[0022] This embodiment relates to a power-assisted fitness exercise equipment, as shown in FIGS. 1-6, comprising: a frame 1, a thrust training mechanism 2 and a tension training mechanism 3. The thrust training mechanism 2 is connected to the frame 1 and is used for bodybuilders to perform vertical thrust training. The tension training mechanism 3 is connected to the frame 1 and is used for bodybuilders to perform tension training. The tension training mechanism 3 comprises: two sets of counterweights 301, two sets of pulley components 302 and two sets of pulling wires 303. The two sets of counterweights 301 are arranged at bottom on both sides of frame 1 respectively. Two sets of pulley components 302 are arranged oppositely to each other. A part of each set of pulley components 302 is arranged on a set of counterweights 301 and the other part is arranged on one side of the frame 1. Two sets of pulling wires 303 are arranged oppositely to each other, and each set of pulling wires 303 is respectively arranged on a set of pulley components 302. One end of the pulling wires 303 is connected to the thrust training mechanism 2, and the other end of the pulling wires 303 is pulled by the bodybuilder to drive a set of counterweights 301 to move up and down.

[0023] It should be noted that two sets of pulling wires 303 of the tension training mechanism 3 are respectively connected to the thrust training mechanism 2, so that when the bodybuilder performs vertical thrust training of weight lifting through the thrust training mechanism 2, the tension training mechanism 3 can hinder the bodybuilder from lifting the thrust training mechanism 2, and at the same time, the tension training mechanism 3 can hinder the thrust training mechanism 2 from moving vertically downward under the action of its own gravity, thereby achieving to slow down the falling speed of the thrust training mechanism 2 and avoid the thrust training mechanism 2 to fall on the bodybuilder and cause injury.

[0024] The bodybuilder can pull one end of one set of pulling wires 303 or of two sets of pulling wires 303 at the same time, the pulling wires 303 will pull one set of counterweights 301 or two sets of counterweights 301 through the pulley component 302, so that the bodybuilder can perform tension training according to different needs.

[0025] In one embodiment, the thrust training mechanism 2 comprises: a first guiding rod 201, a guiding sleeve 202 and a barbell rod 203.

Both of the two first guiding rods 201 are vertically distributed. The guiding sleeve 202 is arranged on the first guiding rod 201 and can slide up and down relative to the first guiding rod 201. There are two guiding sleeves 202, and the two guiding sleeves 202 are respectively sleeved on the two first guiding rods 201, and can slide up and down relative to the first guiding rod 201. The two guiding sleeves 202 are respectively connected to one end of the two sets of pulling wires 303. The barbell rod 203 is arranged horizontally in the frame 1, and the positions near ends of the barbell rod 203 are fixedly connected to two guiding sleeves 202 respectively. One part of the guiding sleeve 202 is sleeved on the barbell rod 203 and the other part is sleeved on the first guiding rod 201. Specifically, the guiding sleeve 202 comprises a transverse sleeve and a vertical sleeve. The transverse sleeve is sleeved on the barbell rod 203. A first fixing piece is integrally arranged on outer side wall of the transverse sleeve, and the vertical sleeve is sleeved on the guiding rod 201. A second fixing piece is integrally arranged on outer side wall of the vertical sleeve. The first fixing piece and the second fixing piece face to each other and are fixed by screws.

[0027] Optionally, in order to realize the connection between the tension training mechanism 3 and the thrust training mechanism 2 and realize that the counterweight 301 hinders the movement of the barbell rod 203, a fixing ring 204 is arranged on one side of the guiding sleeve 202 away from the barbell rod 203. The tension training mechanism 3 further comprises two first limiting parts 319 and two handles 318. One end of each set of pulling wires 303 is connected to a handle 318, and the other end is connected to a first limiting part 319.
