[0033] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, one embodiment of the present disclosure provides an explosion-proof zipper 100, which includes a first zipper 1, a second zipper 2, a left extension tape 3, a right extension tape 4, and a slider. The first zipper 1 includes a first left zipper tape 11, a first right zipper tape 12, a first left zipper tooth 13, and a first right zipper tooth 14. The first left zipper tooth 13 is sewn to one end of the first left zipper tape 11 through a sewing line 7, and the first right zipper tooth 14 is sewn to one end of the first right zipper tape 12 through the sewing line 7. The first left zipper tooth 13 and the first right zipper tooth 14 can be fittingly engaged to each other. The second zipper 2 includes a second left zipper tape 21, a second right zipper tape 22, a second left zipper tooth 23, and a second right zipper tooth 24. The second left zipper tooth 23 is sewn to one end of the second left zipper tape 21 through the sewing line 7, and the second right zipper tooth 24 is sewn to one end of the second right zipper tape 22 through the sewing line 7. The second left zipper tooth 23 and the second right zipper tooth 24 can be fittingly engaged to each other. One end of the left extension tape 3 is integrally woven with the first left zipper tape 11 and the second left zipper tape 21, making a T shape. Specifically, the one end of the left extension tape 3 is integrally woven with an end of the first left zipper tape 11 far from the first left zipper tooth 13 and an end of the second left zipper tape 21 far from the second left zipper tooth 23. Another end of the left extension tape 3 is configured to be sewn to bags, clothing, and other items (not shown in the figures). One end of the right extension tape 4 is integrally woven with the first right zipper tape 12 and the second right zipper tape 22, making a T shape. Specifically, the one end of the right extension tape 4 is integrally woven with an end of the first right zipper tape 12 far from the first right zipper tooth 14 and an end of the second right zipper tape 22 far from the second right zipper tooth 24. Another end of the right extension tape 4 is configured to be sewn to bags, clothing, and other items. The slider is used to enable the first left zipper tooth 13 and the first right zipper tooth 14 to be fittingly engaged or disengaged and to enable the second left zipper tooth 23 and the second right zipper tooth 24 to be fittingly engaged or disengaged. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first left zipper tape 11, the first right zipper tape 12, the second left zipper tape 21, the second right zipper tape 22, the left extension tape 3, and the right extension tape 4 are all made of fabric. Preferably, the fabric has a certain degree of elasticity. Each of the first left zipper tooth 13, the first right zipper tooth 14, the second left zipper tooth 23, and the second right zipper tooth 24 is made of a spiral resin zipper tooth. Alternatively, each of the first left zipper tooth 13, the first right zipper tooth 14, the second left zipper tooth 23, and the second right zipper tooth 24 can be made of metal or other materials in other embodiments, but is not limited herein.

[0034] The explosion-proof zipper 100 has the first left zipper tooth 13 sewn to the one end of the first left zipper tape 11, the second left zipper tooth 23 sewn to the one end of the second left zipper tape 21, the first right zipper tooth 14 sewn to the one end of the first right zipper tape 12, and the second right zipper tooth 24 sewn to the one end of the second right zipper tape 22. Additionally, the left extension tape 3, the first left zipper tape 11, and the second left zipper tape 21 are integrally formed so that the left extension tape 3, the first left zipper tape 11, and the second left zipper tape 21 are connected to form a T-shaped structure. The right extension tape 4, the first right zipper tape 12, and the second right zipper tape 22 are integrally, so that the right extension tape 4, the first right zipper tape 12, and the second right zipper tape 22 are connected to form a T-shaped structure. That is, the zipper teeth on the same side are not sewn on both sides of the same zipper tape through the same sewing line 7. In this way, the zipper tooth gaps of the zipper tooth on the same side are not on the same line. When a sharp object (not shown in the figures) pierces through the zipper tooth gap of the first left zipper tooth 13, it is more likely to pierce into the second left zipper tooth 23 or the zipper tape, providing the explosion-proof zipper 100 with excellent anti-puncture performance. Additionally, as the explosion-proof zipper includes the first zipper 1 and the second zipper 2 that are independent from each other, it has excellent anti-explosion performance.

[0035] Optionally, referring to FIG. 4, in the present embodiment, the first left zipper tooth 13 is sewn to an outer side of the first left zipper tape 11 through the 7, the first right zipper tooth 14 is sewn to an outer side of the first right zipper tape 12 through the sewing line 7, the second left zipper tooth 23 is sewn to an outer side of the second left zipper tape 21 through the sewing line 7, and the second right zipper tooth 24 is sewn to an outer side of the second right zipper tape 22 through the sewing line 7.

[0036] Referring to FIG. 4, in the present embodiment, to further enhance the anti-puncture performance of the explosion-proof zipper 100, a tooth gap where the first left zipper tooth 13 is fittingly engaged to the first right zipper tooth 14 and a tooth gap where the second left zipper tooth 23 is fittingly engaged to the second right zipper tooth 24 are misaligned. Specifically, such configuration can cause that a width of the first left zipper tape 11 is different from a width of the second left zipper tape 21, and a width of the first right zipper tape 12 is different from a width of the second right zipper tape 22. If the zipper tooth sizes are the same, then the width of the first left zipper tape 11 plus the width of the first right zipper tape 12 should be equal to the width of the second left zipper tape 21 plus the width of the second right zipper tape 22. Certainly, in other embodiments, the zipper tooth sizes can also differ, or it may not be necessary to make the widths equal, as long as the tooth gap of the first left and right zipper tooth are misaligned with the tooth gap of the second left and right zipper tooth, but is not limited herein.

[0037] Optionally, in one embodiment, a size of the first left zipper tooth 13 is different from a size of the second left zipper tooth 23, so that the zipper tooth gaps of the first zipper 1 and the second zipper 2 are easily staggered, and thus the majority of these gaps are not on the same line. Such configuration allows the sharp object, after piercing the gap of the first left zipper tooth 13, to more easily pierce into the second left zipper tooth 23 or its tape, providing the explosion-proof zipper 100 with between anti-puncture performance.

[0038] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, in the present embodiment, to allow the zipper to expand when used on bags or clothing, a width of the first zipper 1 is greater than a width of the second zipper 2. That is, the width of the first left zipper tape 11 plus the width of the first right zipper tape 12, the width of the first left zipper tooth 13, and the width of the first right zipper tooth 14 is greater than the width of the second left zipper tape 21 plus the width of the second right zipper tape 22, the width of the second left zipper tooth 23, and the width of the second right zipper tooth 24. Thus, when more space is needed, the second zipper 2 can be separated, and only the first zipper 1 needs to be zipped up. When no space expansion is required, both the first zipper 1 and the second zipper 2 can be zipped up to restore normalcy.

[0039] Optionally, referring to FIG. 4, in the present embodiment, to achieve the engagement or the disengagement of the first zipper 1 and the second zipper 2, the slider includes a first slider 5 and a second slider 6. The first slider 5 is for making the first left zipper tooth 13 and the first right zipper tooth 14 engaged or disengaged, and the second slider 6 is for making the second left zipper tooth 23 and the second right zipper tooth 24 engaged or disengaged. The specific structure of the first slider 5 and the second slider 6 is based on existing technology and will be not reiterated herein.

    Embodiment 2

[0040] The present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, with the difference being that the first left zipper tooth 13 is sewn to an inner side of the first left zipper tape 11 through the sewing line 7, the first right zipper tooth 14 is sewn to an inner side of the first right zipper tape 12 through the sewing line 7, the second left zipper tooth 23 is sewn to an inner side of the second left zipper tape 21 through the sewing line 7, and the second right zipper tooth 24 is sewn to an inner side of the second right zipper tape 22 through the sewing line 7. Such configuration prevents the teeth of the first zipper 1 from directly facing items in the bag or package, reducing the collision between the teeth and the items. In addition, such configuration prevents the teeth of the second zipper 2 from directly facing an outside world, reducing the collision between its teeth and external objects. This gives the explosion-proof zipper 100 the advantage of less tooth damage and lower risk of bursting.

    Embodiment 3

[0041] The present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, with the difference that the slider is a dual-layer slider 8, with a first layer used to make the first left zipper tooth 13 and the first right zipper tooth 14 engaged or disengaged, and a second layer used to make the second left zipper tooth 23 and the second right zipper tooth 24 engaged or disengaged. Such configuration allows a single slider to control the engagement or disengagement of the first zipper 1 and the second zipper 2, making the operation of engaging or disengaging the explosion-proof zipper 100 more convenient.

[0042] Due to the bag's curvature, an arc radius formed by the first zipper 1 of the explosion-proof zipper 100 is greater than an arc radius formed by the second zipper 2. Referring to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, in the present embodiment, to ensure the dual-layer slider 8 can smoothly and seamlessly engage the first zipper 1 to the second zipper 2 or disengage the first zipper 1 from the second zipper 2, the first layer of the dual-layer slider 8 is arranged in front of the second layer of the dual-layer slider 8, allowing the first zipper 1 to be engagedly connected or separated at the bag's curves first, followed by the second zipper 2. Specifically, the dual-layer slider 8 has, from top to bottom, a top plate 81, a middle plate 82, and a bottom plate 83 that are arranged in parallel. The top plate 81 is connected to the middle plate 82 through a first guide column 84, and the middle plate 82 is connected to the bottom plate 83 through a second guide column 85. The top plate 81, the middle plate 82, and the first guide column 84 form the first layer of the dual-layer slider 8. The middle plate 82, the bottom plate 83, and the second guide column 85 form the second layer of the dual-layer slider 8. A front end of the bottom plate 83 is arranged behind a front end of the first guide column 84. In this way, such configuration arranges the first layer of the dual-layer slider 8 in front of the second layer of the dual-layer slider 8.

[0043] Specifically, each of two sides of the top plate 81 has a first top wing 811 extending downward, each of two sides of an upper surface of the middle plate 82 has a first guide flange 821 matching with the first top wing 811, and each of two sides of a lower surface of the middle plate 82 has a second top wing 822 extending downward. Each of two sides of the bottom plate 83 has a second guide flange 831 matching with the second top wing 822. By means of the configuration, the first layer of the dual-layer slider 8, with the top plate 81 having the first top wings 811, the middle plate 82 having the first guide flanges 821, and the first guide column 84, is engaged to or disengaged from the first zipper 1. The second layer of the dual-layer slider 8, with the middle plate 82 having the second top wings 822, the bottom plate 83 having the second guide flange 831, and the second guide column 85, is engaged to or disengaged from the second zipper 2.

    Embodiment 4

[0044] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, with the difference that the first zipper 1 of the explosion-proof zipper 100 also includes a third left zipper tooth 15 sewn to an inner side of the first left zipper tape 11, and a third right zipper tooth 16 sewn to an inner side of the first right zipper tape 12.

[0045] Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only to illustrate the technical solution of the present disclosure and are not limiting. Although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to these embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that modifications or equivalent replacements of some or all of the technical features can still be made, without departing from the scope of the technical solutions described in these embodiments.
