Embodiment 1
[0092] Referring to
[0093] To this end, the sofa bed comprises a structural frame, a cushion layer 1, and an elastic layer 2. The structural frame is used to support the elastic layer 2 and the cushion layer 1.
[0094] Specifically, the structural frame comprises a left armrest 3, a right armrest 4, a bed frame, and a bed board. The bed frame comprises a first bed frame 5 and a second bed frame 6 arranged in sequence along a width direction of the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4. The first bed frame 5 is fixedly connected to the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4, and the second bed frame 6 is rotatably connected to the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4. The bed board is respectively connected to the first bed frame 5 and the second bed frame 6.
[0095] After the above settings, the first bed frame 5 is fixedly connected to the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4, and the first bed frame 5 is correspondingly used as a first supporting frame of the seat cushion. The second bed frame 6 can be rotated relative to the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4, thereby changing an angle relative to the first bed frame 5, and the second bed frame 6 is correspondingly used as a second supporting frame of the backrest portion.
[0096] By limiting a rotation range of the second bed frame 6, the second bed frame 6 is configured to be in a first position and a second position relative to the first bed frame 5. When the second bed frame 6 is in the first position, the angle between the first bed frame 5 and the second bed frame 6 is 180. When the second bed frame 6 is in the second position, the angle between the first bed frame 5 and the second bed frame 6 is less than 180.
[0097] In this embodiment, to achieve a rotating connection of the second bed frame 6 relative to the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4, each of the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4 is disposed with a folding hinge 7 to enable the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4 to be rotatably connected to the second bed frame 6. The folding hinge 7 comprises a first supporting arm 71 and a second supporting arm 72. A first end of the first supporting arm 71 and a first end of the second supporting arm 72 are pivotally connected to each other. A second end of the first supporting arm 71 is fixedly connected to a corresponding one of the left armrest 3 or the right armrest 4, and a second end of the second supporting arm 72 is fixedly connected to the second bed frame 6.
[0098] In this embodiment, the second bed frame 6 needs to be locked in the second position to achieve the function of the normal sofa. To this end, a locking mechanism is provided. The locking mechanism is configured to lock the first bed frame 5 and the second bed frame 6 in one or more relative positions. Specifically, the locking mechanism comprises a ratchet 73 mounted on one of the first supporting arm 71 or the second supporting arm 72, and a pawl 74 mounted on the other one of the first supporting arm 71 or the second supporting arm 72. The ratchet 73 has ratchet teeth arranged circumferentially, and the pawl 74 is configured to engage one of the ratchet teeth to lock the second bed frame 6 at its current position.
[0099] To achieve multi-position adjustment of an angle of the backrest portion, a number of ratchet teeth can be increased, so that when the pawl 74 is engaged with different ratchet teeth, a position of the second bed frame 6 can be changed, thereby achieving the multi-position adjustment of the angle of the backrest portion.
[0100] In order to increase stability of the structural frame, the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4 are fixedly connected by a lateral rod 8. The lateral rod 8 is arranged on a side of the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4 adjacent to the backrest portion. A supporting leg 81 extends downward from a middle of the lateral rod 8 along a height direction, and the supporting leg 81 abuts ground to provide an additional supporting point.
[0101] Since the second bed frame 6 and the first bed frame 5 are in a coplanar configuration when the second bed frame 6 is in the first position, the lateral rod 8 is configured to avoid interference with a rotation of the second bed frame 6. To this end, the lateral rod 8 comprises one or more position-provided recesses 82. When the second bed frame 6 is in the first position, one or more parts of the second bed frame 6 that abut the lateral rod 8 are disposed in the one or more position-provided recesses 82, thereby avoiding interference between the lateral rod 8 and the second bed frame 6.
[0102] In this embodiment, each of the second bed frame 6 and the first bed frame 5 is formed by connecting two rectangular frames along a length direction of the foldable sofa bed. Therefore, the second bed frame 6 includes a longitudinal beam 61 in a middle of the second bed frame 6, in addition to all sides of a rectangular frame of the second bed frame 6. Therefore, the one or more position-provided recesses 82 are three position-provided recesses 82, and the three position-provided recesses 82 correspond to two sides of the rectangular frame of the second bed frame 6 and the longitudinal beam 61.
[0103] Since the first bed frame 5 and the second bed frame 6 are merely frames and cannot support the elastic layer 2 and the cushion layer 1, the bed board needs to be mounted on the first bed frame 5 and the second bed frame 6. In order to mount the bed board, the first bed frame 5 comprises a plurality of first insertion holes 51 located on two first side frames of the first bed frame 5 along the length direction of the foldable sofa bed, and the second bed frame 6 comprises a plurality of second insertion holes 62 located on two second side frames of the second bed frame 6 along the length direction of the foldable sofa. The plurality of first insertion holes 51 and the plurality of second insertion holes 62 are configured to fix the bed board.
[0104] To ensure stability of the bed board, positions of each of the plurality of first insertion holes 51 and the plurality of second insertion holes 62 are different, so that a position of the bed board can be inhibited from moving in the height direction and in a horizontal direction, thereby ensuring the stability of the bed board. Specifically, a side frame of the first bed frame 5 and a side frame of the second bed frame 6 facing away from each other respectively comprises a first inner surface and a second inner surface on which a first set of the plurality of first insertion holes 51 and a first set of the plurality of second insertion holes 62 are respectively located at intervals. A side frame of the first bed frame 5 and a side frame of the second bed frame 6 facing each other respectively comprises a first upper surface and a second upper surface on which a second set of the plurality of first insertion holes 51 and a second set of the plurality of second insertion holes 62 are respectively located at intervals.
[0105] Correspondingly, the bed board comprises a plurality of grid-shaped bed board units 9. A first side of each of the plurality of grid-shaped bed board units 9 comprises a plurality of first insertion pins 91a extending along the horizontal direction, and a second side of each of the plurality of grid-shaped bed board units 9 comprises a plurality of second insertion pins 91b extending along the height direction. By inserting the plurality of first insertion pins 91a and the plurality of second insertion pins 91b extending in different directions into the plurality of first insertion holes 51 and the plurality of second insertion holes 62 extending in different directions, the bed board can be stably fixed on the first bed frame 5 and the second bed frame 6.
[0106] A function of the bed board is to support the elastic layer 2. To this end, surfaces of the plurality of grid-shaped bed board units 9 comprise a plurality of fixing members 92 arranged at intervals for fixing the elastic layer 2. The elastic layer 2 comprises a plurality of elastic units 21 arranged in an array, and a bottom of each of the plurality of elastic units 21 comprises a fixing fitting member 210, which can be matched with a corresponding one of the plurality of fixing members 92. In this embodiment, the plurality of fixing members 92 are I-shaped protrusions extending in the height direction. The fixing fitting member 210 is an I-shaped slot. By plugging the two together, the plurality of elastic units 21 and the plurality of grid-shaped bed board units 9 can be fixedly connected.
[0107] In this embodiment, due to an insertion connection of the I-shaped protrusions and the I-shaped slot, the plurality of elastic units 21 and the plurality of grid-shaped bed board units 9 cannot form a stable connection structure. When folded into a sofa shape, the plurality of elastic units 21 of the elastic layer 2 may be displaced. Therefore, to further stabilize the elastic layer 2 and prevent the plurality of elastic units 21 from moving, to enable the plurality of elastic units 21 to be connected together to form the elastic layer 2, and to enable the plurality of elastic units 21 to be quickly disassembled and assembled, which is convenient for enabling users to replace the plurality of elastic units 21, each of the plurality of elastic units 21 has four first connecting members 211 disposed in rotational symmetry about its own axis. Adjacent two first connecting members 211 respectively belonging to two sets of the four first connecting members 211 belonging to adjacent two elastic units of the plurality of elastic units 21 are connected by an intermediate connecting member 213, and the intermediate connecting member 213 enables the adjacent two first connecting members 211 of the adjacent two elastic units to be connected together.
[0108] In this embodiment, the intermediate connecting member 213 is in an inserting connection with the adjacent two first connecting members 211 of the two sets of the four first connecting members 211. The four first connecting members 211 are insertion slots, and the intermediate connecting member 213 comprises a connecting belt 2133 and two insertion blocks 2134 disposed at two ends of the connecting belt 2133.
[0109] The advantage of providing the intermediate connecting member 213 is that the cushion layer 1 and the elastic layer 2 can be connected together through the intermediate connecting member 213 to avoid relative movement between the cushion layer 1 and the elastic layer 2. Therefore, a lower surface of the cushion layer 1 comprises a plurality of second insertion slots 11 arranged along a circumferential direction of the cushion layer 1 and spaced apart from each other, and the plurality of second insertion slots 11 and the insertion slot on some of the plurality of elastic units 21 located on a periphery of the elastic layer 2 can be fixedly connected together through the intermediate connecting member 213.
Embodiment 2
[0110] Referring to
[0111] In this embodiment, the two first connecting members 211 and the two second connecting member 212 are configured to be inserted into each other.
[0112] To achieve the above-mentioned insertion connection, the two first connecting members 211 are insertion blocks, and the two second connecting members 212 are insertion slots configured to be matched with the two first connecting members 211. To facilitate releasing of the insertion connection between the plurality of elastic units 21, a surface of each of the insertion blocks comprises an elastic arm 2111, and a surface of the elastic arm 2111 comprises a protrusion 2112. A side wall of each of the insertion slots comprises an opening 2121 configured to be interlocked with the protrusion 2112. When the elastic arm 2111 is in an initial position, the protrusion 2112 is disposed in the opening 2121 and is interlocked with the opening 2121 in a direction opposite to an insertion direction of the protrusion 2112. To release the insertion connection, the protrusion 2112 can be pressed to release an interlocking connection of the protrusion 2112 and the opening 2121, and the insertion connection between the insertion blocks and the insertion slots can be released.
Embodiment 3
[0113] Referring to
[0114] When unlocking, a connection between the insertion blocks and the insertion slots can be released by pressing the two protrusions 2112 on the two sides of the insertion slots to release an interlocking connection between the two protrusions 2112 and the two openings 2121.
Embodiment 4
[0115] Referring to
[0116] To this end, the two first connecting members 211 are rotatable blocks extending along the height direction, and the two second connecting members 212 are position-limiting grooves configured to be matched with the rotatable blocks. Each of the rotatable blocks has a first position and a second position relative to a corresponding one of the position-limiting grooves. When each of the rotatable blocks is in the first position, each of the rotatable blocks and the corresponding one of the position-limiting grooves are released from an interlocking connection in a direction opposite to a direction in which each of the rotatable blocks is inserted into the corresponding one of the position-limiting grooves. When each of the rotatable blocks is in the second position, each of the rotatable blocks and the corresponding one of the position-limiting grooves are interlocked with each other in the direction opposite to the direction in which each of the rotatable blocks is inserted into the corresponding one of the position-limiting grooves.
[0117] Specifically, the position-limiting grooves are strip-shaped grooves. A length of each of the rotatable blocks is less than a length of each of the position-limiting grooves and greater than a width of each of the position-limiting grooves. Surfaces of the two first connecting members 211 comprise operating members 2117 for driving the rotatable blocks to rotate.
[0118] During installation, each of the rotatable blocks can be firstly inserted into the corresponding one of the position-limiting grooves from top to bottom in the height direction. At this time, each of the rotatable blocks is located in the first position. Since the length of each of the rotatable blocks is less than the length of each of the position-limiting grooves, there is no interlocking connection between the rotatable block and the position-limiting grooves, and no fixed connection is formed between the two first connecting members 211 and the two second connecting members 212. Then, the rotatable blocks can be rotated to the second position through the operating members 2117. At this time, the rotatable blocks are rotated by 90. A length direction of each of the rotatable blocks corresponds to a width direction of the corresponding one of the position-limiting grooves. Since the length of each of the rotatable blocks is greater than the width of each of the position-limiting grooves, each of the rotatable blocks and the corresponding one of the position-limiting grooves are interlocked with each other in the direction opposite to the insertion direction of each of the rotatable blocks into the corresponding one of the position-limiting grooves. At this time, each of the two first connecting members 211 and a corresponding one of the two second connecting members 212 form a fixed connection. To unlock, each of the rotatable blocks can be rotated to the first position again through the operating members 2117.
Embodiment 5
[0119] Referring to
[0120] That is to say, the intermediate connecting member 213 needs to be firstly inserted into corresponding ones of the four first connecting members 211 on adjacent elastic units 21 of the plurality of elastic units 21, and then the intermediate connecting member 213 is rotated at a certain angle to achieve the fixed connection between the intermediate connecting member 213 and the corresponding ones of the four first connecting members 211 on the adjacent elastic units 21. To this end, the corresponding ones of the four first connecting members 211 on the adjacent elastic units 21 are arc-shaped slots extending along a rotation direction of the intermediate connecting member 213. The intermediate connecting member 213 comprises first parts 2138 disposed in the arc-shaped slots and second parts 2131 passing through the arc-shaped slots. A diameter of a first end of each of the arc-shaped slots is larger than a diameter of each of the second parts 2131, and a diameter of a second end of each of the arc-shaped slots is smaller than the diameter of each of the second parts 2131. When the second parts 2131 are rotated to correspond to the first ends of the arc-shaped slots, a connection between the intermediate connecting member 213 (i.e., a connecting member) and the corresponding ones of the four first connecting members 211 on the adjacent elastic units 21 (i.e., a connecting fitting member) is released. When the second parts 2131 are rotated to correspond to the second ends of the arc-shaped slots, the connecting member and the connecting fitting member are interlocked with each other in a direction opposite to a direction in which the connecting member is inserted into the connecting fitting member.
[0121] The advantage of this connection method is that the intermediate connecting member 213 can be connected to four elastic units 21 of the plurality of elastic units 21, as long as four first parts 2138 (i.e., the first parts 2138) and four second parts 2131 (i.e., the second parts 2131) inserted into four different arc-shaped slots belonging to the four elastic units 21 are provided.
[0122] Similarly, to facilitate the rotation operation, a surface of the intermediate connecting member 213 comprises an operating member 2137 for the user to use to conveniently drive the intermediate connecting member 213 to rotate.
Embodiment 6
[0123] Referring to
[0124] To this end, each of the four first connecting members 211 comprises an inserting portion and an inserted portion which extend along a circumferential direction of a corresponding one of the plurality of elastic units 21. The inserting portion and the inserted portion that respectively belong to adjacent two elastic units 21 of the plurality of elastic units 21 are inserted into each other.
[0125] Specifically, the inserting portion comprises an elastic arm 2113 and a positioning buckling point 2114 disposed on the elastic arm 2113. The inserted portion comprises a positioning groove 2115 that can be matched with the positioning buckling point 2114. The inserted portion also comprises a position-providing opening 2116 in which the elastic arm 2111 can swing. The elastic arm 2111 swings along a direction toward the position-providing opening 2116 due to an external force, so that the positioning buckling point 2114 is separated from the positioning groove 2115. Therefore, when unlocking, the user only needs to press the elastic arm 2113 to drive the positioning buckling point 2114 and the positioning groove 2115 to be separated from each other.

[0127] The bed board 9A is disposed with a plurality of fixing members 93 configured to be connected to the plurality of elastic units 21, and sides of the plurality of elastic units 21 facing the bed board 9A comprise a plurality of fixing matching members 214 configured to be matched with the plurality of fixing members 93.
[0128] In this embodiment, each of the plurality of fixing members 93 comprises a fixed tapered upper cover 931 and a fixed tapered lower cover 932, and the fixed tapered upper cover 931 and the fixed tapered lower cover 932 are respectively disposed on an upper side and a lower side of the bed board 9A in a thickness direction of the bed board 9A. The fixed tapered lower cover 932 passes through the bed board 9A and is fixedly connected to the fixed tapered upper cover 931. The fixed tapered upper cover 931 is tapered, and the plurality of fixing matching members 214 are tapered holes.
[0129] By utilizing an insertion engagement and tapered surface fitting between the fixed tapered upper covers 931 and the tapered holes, rapid assembly of the plurality of elastic units 21 and the bed board 9A can be achieved. To secure the fixed tapered lower cover 932 to the fixed tapered upper cover 931, a plurality of insertion posts 9321 are disposed on the fixed tapered lower cover 932. The plurality of insertion posts 9321 pass through the bed board 9A and are then fixedly inserted into the fixed tapered upper cover 931.

[0130] Referring to
[0131] Furthermore, the first bed board 94 comprises two first sub-bed boards 941, and the second bed board 95 comprises two second sub-bed boards 951. The two first sub-bed boards 941 are connected by one or more first hinges 944, and the two second sub-bed boards 951 are connected by one or more second hinges 952, so that each of the first bed board 94 and the second bed board 95 has an unfolded state and a folded state.
[0132] To fix the first bed board 94 in the unfolded state, the present embodiment further provides one or more middle legs 97 for supporting the first bed board 94, and opposite sides of the two first sub-bed boards 941 in the first bed board 94 are respectively disposed with one or more connecting lugs 942. When the first bed board 94 is in the unfolded state, two sets of the one or more connecting lugs 942 that respectively belong to the two first sub-bed boards 941 are misaligned with each other in the height direction so that connecting holes 943 respectively on the two sets of the one or more connecting lugs 942 are aligned with each other. Each of the one or more middle legs 97 have a pin 961 passing through the connecting holes 943 to fix the first bed board 94 in the unfolded state.
[0133] To install the first bed frame 5 and the second bed frame 6, the left armrest 3 and the right armrest 4 in this embodiment comprise a first supporting rod 31 and a second supporting rod 41 extending in a direction approaching each other for supporting the first bed frame 5. Each of the first supporting rod 31 and the second supporting rod 41 comprises a first connecting groove 311, and the first bed frame 5 comprises one or more first connecting columns 52 configured to be matched with the first connecting grooves 311.
[0134] The first connecting groove 311 is divided into a first portion 3111 and a second portion 3112, which are in communication with each other. A distal end of each of the one or more first connecting columns 52 radially extends outward to form a flange 521. A diameter of the first portion 3111 is larger than the flange 521, and a diameter of the second portion 3112 is smaller than the flange 521. When installing, the one or more first connecting column 52 of the first bed frame 5 are inserted into the first portions 3111, and then the one or more first connecting columns 52 are pushed into the second portions 3112 along a horizontal direction, so that the flange 521 and the second portion 3112 can be interlocked with each other to complete the installation.
[0135] Similarly, to fix the second bed frame 6 and the folding hinge 7, an end of the second supporting arm 72 away from the first supporting arm 71 extends to form a supporting surface 721 for supporting the second bed board 95. The supporting surface 721 comprises a second connecting groove 7211, and the second bed frame 6 comprises one or more second connecting columns 63 configured to be matched with the second connecting grooves 7211.
[0136] The second connecting groove 7211 is divided into a first portion and a second portion, which are in communication with each other. A distal end of each of the one or more second connecting columns 63 radially extends outward to form a flange 631. A diameter of the first portion is larger than the flange, and a diameter of the second portion is smaller than the flange. When installing, the one or more second connecting columns 63 of the second bed frame 6 are inserted into the first portions, and then the one or more second connecting columns 63 are pushed into the second portions along the horizontal direction, so that the flange and the second portion can be interlocked with each other to complete the installation.
[0137] In addition, the first bed frame 5 and the second bed frame 6 are connected to the first bed board 94 and the second bed board 95 by screws respectively.
[0138] Since a first group of the plurality of elastic units 21 on the first bed board 94 and a second group of the plurality of elastic units 21 on the second bed board 95 are not connected to each other, the bed board further includes a third bed board 96 connected to the first bed board 94. The third bed board 96 is connected to a side of the first bed board 94 adjacent to the second bed board 95, and the third bed board 96 is arranged at an obtuse angle relative to the first bed board 94. A distal end of the third bed board 96 is connected to the first group of the plurality of elastic units 21 on the first bed board 94 adjacent to the second bed board 95. In this way, the first group of the plurality of elastic units 21 on the first bed board 94 adjacent to the second bed board 95 can be connected to the third bed board 96 to increase stability.
