(15) As shown in
(16) Specifically, the pivot racks 2000 are rotatably connected to both sides of the fixed rack 1000, and the pivot racks 2000 are symmetrically disposed about the fixed rack 1000. In order to meet the diversified training needs of users, a counterweight assembly 1200 is disposed at the lower part of the fixed rack 1000, and a connecting rope 1240 is connected at the upper part of the counterweight assembly 1200, which sequentially winds around pulley blocks 3000 on the fixed rack 1000 and the pivot racks 2000 to extend out to ensure that the connecting rope 1240 transmits the lifting force to the counterweight assembly 1200.
(17) As shown in
(18) In order to ensure that the connecting rope 1240 is not dragged by the rotation of the pivot rack 2000, the pulley block 3000 is provided with a first deflecting pulley and a second deflecting pulley, which are respectively disposed above and below the rotary inner cylinder 2111. Furthermore, when the connecting rope 1240 winds out of the first deflecting pulley and the second deflecting pulley, it is preferable that the connecting rope 1240 coincides with the rotating axis of the rotary inner cylinder 2111. Even if the pivot rack 2000 rotates around the rotary inner cylinder 2111, the part of the connecting rope 1240 located at the rotating axis of the rotary inner cylinder 2111 always remains vertical. Thus, although the connecting rope 1240 has torsional shear stress between the first deflecting pulley and the second deflecting pulley, it does not affect the lifting force on the counterweight assembly 1200 connected at the end of the connecting rope 1240, which ensures that when the connecting rope 1240 is in the abnormal opening state of the pivot racks 2000, the counterweight assembly 1200 is lifted due to the pulling force. In other embodiments of the connecting rope 1240 (not shown), the connecting rope 1240 does not need to coincide with the axis of the rotary inner cylinder 2111, but only needs to be parallel to the axis of the rotary inner cylinder 2111, and the connecting rope 1240 does not touch the inner wall of the rotary inner cylinder 2111, which means that the connecting rope 1240 is offset by a certain distance relative to the axis of the rotary inner cylinder 2111, thus ensuring the normal operation of the connecting rope 1240.
(19) In order to ensure the transmission of the lifting force of the connecting rope 1240, the pivot wheel set mechanism 2100 further includes a pivot wheel rack 2120 fixedly connected to the top of the pivot rack 2000. The first pivot wheel 3101, the second pivot wheel 3102, the third pivot wheel 3103 and the fourth pivot wheel 3104 in the pulley block 3000 are disposed on the pivot wheel rack 2120. The first pivot wheel 3101 is located at the side of the pivot rack 2000 far from the fixed rack 1000, while the second pivot wheel 3102, the third pivot wheel 3103 and the fourth pivot wheel 3104 are located at one side of the pivot rack 2000 near the fixed rack 1000. The connecting rope 1240 passes through the fourth pivot wheel 3104, the third pivot wheel 3103, the second pivot wheel 3102 and the first pivot wheel 3101 in turn, wherein the fourth pivot wheel 3104 is disposed below the rotary inner cylinder 2111 to constitute the second deflecting pulley.

(26) Furthermore, the position of the flying carriage 2410 is provided with a grip part 2440 to improve the user's comfort when exercising. The grip part 2440 is connected with the counterweight assembly 1200 through the connecting rope 1240. The flying carriage 2410 is further provided with an adjusting rope 2450. One end of the adjusting rope 2450 is connected with the flying carriage 2410, passes through the crown block 2310 and the movable pulley block 2320 in turn, and the other end is connected with the bottom of the pivot rack 2000.
(27) The flying carriage 2410 includes a carriage rack 2460 slidably connected with the pivot rack 2000, and two rollers are rotatably connected to both sides of the pivot rack 2000 in the carriage rack 2460, wherein one side of the carriage rack 2460 is provided with a handle 2461, and a second spring bolt 2470 is provided on the side of the carriage rack 2460 where the handle 2461 is provided. The pivot rack 2000 is provided with a plurality of transverse preset holes 2462. The second spring pin 2470 can be inserted into the preset hole 2462 for fixation. When the user needs to adjust the height of the flying mechanism, he can first hold the handle 2461 and pull out the second spring pin 2470, then slide the flying carriage 2410 to a proper position through the handle 2461 to be aligned with the preset hole 2462 on the pivot rack 2000, and then allow the second spring pin 2470 to pass through the flying carriage 2410 to be inserted into the preset hole 2462.
(28) As a further illustration, because the preset holes 2462 in the pivot racks 2000 on both sides are horizontally disposed, the flying carriages 2410 at both ends can be ensured to be at the same horizontal position, and because the flying wheel carrier 2420 is rotatably connected with the flying carriage 2410 through the wheel carrier shaft 2421, when the user uses the flying mechanism to exercise, the wheel carrier shaft 2421 will force the flying wheel carrier 2420 to rotate to a proper position due to the pulling of the user. The connecting rope 1240 at the grip part 2440 can transfer traction more smoothly, increase the fit with the flying guide wheel 2430, reduce the fatigue damage of the equipment, and improve the service life of the equipment. At the same time, when the user adjusts the flying carriage 2410 to ascend or descend for a certain distance, the adjusting rope 2450 at the side of the crown block 2310 also ascends or descends for a certain distance, and the adjusting rope 2450 at the side of the movable pulley block 2320 ascends or descends by half. The connecting rope 1240, which is also located on the side of the movable pulley set 2320, also moves up or down by a half distance. Because the pulley is a movable pulley, the connecting rope 1240 will move twice the moving distance of the movable pulley set 2320, thus ensuring that the grip part 2440 always stays at the fixed position of the flying carriage 2410 no matter how much the flying mechanism moves up or down.

(32) The foldable small flying and squat rack provided by the present disclosure takes into account the common exercise function of both a flying exercise machine and a comprehensive squat rack, and includes a pivot rack 2000 which can rotate relative to the fixed rack 1000. The pivot rack 2000 can be adjusted in different working states according to the needs of users, so that it is always in the desired state of users. At the same time, when not in use, the pivot rack 2000 can be adjusted to a storage state to reduce its occupied volume. The fixed rack 1000 is also provided with optional weight stacks 1210. Optional weight stacks 1210 are provided by a designed connecting rope 1240, so that the flying machine is adapted to users with different arm lengths by a designed adjusting rope 2450. At the same time, the pull-up assembly 1300 is fixed above the fixed rack 1000 to facilitate customers to exercise for different parts. Moreover, the whole frame of the foldable small flying and squat rack is provided with preset holes 2462, so that the height of the flying mechanism can be adjusted to adapt to different users.
