in a small carrying capacity of the outdoor folding table and inconvenience to take the seasonings. However, the present utility patent stores the seasonings in the sauce box 3, which is easy to take and use; the sauce box 3 is arranged on one side of the table body 11, which does not occupy space of the table top and increases the load capacity; after the sauce box 3 is removed or the bottom board 33 is rotated, the two folding board units 34 enable the inner side board 31 and the outer side board 32 to be close to each other, thereby enabling the sauce box 3 to be folded without occupying space and facilitating storage and transportation.

Left and right sides of the bottom board 33 abuts to match with the fixing part 36 of the inner side board 31 and the outer side board 32 respectively. The paper holder rod 382 is made of a bent rod, and the angle between the connecting section 383 and the fixed section 384 is less than 90 degrees, which can tilt the roll paper inward, prevent the roll paper from falling off due to collision, and improve reliability and stability.
