[0040] Referring to FIGS. 1-6, the present invention provides a wig-fixing strap 10.

[0041] As shown in FIG. 1, this wig-fixing strap 10 includes a base body part 100 and a connecting part 200, wherein the base body part 100 may be used to encircle a user's head.

[0042] Optionally, the base body part 100 may horizontally encircle the user's head.

[0043] Optionally, the base body part 100 may also obliquely encircle the user's head, wherein a portion close to the forehead acts as a high point.

[0044] In an optional example, the base body part 100 may directly encircle the user's head in a form of an annular structure or a partial annular structure (similar to a hair band) during use, and at least partially surround the side of the user's head after wearing. As the diameter of the human head varies from its top to its side, changes corresponding to this enable the base body part 100 to relatively fixedly encircle the user's head, so as to achieve the fixation with the user's head without additional adhesive.

[0045] Optionally, the connecting part 200 is set on the base body part 100, which may be used to fit and connect with and the wig 20.

[0046] In an optional example, the wig 20 may be worn on the user's head as a whole, and then holds on the user's head, specifically on the top of the head, and also fits and connects with the connecting part 200 of the wig-fixing strap 10, in this way holding on the top of the user's head and connecting with the connecting part 200 can make the wig 20 maintain stable. That is, the wig 20 may be fairly well fixed on the user's head under a supporting force of the top of the head, a fixing force of the wig-fixing strap 10 in a radial direction (or an outward fixing force) and its own gravity. And, there is no need to additionally set an adhesive between the wig 20 and the scalp on the top of the head.

[0047] In the above example, by way of providing the wig-fixing strap 10 and the wig 20, this enables the wig-fixing strap 10 including the base body part 100 and the connecting part 200 fit with the wig 20, thus the base body part 100 encircles on the user's head, and the connecting part 200 is set on the base body part 100, in this way the connecting part 200 fits with the wig 20, so that the wig 20 holds on the user's scalp and may be fixed with the peripheral base body part 100, thereby greatly improving wearing stability of the wig 20, without additional adhesive between the wig 20 and the user's scalp, lessening the impact on the user's scalp and helping to ameliorate the health of the user's scalp.

[0048] As shown in FIGS. 1-3, in an optional example, the base body part 100 includes a left portion 110, a forehead portion 120 and a right portion 130 that are connected sequentially.

[0049] In an optional example, when the base body part 100 is worn on the user's head, the left portion 110 mostly corresponds to the left portion of the user's head (mainly the left sideburn) and may also correspond to a part of the left temple; the right portion 130 mostly corresponds to the right portion of the user's head (mainly the right sideburn) and may also correspond to a part of the right temple; the forehead portion 120 mainly corresponds to the forehead of the user's head, so that the base body part 100 encircles the user's head.

[0050] In an optional example, the connecting part 200 may be positioned at least on the left portion 110 and the right portion 130.

[0051] In an optional example, when the connecting part 200 fits with the wig 20, the left portion 110 and the right portion 130 support the wig 20 from both sides.

[0052] In an optional example, the left portion 110 and the right portion 13 can exert a certain fixing pull force to the wig 20 from both sides (this is similar to pulling the wig 20 to both sides by hand, thus the support of the top of the head generates a force that makes the wig 20 close to the scalp, so as to ensure that the wig 20 may be fairly well worn on the user's head).

[0053] In an optional example, at least parts of the connecting part 200 may also be set on the forehead portion 120.

[0054] Optionally, the connecting part 200 may be all positioned on the left portion 110 and the right portion 130, or one part is positioned on the left portion 110 and the right portion 130, and another part is positioned on the forehead portion 120, however these arrangements are not limited herein.

[0055] In an optional example, as shown in FIG. 7, the wig-fixing strap 10 further includes an anti-sliding part 101 disposed on the base body part 100.

[0056] Optionally, when the base body part 100 is worn on the user's head, the anti-sliding part 101 is positioned on one side of the base body part 100 close to the head, so it can effectively alleviate relative sliding movement between the base body part 100 and the head, thereby enhancing the friction force against the head and improving the stability of fixation.

[0057] In an optional example, the anti-sliding part 101 may be specifically an anti-sliding strap, which may be particularly an O-shaped anti-sliding strap, and may be arranged in the length direction of the base body part 100, so as to achieve a better anti-sliding effect.

[0058] In an optional example, the anti-sliding part 101 may also be set on the forehead portion 120. In an optional example, the connecting part 200 incudes a first buckle area 210 set on the left portion 110 and a second buckle area 220 set on the right portion 130.

[0059] In an optional example, at least one among the left portion 110, the forehead portion 120 and the right portion 130 has a flexible structure or an elastic structure, so that the base body part 100 may be elastically clasped on the user's head, that is, elastically worn on the user's head.

[0060] Optionally, at least one among the left portion 110, the forehead portion 120 and the right portion 130 has a cotton structure with elastic straps/rubber straps.

[0061] In other examples, the left portion 110, the forehead portion 120 and the right portion 130 have elastic cotton cloths or other sweat-absorbing structures as a whole, however these structures are not limited herein.

[0062] In an optional example, the left portion 110, the forehead portion 120 and the right portion 130 may be integrally formed or formed by connecting separate parts.

[0063] In an optional example, the connecting part 200 is positioned inside the base body part 100, that is, one side close to the user's scalp, so that the base body part 100 can hold the wig 20 together with the head.

[0064] In an optional example, the connecting part 200 may also be positioned outside the base body part 100, so that on fitting with the connecting part 200, the wig 20 may be correctly aligned with the connecting part 200.

[0065] Optionally, the anti-sliding part 101 is positioned inside the base body part 100.

[0066] As shown in FIG. 1, the first buckle area 210 includes a plurality of first buckling holes 211, and the second buckle area 220 includes a plurality of second buckling holes 221.

[0067] Optionally, the plurality of first buckling holes 211 and the plurality of second buckling holes 221 are used to fit with a comb-like piece 310 of the wig 20.

[0068] In other examples, the first buckle area 210 and the second buckle area 220 may also include other buckle structures, wherein the wig 20 also has a corresponding buckle fitting structure, which can fit with the buckle structure, however these structures are not limited herein.

[0069] In an optional example, the first buckle area 210 is positioned in the direction of the left portion 110 away from the forehead portion 120, and the second buckle area 220 is positioned in the direction of the right portion 130 away from the forehead portion 130.

[0070] Optionally, such an arrangement as that the first buckle area 210 is positioned in the direction of the left portion 110 away from the forehead portion 120 and the second buckle area 220 is positioned in the direction of the right portion 130 away from the forehead portion 130, makes the fixing point of the base body part 100 of the wig 20 close to the back of the head respectively, and further fit with the fixing point positioned at the forehead, so that the wig 20 may be fairly well worn on the user's head through triangular fixation.

[0071] In an optional example, the wig-fixing strap 10 further includes an extension portion 140 that is connected to the forehead portion 120 in the length of the forehead portion 120.

[0072] The extension portion 140 is used to fit with at least parts of the user's forehead when the base body part 100 encircles the user's head.

[0073] In an optional example, the extension portion 140 may be transparent or translucent.

[0074] In an optional example, the extension portion 140 may be specifically made of silicon, rubber, other materials somewhat ductile, and nylon. The extension portion 140 fits with at least parts of the user's forehead when the base body part 100 encircles the user's head.

[0075] In an optional example, the extension portion 140 may be specifically used to fit with a front band 320 of the wig 20, optionally the extension portion 140 may particularly stick on the front band 320 of the wig 20. The arrangement of the extension portion 140 makes it achievable to only apply glue on the front band 320, not directly on the user's forehead skin, so as to effectively protect the user's skin.

[0076] Optionally, the wig 20 may be triangularly fixed fairly well by means of the point positioned on the forehead and two points positioned on the left and right of the back of the head.

[0077] As shown in FIGS. 1-2, in an optional example, the extension portion 140 is positioned in the groove 150 formed by the left portion 110, the forehead portion 120 and the right portion 130.

[0078] In an optional example, the two ends of the extension portion 140 are further connected to the left portion 110 and the right portion 130, respectively.

[0079] Optionally, the extension portion 140 is disposed in the groove 150 and its three sides are connected to the left portion 110, the forehead portion 120 and the right portion 130, respectively, so that when the base body part 100 is worn on the user's head, the left portion 110, the forehead portion 120 and the right portion 130 together stretch the extension portion 140 to a certain extent, and the extension portion 140 can fairly well fit with the user's forehead and spread out, so as to make it more convenient to fit with the wig 20.

    [0080] As shown in FIG. 2, the left portion 110 includes a U-shaped left ear-dodging portion 111, and the right portion 130 includes a U-shaped right ear-dodging portion 131.

[0081] Optionally, an anti-sliding silicone piece is inside the U-shaped left ear-dodging portion 111 and the U-shaped right ear-dodging portion 131.

[0082] Optionally, the U-shaped left ear-dodging portion 111 is specifically used to dodge the user's left ear when the base body part 100 is worn on the user's head, and similarly, the U-shaped right ear-dodging portion 131 is specifically used to dodge the user's right ear when the base body part 100 is worn on the user's head, so as to reduce the pressure of the base body part 100 on the left and right ears, thereby lessening the discomfort arising from the entire wig-fixing strap 10.

[0083] In addition, optionally, the U-shaped left ear-dodging portion 111 can also further fit with the user's left ear shape, similarly, the U-shaped right ear-dodging portion 13 can also fit with the right ear shape, so that the wig-fixing strap 10 can partially exert a force to the left and right ears, thereby improving the stability of the entire wig-fixing strap 10.

[0084] As shown in FIG. 4, in an optional example, the base body part 100 has an integrally-connected circular structure, that is, the base body part 100 may be an integral full ring similar to a rubber band. On wearing, the base body part 10 is clasped the top of the user's head downwards and elastically lies on the top of the user's head, so as to achieve wearing, so that it may be stably fixed on the top of the user's head.

[0085] As shown in FIG. 5, in an optional example, the base body part 100 has an integrally-connected annular structure, or it may be an open non-full ring (similar to a headset or a headband), thus the base body part 100 is clasped on the user's head under its clasping force, however these structures are not limited herein.

[0086] As shown in FIG. 3, in an optional example, the base body part 100 can also have a strip-shaped structure; one end of the left portion 110 away from the forehead portion 120 is provided with a first connector 112, and one end of the right portion 130 away from the forehead portion 120 is provided with a second connector 132, wherein the first connector 112 is used to adjustably connect with the second connector 132, so that the base body part 111 forms a ring-shaped structure that can encircle the user's head.

[0087] In an optional example, one among the first connector 112 and the second connector 132 may be a nylon hook strap of a pair of Velcro straps, and the other is a nylon velvet strap of a pair of Velcro straps, thus the nylon hook strap and the nylon velvet strap enable the first connector 112 and the second connector 132 to quickly connect with each other.

[0088] In other examples, one among the first connector 112 and the second connector 132 is a hook piece, and the other is a ring piece, thus the hook piece and ring piece enable the first connector 112 and the second connector 132 to quickly connect with each other.

[0089] In an optional example, that the first connector 112 is used to adjustable connect with the second connector 132 in the above example refers to that at least one among the first connector 112 and the second connector 132 has a certain length, or has a plurality of connection positions, so that the connection positions of the first connector 112 and the second connector 132 may be adjusted. Thus, this design enables the size and tension of the entire base body part 100 to be adjusted when worn on the user's head, so as to provide better convenience for wearing.

[0090] In an optional example, the present application also provides a wig piece that includes a wig 20 and a wig-fixing strap 10 described in any of the above examples.

[0091] As shown in FIG. 6, the wig 20 includes a holding portion 300 and a wig portion 400 disposed on the holding portion 300, and the holding portion 300 is used for wearing on the user's head and fits and connects with the connecting part 200.

[0092] In an optional example, the connecting part 200 includes a plurality of first buckle holes 211 and a plurality of second buckle holes 221, wherein the holding portion 300 includes the comb-like piece 310, which is used to fit with a plurality of first buckle holes 211 and a plurality of second buckle holes 221. Their specific fit mode has been explained in the above examples, so it will not be repeated herein.

[0093] In an optional example, the holding portion 300 further includes the front band 320, which is used to fit with the extension portion 140. Their specific fit mode has been explained in the above examples, so it will not be repeated herein.

[0094] By way of providing the wig-fixing strap 10 and the wig piece 30, the present invention enables the wig-fixing strap 10 including the base body part 100 and the connecting part 200 fit with the wig 20, thus the base body part 100 encircles on the user's head, and the connecting part 200 is set on the base body part 100, in this way the connecting part 200 fits with the wig 20, so that the wig 20 holds on the user's scalp and may be fixed with the peripheral base body part 100, thereby greatly improving wearing stability of the wig 20, without additional adhesive between the wig and the user's scalp, lessening the impact on the user's scalp and helping to ameliorate the health of the user's scalp.

[0095] The above content is only a partial embodiment of the present invention, and does not pose any limitation on the protection scope of the present invention, and all changes for equivalent devices or equivalent processes made by way of using the contents of the description and drawings of the present invention, or directly or indirectly utilizing them in other related technical fields fall within the protection scope of the present invention in the same manner.
