[0065] In another aspect the instant disclosure embraces golf clubs set 10 or kids golf clubs set 10 in any of the embodiments and/or combination of embodiments shown and/or described herein.
[0066] In another aspect, the instant disclosure embraces golf clubs set 10 with the plurality 12 of user sized golf clubs 14, where each of the user sized golf clubs 14 includes the interchangeable shaft 16 and the interchangeable club head 18, in any of the embodiments and/or combinations of embodiments shown and/or described herein.
[0067] In another aspect, the instant disclosure embraces the disclosed backpack carry bag 20 in any of the embodiments and/or combinations of embodiments shown and/or described herein.
[0068] In sum, the disclosed kids golf clubs 14 and set 10 are designed to have quick interchangeability to other interchangeable shafts 16 and interchangeable heads 18. Also, a backpack golf bag concept for backpack carry bag 20 is disclosed that may be designed and configured to combine kids bookbags and golf bags for convenience, comfort and functionality. The purpose of this design concept may be to change the cost of golf for American families and reduce the expense for the average parent required to buy new equipment every year. Junior golfers change ability faster than adults because they learn, grow, increase strength and adapt to change faster. This design concept will allow for that while keeping the costs lower to parents year over year. The interchangeable shafts 16 may vary in length, stiffness, color and flex, but may be universal in fitment in all of the disclosed interchangeable golf club heads 18. Parents can buy the initial set 38 and once kids grow, develop and adapt, they may buy new shafts 44 or shaft kits 46 to quickly change out into their existing heads by design. This will allow for families with 1 kid or several to keep golf affordable while also increasing the opportunity for junior golfers to develop their game at a constant rate of change.
[0069] Quick disconnect 50 for each of the hosels 52 may include ratcheting screw 62 on all interchangeable shafts 16 where they insert to the interchangeable club head 18. The hosel 52 will connect to the interchangeable club head 18 ranging from putter to driver, all irons, wedges and be semi-permanent until reversed and screw is loosened or adjusted to another interchangeable shaft 16 in the junior golfers development.
[0070] Backpack carry bag 20 may be provided with a heavy duty zipper design to have a multipurpose bag for school and golf. Interchange the length 132 of the club tubes 22 for children, teens and even adults. Made from a waterproof material 138 (like Gore tex) for all weather using a lightweight design 140 and reinforced aluminum 144 bag kickstands 142 to prevent rust and reduce weight. An insulated cooler pocket 146 may be provided inside golf backpack 21 for sports drinks, water and lunch to eliminate the required lunch box accessory for school or golf.
[0071] A feature of the present disclosure may be its ability to allow parents to keep the club head for several years for the same child or hand down to younger siblings and recycle their initial investment. Kids do not hit the golf balls hard enough to damage the metal heads or wear out the metal club grooves. Other junior club manufacturers require a whole new set be purchased every time they outgrow or increase ability. As kids grow/advance abilities, all the parents will be required to purchase if they choose is a set of new shafts to fit their child's needs. This allows the family to just purchase new shafts and grips from year to year as their children grow/advance skill set/strength. As such, the disclosed kids golf club set 10 may reduce cost and keep it fun for families of all income levels. Most other club manufacturers also require the purchase of an entire set if a club breaks. The disclosed kids golf club set 10 may allow the club parts (head, shafts and grips) be available for individual purchase as necessary.
[0072] Another feature of the present disclosure may be its ability to allow the average parent to quickly change the clubs from the older, shorter, weaker shaft set with a few clicks of the locking hosel design on all clubs ranging from putter to driver right from home without any professional help. The parent/guardian can change the interchangeable shafts 16 right from home. In less than 30 minutes, they may have an entirely new length/stiffness or modern set of clubs ready for their children to play and continue their learning, training and growth.
[0073] Another feature of the present disclosure may be that it can be designed for little children who carry their own golf bags. Current kids golf bags tend to have a very top heavy bag design where the irons/woods and putter heads are at the top. The bags typically tip over while kids are walking causing headcovers to fall off, clubs fall out of the bag etc. due to the lack of weight in the butt end of their golf bags. The disclosed design of backpack carry bag 20 allows for easier walking and weight distribution of the clubs, balls, water and snacks in a vertical, upright position freeing up their legs from any clearance issues while the backpack carry bag 20 is strapped to their back while also keeping the bag vertical preventing the clubs from falling out while walking.
