    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0040] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure are clearly and completely described below. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of present disclosure without making creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of present disclosure.

[0041] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 8, a convertible chair-bed provided by this embodiment includes a fixed bed frame 1, a movable bed frame 2, a head frame body 3, a hip frame body 4, a leg frame body 5, and a tail frame body 6 that can form a bed surface, and a rear extension rod 7, a diagonal stay 8, a rotating stand 9, a first telescopic rod 10, a second telescopic rod 11, and a connecting frame 12. Both the first telescopic rod 10 and the second telescopic rod 11 are electrical extension rods.

[0042] The head frame body 3, the hip frame body 4, the leg frame body 5, and the tail frame body 6 are rotatably connected in sequence, and both the head frame body 3 and the hip frame body 4 are lapped on the movable bed frame 2. Two ends of the diagonal stay 8 are respectively rotatably connected to a front end of the tail frame body 6 and the fixed bed frame 1 to support the tail frame body 6 to be in a flat and straight state.

[0043] The rear extension rod 7 is fixedly arranged at a bottom of the hip frame body 4. Specifically in this embodiment, one rear extension rod 7 is arranged on each of two sides of the bottom of the hip frame body 4, and the two rear extension rods 7 are respectively clung to inner walls of two sides of the movable bed frame 2. Rear ends of the rear extension rods (7) are rotatably connected to the movable bed frame (2), and the leg frame body (5) is simultaneously lapped on the movable bed frame (2) and the rear extension rods (7), so that the leg frame body (5) is supported in a flat and straight state.

[0044] The rotating stand (9) is rotatably mounted on the movable bed frame (2). A tail end of the rotating stand (9) is connected to the leg frame body (5). The rotating stand (9) can swing backwards through a rear end of the rotating stand to control a front end of the leg frame body 5 to swing upwards. When the leg frame body 5 swings upwards, the legs of a human body can be raised. In this process, namely, in the process that the tail frame body 6 uses a top end of the diagonal stay as a fulcrum to swing upwards at the front end, [0045] two ends of the first telescopic rod 10 are respectively rotatably connected to the rotating stand 9 and the fixed bed frame 1. Specifically in this embodiment, a rear end of the first telescopic rod 10 is an extending end. When the rear end of the first telescopic rod 10 retracts, the rear end of the rotating stand 9 can be controlled to swing upwards, thereby providing power for the swing of the leg frame body 5.

[0046] Two ends of the second telescopic rod 11 are respectively rotatably connected to the head frame body 3 and the movable bed frame 2. Specifically in this embodiment, a front end of the second telescopic rod 11 is an extending end. When the front end of the second telescopic rod 11 extends, a front end of the head frame body 3 can be controlled to swing upwards. After swinging upwards, the front end of the head frame body 3 can support the back and head of a human body when the human body is in a sitting posture.

[0047] The connecting frame 12 is arranged between the second telescopic rod 11 and the head frame body 3. After a front end of the movable bed frame 2 swings in a largest angle relative to the hip frame body 4, the head frame body 3, the hip frame body 4, and the leg frame body 5 can be controlled to overall tilt backwards under the action of the second telescopic rod 11. In this case, a person in a sitting posture leans backwards to ensure that the feet of the person hit the ground first when the person gets up, so as to achieve a function of helping stand up.

[0048] The movable bed frame 2 can be arranged on the fixed bed frame 1 in a manner of moving in a front-back direction.

[0049] When the bed surface is in a flat and straight state and the front end of the leg frame body 5 is in an upswing state, the movable bed frame 2 is entirely located at an extreme position of a front end of the fixed bed frame 1.

[0050] When the movable bed frame 2 is located at an extreme position of a rear end of the fixed bed frame 1, the tail frame body 6 is in a state that a tail end tilts downwards.

[0051] In a relatively specific embodiment in which the movable bed frame 2 can be movably arranged on the fixed bed frame 1, first rails 13 are arranged at four corners inside the fixed bed frame 1. A first roller 14 that moves inside the first rails 13 is arranged at a bottom of the movable bed frame 2.

[0052] In a relatively specific embodiment of controlling, by the rotating stand 9 through rotation, the leg frame body 5 to swing, the rotating stand 9 includes: [0053] a shaft body part 9.1, wherein two ends of the shaft body part 9.1 are rotatably connected to the movable bed frame 2; [0054] a hinge plate 9.2 fixedly arranged on the shaft body part 9.1, wherein one end of the first telescopic rod 10 is rotatably connected to the hinge plate 9.2; and [0055] a rotating arm 9.3 fixedly arranged on the shaft body part 9.1, wherein the rotating arm 9.3 is in a state that a rear end tilts upwards; and the rear end of the rotating arm 9.3 is connected to the leg frame body 5.

[0056] When the extending end of the first telescopic rod 10 acts, the hinge plate 9.2 drives the shaft body part 9.1 to rotate, and the shaft body part 9.1 drives the rotating arm 9.3 to swing, thereby controlling the leg frame body 5 to swing by using the rotating arm 9.3.

[0057] In a relatively specific embodiment of connecting the rotating stand 9 with the leg frame body 5, a second rail 15 is arranged at a bottom of the leg frame body 5; and a second roller 16 that moves inside the second rail 15 is arranged at the rear end of the rotating arm 9.3. In the swinging process of leg frame body 5, the second roller 16 moves inside the second rail 15.

[0058] In a relatively specific embodiment, two rotating arms 9.3 included; and the two rotating arms 9.3 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the shaft body part 9.1. This can improve the balance of the leg frame body 5 and the stability of supporting for a human body.

[0059] As a relatively specific embodiment of the connecting frame 12, the connecting frame 12 includes: [0060] a fixed part 12.1 fixedly mounted at a bottom of a front end of the hip frame body 4; [0061] a rotating part 12.2 rotatably mounted on the fixed part 12.1, wherein the rotating part 12.2 is in a state that a bottom end tilts backwards; a top end of the rotating part 12.2 is fixedly connected to the head frame body 3, and a front end of the second telescopic rod 11 is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the rotating part 12.2; and [0062] a limiting part 12.3 fixedly mounted at a front end of the fixed part 12.1 and located on a front side of the rotating part 12.2, wherein when the head frame body 3 swings in a largest angle relative to the hip frame body 4, a front side surface of the rotating part 12.2 is in contact with the limiting part 12.3.

[0063] After the front side surface of the rotating part 12.2 is in contact with the limiting part 12.3, as the rear end of the second telescopic rod 11 continues to extend, a force may be applied to the hip frame body 4 through the limiting part 12.3, ultimately causing the head frame body 3, the hip frame body 4, and the leg frame body 5 to overall tilt backwards.

[0064] One diagonal stay 8 is arranged on each of two sides of the tail frame body 6, and the diagonal stays 8 are located on an outer side of the fixed bed frame 1 in a width direction. The rotation of the diagonal stays 8 is not interfered by the fixed bed frame 1. In the process that the hip frame body 4, the head frame body 3, and the leg frame body 5 overall tilt backwards, the top ends of the diagonal stays 8 swing downwards to cause the leg frame body 5 to be in a vertical state. When a person is helped to stand up, it is convenient for the person to stand up on the ground with the feet, thereby enhancing the effect of helping stand up

[0065] This embodiment has the following working process:

[0066] Firstly, in an initial state, the movable bed frame 2 is located at the extreme position at the front end on the fixed bed frame 1, and the head frame body 3, the hip frame body 4, the leg frame body 5, and the tail frame body 6 are located on the same plane to form the bed surface. This state is a state in which the convertible chair-bed is used as a bed.

[0067] Secondly, since the extending end of the first telescopic rod 10 retracts backwards, through the rotation of the rotating stand 9, a tail end of a leg bedstead swings upwards, and a tail bedstead may do an action of swinging up at the front end and swinging down at the tail end under the action of the diagonal stays 8. Then, the extending end of the second telescopic rod 11 extends forwards to make the front end of the head frame body 3 swing upwards, which can adjust a person from a lying posture to a sitting posture in which the legs bend up.

[0068] Thirdly, the extending end of the first telescopic rod 10 extends backwards, which will push the movable bed frame to move backwards to the extreme position at the rear end. In this case, the rear end of the tail frame body 6 can swing downwards under the action of the gravity and tend to be in a vertical state. The extending end of the second telescopic rod 11 extends forwards, so that the front end of the head frame body 3 can swing upwards, which adjusts the person from the lying posture to the sitting posture. Afterwards, as the extending end of the second telescopic rod 11 continues to extend forwards, the connecting frame 12 is used to make the head frame body 3, the hip frame body 4, and the leg frame body 5 overall tilt backwards, which can help the person in the sitting posture stand up from the convertible chair-bed to the ground, achieving the effect of helping stand up.
